Hotel looks like it started out as a typical business class (meaning not cheap but not luxurious) establishment with some pretty nice features and materials. One example is the inlaid tile compass point style design in the elevator and heavy wood trim at the lobby elevator entrance. The elevator looked like it could use a sweeping out and wipe down, so it was a good example of the hotel's quality no longer in its heyday.
The room was clean, the water hot immediately, the bed was very comfortable, and overall not far below the many newer, thriving business oriented hotels I've stayed in. The clientele is a bit less sophisticated than most nice places, and I did hear a few loud (but brief) arguments and a couple of barking dogs in other rooms.
Overall, the value for money was unbelievably good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel over others in its price range. It's honestly the best deal I've ever had for the level of accommodation.

When we arrived, the hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was king bed studio suite.was supposwd to sleep 4.
We got told it was actually a jacuzzi suite. We thought great. Were on the third floor, the elevators are not working. We get into the room, there was only a king size bed, and 1 chair no table, no phone, and no trash can. Went down to ask if there was a roll away or an air mattress, was told that is what the room is. So our 12 year old had to sleep in the middle of us.We did get a trash can, and extra towels, was told the booking sites, have pictures that are not even of the hotel. When ever we turned the water on it was yellow. We didn't even bother. There was no way to control the temperature, it was extremely warm in the room.Plus when you opened the curtains there were dead bugs all over the window sill. I did have a coupon, but considering we used what little money we had left, This room is not even worth 25.00 a night glad we only spent 53.00. Normaly they charge 120.00. So not worth it.
Please do not stay here. I also am trying to upload the photos I took and it will not let me.

They switched me to a fourth floor room, and the elevator was broken! Then to add inconvenience, they had a team of workers recarpeting the stairs. Never again.

The stay was okay. Not enough lights in the room, hair dryer didn’t work (I did tell the front desk about it), carpet looked well loved however they were working on replacing that, it seemed very dated.
Bed and sheets were super comfortable!

Our room was filthy. The pillows smelled like they hadn't ever been changed and were sticky and yellow, black mold in the bathroom. There was definitely a flood the mold and mildew odor was profound. The rooms are nonsmoking and wreaked of cigarette smoke. The sheets were fullnof stains and I had to buy Lysol and use Clorox wipes to clean the toilet, sink, and all surfaces. Had tonwear shoes the entire time because the carpet was sticky.Tv did not work, broken lamp just waiting to have an electrical mishap and no amenities like soap. No soap to even wash hands. Electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work either. Rare to find an employee at the front desk. Can't call, nobody answers. I would have tried to get a room replacement if that had been the case. The rest of the staff is outside the majority of the time smoking. This place should be condemned for the toxic mold alone. On top of that they have a sign that that says we must leave a $100 deposit. For THAT ROOM??
It was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. My employer is a benefits partner with Wyndam hotels so as a courtesy I always stay at Wyndams. I have been staying at Baymonts for business trips for the last 15 years. I've never seen a Wyndam property look this bad. It is absolutely disgraceful.

Nothing at all…spend a little more and avoid this place!!! Room on 4th floor and no elevator??? Dirty all around. Left room for an event, returned to find out someone had been in our room and showered has been used??? Stay away from this dump!!!

Carpets were worn and dirty. Not enough wash clothes for two people. Elevator was not working and two 80 year old had to haul luggage up stairs on dirty carpets, with hand rails whose paint was scared.

According to the staff the hotel is under renovations but did not see any renovations being done. The elevator was not working and had not been working for several months. The carpet on the stairs was disgusting. Ice machine was on second floor with again no elevator. For not having a working elevator, we stayed on 2nd floor, the price should have been a lot lower.

The new manager helped us as much as she could, tried her best to get us in a room and she did. We did end up cleaning the Jacuzzi again, but I'm glad it worked. I can honestly say it's way better than the East location, we went there first and decided as soon as we pulled up we were not staying.

They had us check in to a room that was occupied. Not to mention it was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. After going back down we informed the lady and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Then we got our next room on the 2nd floor and the keys didn't work. So back down the stairs we went. Again no apologies. The room had tiny pillows and it smelled bad. Upon checking out the lady had the nerve to tell me to hurry up. I was going to call Hotels.com and complain but didn't

The exterior of building looked good, but the grounds had empty liquor bottles, cigarettes, etc. trash around. The interior of the hallway carpets need extreme cleaning. The room was missing towels, washcloths, towel bar missing, cigarette burns on tub, missing iron, trash can, ice bucket, shampoo. I have stayed at many Baymont's throughout my previous military career and this was the worst experience.

The elevator didn't work for our entire stay. I have bad knees and didn't know I would be spending 4 days climbing stairs. There was a condemned room on our floor complete with crime scene tape.

Only the beds were clean enough. No clock, no trash cans, dirty carpets, tub full of stains. At 6:30am people tried to get in our room (they had the wrong room) but their key cards opened our room. (Door was locked, but still very awkward).
Elevator was not working and had to take the stairs to the second floor. Alll carpets and mats were filthy.

The bed was comfortable but that was about it. The first night I was woken up to a person yelling expletives in the hallway and cops in the lobby. The water ran brown out of the faucet at times. I stayed a week and my room was not cleaned once. The room also had a smell, the outlets did not have covers, and the breakfast had rubbery frozen eggs. A piece of the roof fell off while I was there and there is a picnic table outside covered in caution tape covering a pothole. This place needs a serious overhaul.

We stayed for two evenings: a Friday and a Saturday. First thing, we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of service. Later learned that is was 45-years-old with the entire lifting system needing to be replaced and that work was awaiting the arrival of all the necessary parts. So, schlepped all our stuff up the back steps, which had filthy carpeting. Also, for an inexplicable reason, the outside handrail was partially missing between Floors 2 and 3.
Got to the room, which was OK and noticed there was no house phone. Used Google to find a phone number for the property in order to call the front desk.
The first night, the TV remote did not work and the wanting-to-be-helpful young woman working the front desk was from another same-ownership property nearby. She did not have either batteries or spare remotes. So, I tried using the wi-fi to get something on my laptop. No luck connecting. After calling the front desk, spoke with a very nice fellow who said there should have been 5 wi-fi servers showing. My laptop could only find 2 and neither worked either night. Do loops of doom.
There was a "bowed" shower curtain rod but the curtain itself was not wide enough to seal off at both ends simultaneously. So, you needed to be mindful of where you placed the curtain end for each step of the process. The toilet flushed in a strange manner where you had to hold the handle down until you saw the whirlpool in order to make sure the bowl emptied. Minor annoyances.

Quiet even though it was fully booked. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths.
