Sitting atop Peterborg, separating world famous Magens Bay from the Atlantic Ocean, this Caribbean luxury villa captures incredible views of the sea and nearby, Magen’s Bay Beach. Pallina features a pool and accommodations for ten spread across four bedrooms and common areas. Thanks to numerous openings to the terrace, Pallina enjoys the fresh sea breeze, natural sunlight, and a social open-air flow throughout its entire estate.

Inside, you’ll appreciate Pallina’s fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout the estate. There’s a formal dining area with seating for 10 inside and alfresco dining areas on the upper terrace for 8 and on the lower terrace for 6. There is a barbecue conveniently located directly outside the kitchen door on the main level. On the lower terrace, you’ll love lounging in the sun, and splashing around in the sparkling salt water swimming pool with views of Magens Bay.
Pallina is equipped with four bedrooms total. In the main house you will have access to 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king bed and stunning views. The master bedroom boasts an updated master bath and a walk in closet as well direct access to the upper terrace. In the second bedroom, Magens Guest Room, you will find a queen bed with beautiful views of the bay, direct access to the upper terrace and access to a Jack & Jill bath shared with the Garden Guest Room. The 3rd bedroom, The Garden Guest room, has a king bed (which can be split into two Twin XL beds upon request) and access to the shared Jack and Jill bath with Magens Guest Room. There is a powder room just a step outside the Garden Guest Room door as well. There is television in every bedroom equipped with ROKU and access to streaming services along with a television/entertainment system in the main living area.
The pool level casita apartment has a private entrance with direct access to the pool, a bathroom, and two additional beds. The main living area has a king bed, kitchenette, television, seating area, and direct access to a private terrace with beautiful views across Magens Bay. The cozy private bedroom in the apartment has a queen bed and television.
Feel like exploring? St. Thomas is known for its incredible snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving tours that take you around the island’s gorgeous inlets and mangroves. If you’d prefer to stay dry, check out some of the island’s most important historical sites, like Black Beard’s Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. . When it’s time to head for the beach, Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh beaches are all within ten-kilometers.
The island’s capital, Charlotte Amalie, is where you’ll find most of St. Thomas’ boutique shops, restaurants, and nightlife establishments. However, the furthest reaches of St. Thomas are easily accessible in a short drive, making the entire island yours to discover.

This camera does not record audio and is orientated in a way that none of the property is in the feed, nor any of the common areas in the Peterborg neighborhood. This is to insure the privacy of all residents and guests. If you wish for us to disable to live deck cam during your stay, have any additional questions, or would like a link for the live feed, please let us know.

This was probably the nicest home I have ever rented. It was beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. It was so nice to sit out by the pool and plenty of shade for those of us that don’t want to be in the sun. The kitchen was great but we did eat out a lot. We rented a catamaran for the day and went on a sunset cruise as well. We had the best family vacation. Highly recommend this property! I would definitely come again.

Our family decided to have a less traditional thanksgiving in St Thomas. We had an amazing time. Lisa was very communicative, the house was pristinely maintained, and we would love to return . We followed Lisa’s recommendations and had our groceries delivered to us, hired a Chef for a fun meal, and had a yacht charter to the BVI. I could not recommend more!

We booked this house almost a year before actually going. We found this one that seemed to stand out from the other ones for its location and all the good reviews it had.
After booking, we were quickly put in touch with Lisa the local concierge hired by Sarah, the owner, to take care of her property and her guests. Right from the beginning Lisa made sure we feel like valued guests and that our stay will be comfortable. She helped us with getting groceries for when we arrive (at a small cost) and helped us book fun activities around before our arrival.
That being said, nothing prepared us for the actual day when we arrived. Lisa knew what time we were arriving at the airport and from there everything went into second gear. She made sure we get to the house safely and gave us good tips on how to get there as the roads can be tricky to negotiate at night if you never drove there. The second we pulled into the driveway with our cars we knew it'd be a lot more special than we originally thought. It felt like we rented a beautiful upscale resort just for ourselves. We are used to nice things and put lots of value into small attentions and the quality of everything. Normally when you rent a place, it's rare that it will match what we're used to in our everyday life and it totally did. When we stepped foot inside the house we were blown away at how clean it was, everything staged perfectly, the music running and the breathtaking view of the ocean in our faces. Absolutely magical!
The kitchen is stocked like I've never seen before for a rental place. Everything is labelled, and everything in the house is good quality. You can tell the owner has a good eye for design. From the custom cups, to the beach chairs, even the towels were great. They also have a Sonos sound system for the whole house. I swear, absolutely everything is there to make our stay the most comfortable.
Than the next morning Lisa texted me again and asked how was our first night. At that point, we needed more water jugs for the water cooler and she brought them to us super quickly and that's when we met her in person for the first time. No surprise there but she was absolutely awesome.
Beds are super comfortable, 2 washers and dryers, big kitchen and huge dining tables, the pool is beautiful and the views are out of this world. I highly recommend this place. We are planning to go back in the next year or so and are looking forward to deal with Sara and Lisa again.

Absolutely beautiful home in one of the most picturesque and desirable island in the world.
Sarah is fantastic and we greatly enjoyed being guests in her vacation home. The property is gorgeous and laid out very well. Immaculately clean. Panoramic views from every room. Wonderful sound system. Excellent outdoor spaces to enjoy the beauty of St. Thomas.

It has everything you could ask for. Owner and manager do an amazing job and are super helpful and responsive. All the kids from 2-18 had a great time. The house is great to hang out in during the day or the beach is like 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Wonderful week
This house is exactly as described. Updated, well maintained, everything in good working order and clean. The owners and managers have really put thought in to adding many little things that make the stay much more enjoyable and easy (provided beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, pool floats, etc). Check in and check out were very easy and all communication with the property manager were timely, professional and accurate.
The house is about an 8 minute drive to Magen's Bay and about 25 min drive to red hook restaurants and the East End beaches (Sapphire, Lindquist etc)
Very secure and safe neighborhood.

Beautiful
Our family (9 of us) came to St Thomas to celebrate a late Christmas. The house and property / pool were wonderful! We cooked quite a few meals there and the kitchen had every pot/pan/utensil that was needed - even a juicer! The views are incredible! When not out exploring the island, we spent most days by the pool or under the cabana. From the beach chairs to the coolers to the pool floaties, it had everything. We loved it!

My family and friends stayed at Pallina for 10 great days. The house and grounds were just as shown and described on VRBO. This is the 8th house we've stayed at in the same neighborhood and was by far the best.
Lisa, the property manager was great to work with and made sure everything was perfect with us including updates on bad weather.
We'll be back to this property as soon as possible. The owners did an amazing job with EVERYTHING.

The property met or exceeded expectations in every way! I was especially impressed with the attention to details. Small touches like a basket of sun products and sprays, a range of seasonings in the cabinet, or the availability of umbrellas near the door were little extras that made it feel like home and that put this property over the top.
The property manager is extremely busy, but still warm and friendly. The property owner sent lovely email about other ways to enjoy the Villa.
The location is remote so you would definitely need a rental car as taxis it sometimes balk at coming out to this neighborhood. My one criticism or word of caution would be about the mosquitoes. It was a bit difficult to enjoy outdoor spaces, especially on the lower deck, because as soon as you are out, the mosquitoes converge. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

We stayed at Villa Pallina for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The house in absolutely stunning. Sarah seriously thought of everything when decorating and supplying the home has it has all the amenities you could ever need for the beach trip. Patio and pool had breathtaking views. The view is an inspiring 180 degrees with perfect water and all the yachts anchored within interesting view. The Pool and both covered and sun lounging areas have comfortable furniture within easy access to the lower casita.The house: perfect in everyway, living, kitchen, bedrooms baths and ouside balcony all leave nothing to be desired. The house was spacious enough for 5 couples and our identical twin infant granddaughters. It is a distance to restaurants but you never want to leave the house.
