The villa can accommodate twelve guests in five private en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, A/C, and ocean-view terraces are in the Main house. Two additional bedrooms with similar features are located in the Main Level Tower.
The lower level has a full-size apartment with a private entrance, garden access, living area with pull-out sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining for four. There is also a private queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Next to the main villa's living room step out to the main terrace with outdoor dining for ten, a grill, loungers, and an infinity pool with amazing ocean views. There's another large terrace with private lounge space and dining area surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. The villa uses solar energy, has a generator for power outages, and a carbon/UV water purification system.
The Villa is in the safe neighborhood of Mahogany Run, close to Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook, beaches, and the St. John ferry. It has an additional private gate for more privacy, and every rental includes a complimentary Concierge service.

Villa Del Mar is beyond words. The setting is peaceful, beautiful and relaxing and the villa is indescribable. Our family vacation was fabulous and we hope to return soon.

Our stay was fantastic. The space was large, bright, and welcoming, with every amenity we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with spices, condiments, coffee, and sugar, making it easy to settle in without rushing to the store. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room were spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the infinity pool. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the stunning views.. Villa del Mar was amazing and the ideal spot to relax and enjoy life, even if just for a little while. We will definitely come back!

Our trip to St. Thomas was exceptional. The breathtaking views and ample space with five large bedrooms made it perfect for our group. We utilized the gourmet kitchen and barbecue daily. The house was pristine and well-stocked with blankets, utensils, and beach gear. Tressa was an outstanding host, promptly answering questions and accommodating requests. This was one of the best trips we have ever had. The vie from Villa Del Mar is surreal. The home was immaculate and so well stocked! From a Ninja to plentiful beach chairs and everything in between, Tressa thought of everything.
Through Villa Del Mar, we were connected with Caribbean Concierge. They orchestrated our driver (Mike was great!) and all of our activities.
After we checked out, Tressa texted to let me know we had left something behind. She then drove into town to meet us before we left for the airport.
We all were in tears not wanting the trip to end. We ate already looking at our schedule for next year!

We went on a trip with 4 couples. The house was perfect lay out, each couple was able to have their own private room with bathroom. Living room and kitchen were both large enough it never felt crowded with 8 guests. Scenery was breathtaking and management was super helpful and was able to answer any questions!

Our stay at Villa Del Mar in St. Thomas was incredible thanks to this beautiful villa and the owner, Tressa. Everything about our stay there was perfect but what stood out the most was the patio and pool. The view from the patio took our breath away every single time with its beauty. Our favorite thing to do was to relax on the patio, swim in the pool and take in the view. My husband and I came with our grown children and their significant others so we were 4 couples. There was more than enough room for all of us and Tressa is so well organized that we even had 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkels for all and coolers for the beach.
The kitchen had everything you could ever need and because of that we only ate out once during our week stay. There is also a great barbecue grill on the patio so we were able to have a barbecue for a few dinners. The lovely bedrooms are all large with very comfortable beds and there is an amazing outdoor shower as well.The Villa is extremely clean and well cared for. In the evening we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couches in the living room.
Tressa was always available to answer our questions and give us good tips on beaches, places to go and much more which meant a lot to us. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful with quick replies to all my texts and emails. We thank Tressa for sharing her home with us and the next time we are in St Thomas we will definitely be staying here again!

Everything about Villa del Mar is wonderful and the views are stunning! The open design of the great room and kitchen, only steps away from the pool, are perfect for cooking, big family meals, playing games, and relaxing. The outdoor dining and lounge area and infinity edge pool are the place to be when you aren't off exploring the surrounding towns and beaches, all within a 10-20 minute drive. The side patio/lounge area also has great views and was big enough for us to set up a mini pickleball court. Tressa, the property manager, and the Concierge Team were outstanding. Every question about the house was answered quickly. Planning from rental cars, dinners, a perfect catamaran excursion, and everything in between, was absolutely perfect! 5 STARS across the board.

The Villa was absolutely stunning! The pics and descriptions I read online absolutely matched everything written. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things necessary for cooking meals and morning coffee! Nice bags and beach towels were provided for our beach days on Magens Bay. We loved sitting out by the pool at night. It was all so beautiful! Most importantly, Tressa was always available and very quick to respond to my texts and emails from start to finish. I would absolutely stay at Villa Del Mar again!

We just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Del Mar on St. Thomas. The overall size and layout of the Villa and its five large individual guest suites, the infinity pool, pool deck and the beautifully landscaped property with its private patios and walkways provided the perfect setting for our group of five adult couples. The Villa and pool deck have incredible views of the water and BVI while soaking up sun and breezes while also offering sufficient shaded space. The Villa was very clean and included all cooking, bathroom and comfort amenities that we needed as well as beach gear. The A/C units, Internet, televisions, infinity pool, sound system, kitchen appliances and grill all worked well and there was plenty of parking for the SUVs that we rented.
Located inside the gated Mahogany Run community, it was ideal for morning walks with incredible views without worrying about traffic or noise, and the shaded side patio provided a private exercise and yoga area with and amazing view of the water. We found the Villa to be perfectly located with easy access to all areas of the island, including beautiful Magens Bay Beach (with full amenities) only five minutes from the Villa, multiple grocery markets, numerous good restaurants (we really liked the nearby Old Stone Farmhouse restaurant), other really nice beaches with food trucks and a nice shopping area in Charlotte Amalie.
As first-time visitors to St. Thomas, the property managers were great to work with leading up to and during our stay and provide access to a free concierge service which helps plan on- and off-island excursions, dinners, various unique villa-based services, private sailing, or fishing trips, etc. Each of the vendors we used were excellent, including Luxe VI (stocked the pantry and refrigerator with our Day 1 & 2 groceries and beverages an hour prior to our arrival), Tree Limin' Extreme Zipline, Spa to Go (massages at the Villa), Love City Car Ferry (a very easy day-trip to/from St. John and its beaches), Paradise Car Rental (curbside pick-up and drop-off at the airport).
I hope our review of Villa del Mar and our on-island experience is helpful to future visitors. We truly loved the Villa Del Mar and the entire experience and beauty that St. Thomas provided and are extremely grateful of the owners who shared their beautiful home with us and others. We are already planning our next visit to the island, and it will ABSOLUTELY be centered around another stay at Villa Del Mar.

Villa del Mar truly lives up to its name - Villa of the Sea. With beautiful 180 degree views of the sparkling blue Caribbean and islands in the distance, it is a place of beauty and relaxation. The owner Tressa has thought of anything you may need during your stay. The 4 main bedrooms all have spectacular views of the ocean and our teenage boys enjoyed the separate living space in the apartment down below - also with a lovely view. Location was perfect and never far from a beautiful beach or a great restaurant. I would definitely recommend a jeep to help you navigate the steeper and curvy roads of the island. We can't wait to return!

THE VIEW from the pool is worth the price - just stunning!
The house was the best equipped rental we've ever had - plenty of paper products, coffee, cleaning products, spices, etc. The outdoor shower was a show stopper! I would certainly come back to stay here!

Our whole group gasped in amazement when we drove up and saw the view and then entered the villa and saw the accommodations. It was truly breathtaking, inside and out and set up perfectly to serve our group. The property manager responded quickly to all of our inquiries. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

We stayed there for 7 amazing nights, from start to finish the communication with Tressa was perfect, we vacation at least once a year in St Thomas and have rented many homes, this home will exceed your expectations on every level from communication, location, cleanliness, the people they have that keep this home are amazing too based on the condition the home was left for us. The property is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The house was extremely clean and all essentials provided. We did not have to ask for anything to be fixed, changed or restocked over the 6 days we were there. Melissa, our concierge, was always attentive, helpful and quick with responses to requests and questions. Tressa, the owner, was also accessible, friendly and informative. While the house was great, the stay was worth it if only for the view off the back pool area. Sunrise was the highlight of my day, drinking coffee in quiet solitude. I highly recommend staying at Villa Del Mar on any trip to St. Thomas. I will not stay anywhere else.

We were stunned by the beauty of this property as soon as we walked in. The view of the ocean sitting in the pool is gorgeous. Property was well equipped with anything you might need utensils, towels, beach chairs, even a beach bag. We had a couple questions about how to operate lights and pool. We emailed the owner and she responded within 30-45 minutes. I would definitely stay again at this property.

Beautiful! The view from all of the balconies and pool is priceless. Very spacious for multiple families. Lots of living space both inside and out. At first we were worried about separate entrances to the rooms for our older kids, not a problem at all! Beds and bedding were all very comfortable. Big kitchen to make meals in, lots of dishes, could use a few more cooking utensils. We hired a chef two nights, amazing! Highly recommend Chef Angelo, one of the a recommended chefs from the concierge. Concierge also provided great grocery service. We loved our trip! Lots of close beaches and activities to do. Small convenient store close by, Mandahl Market, they had lots of last minutes needs.

Thoughtfully provided, views from the deck of the infinity pool were amazing in all directions. There were so many spots to read in privacy or to gather for games and the great room could hold us all.
We toured the island, snorkeled at trunk bay, kayaked at Magens bay and had a lovely dinner at the old farm house restaurant!
Fabulous birthday celebration place. We would go back and will recommend it to friends!

We loved staying at Villa Del Mar on our family vacation on the spectacular north shore of St. Thomas near Magens Beach. The villa was everything we had hoped for and looked for-beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, luxurious. The VRBO listing exactly represents what we found on arrival on Dec. 24. We would gladly return to St. Thomas to stay at Villa Del Mar again. As delightful as the villa itself is, an additional bonus is the management of the villa by Tressa, who patiently provided the advice we sought about the villa, the surrounding neighborhood, St. Thomas, St. John and beyond. We are so fortunate to have spent a week at the villa.

We had a great stay at Villa Del Mar! The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival so we knew what to expect. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The views are amazing and we all were able to relax/recharge on the patio by the pool. The property is located a short drive to the beach and various restaurants so we never had to go far but we also took the ferry (also a short drive) to St. John for a day trip.
We can’t wait to stay at Villa Del Mar again soon!

Just Beautiful
We stayed at Villa Del Mar and it was the perfect set up for multiple families. Everyone was able to have their space set up the way they want and come together in the common areas to enjoy each other. The view from the infinity pool was amazing. All of the amenities worked as promised and the host (Tressa) and local support (Keith) were proactive in their outreach and extremely attentive and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. The only suggestion I'd have is to stock more beach towels for the pool but there's a washer and dryer available, which made it easy for us to take care of that, so I wouldn't call that a complaint as it was a super minor issue with an easy solution. There is no reason I wouldn't recommend that anyone stay here. We would definitely do it again!

How Do I Love VDM? Let Me Count the Ways! A 5-Star Experience
Our 6-day stay at Villa Del Mar (VDM) was nothing short of fabulous!! Our first trip to USVI so it was a tremendous learning experience especially driving on the left! But from the booking, Tressa (owner) was engaged with me to ensure we were aligned, and our visit would exceed expectations! The property is located in a private area of St. Johns which was excellent, but it was close enough to all the attractions, stores, and marinas. The gated attendants were pleasant and attentive. VDM has a gated entrance and provides a very secure and exclusive feel. The great room and kitchen were spacious and had every utensil needed to prepare any meal! Wine chiller and coffee pot were the required necessities, of course. I grilled 2 days and the grill was virtually new and the propane tanks were loaded ready to go. The breeze from the sea was nonstop and had a cool and calming effect especially at night! Leave the door open and let the breeze blow! Cut off the AC unit though! Electricity was interrupted a few times, but the backup generator kicked in almost immediately. It does create a bit of a smell from the exhaust but that's the tradeoff is you want power and AC! The Wi-Fi worked well - I had grad school assignment due my last night there and recorded it by the infinity pool (again the calming breeze kept me focused to get an A! Trust me as I had other plans!) The rooms are private and spacious which is the bonus. VDM is almost like a private hotel as everyone has what the need to be isolated, but the common areas (pool, patios, and great room) allowed us to come together and play cards, rehydrate (wink), and chill out! The cellular service isn't the greatest where VDM is located but that's why you are on vacay!
Lastly, Keith is the best property manager! He was ever-present if and when we have questions and gave us great recommendation on where to eat and shop! We chartered a speed boat and had a ball on the water for 7 hours using one of his recommendations (Damn, I need to write them a 5-star review too!). He proactively contacted me as the travel date approached and answered all my questions. We rented two cars and finally made it to VDM and Keith came out to meet and greet us. He kept me posted when Randy the pool guy was coming out and when a storm kayoed our AC unit in one of the rooms Mark the AC guy came and replaced the motherboard.
Yeah, I could go on but you get the drift by now! If you visit as couples or families you won't regret it!

Stunning Sixtieth Birthday Celebration
I traveled to St. Thomas with my partners and 4 other couples to celebrate my 60th birthday. We wanted to have a luxury experience in a tropical paradise. Villa del Mar hit all the right notes and marks. It was spectacular. I would prefer to keep it a secret so that I can stay and again and again without having to compete with other clients for bookings.

We had an amazing trip to St. Thomas and staying at Villa Del Mar made it exceptional. The views from the home are breathtaking. This house is amazing. There was plenty of room for our big group with 5 huge bedrooms as well as plenty of living space. We made use of the gourmet kitchen everyday as well as the barbeque. Everything was in pristine condition and the house was fully stocked. There were plenty of extra blankets, utensils, towels, cleaners, pool items and beach gear. Tressa is an amazing host and has clearly thought of everything her guest would need to enjoy their vacation. Tressa was quick to respond to all my questions leading up to the trip and was very accommodating with our additional requests as they came up. Keith, the property manager, had the house beautifully set up when we got there and met us on the last day to help take care of the garbage. He was also incredibly responsive whenever we had a question during our stay. Finally, I highly recommend using Caribbean Concierge to plan all outings and dinners while you stay at Villa Del Mar. Tressa recommended them to us and they were exceptional as well! I can't wait to book another trip to Villa Del Mar!

Villa Del Mar was perfect. From the moment I opened the door I was wowed. The views are spectacular. The open kitchen is perfect. Every couple had their own privacy balcony and remarkable views. We absolutely adored Villa Del Mar! Our group consisted of 12 adult friends and we had the most amazing time! The pool was pristine and picturesque and the views were out of this world! Wonderful family trip.
Our group of 10 adults and a 2 year old just returned from a fabulous vacation in St Thomas. One of the things that made it so special was our stay at Villa Del Mar. The house and views are gorgeous. The pool was our go to place when we returned from our adventures. Tressa was so great to work with and Keith, the property manager, was informative and always answered our questions in a timely manner. A plus was having the services of Caribbean Concierge who made many reservations for us. We all have said we can’t wait to return to Villa Del Mar.

Beautiful house and view with a great location.
The house and view were amazing, and it was easy to find on the island. We had 2 rental cars full of people that had never been to the island and we were able to find it easily. The pool was well maintained and provided an amazing view. The host provided all of the basic necessities to cook all of our own food, including a blender for frozen drinks. Will definitely stay again.
