A lovely trip down memory lane in one of my favourite places in the world

Location and how caravans have improved over the years!!

The beds were awful. Might I suggest buying mattress toppers. Even if it’s a block of memory foam. It goes a long way!!

Lovely lodge in great location

Lovely lodge in great location. Right on the beach, close to restaurant.

The cleaning could have been better. The bar on site was not open the days we were there.

Location was good, close to beach front, walk to quay & restaurant (Noisy Lobster). Free Parking

Dirty door mats Mat by fridge, trip hazard Missing blind in en-suite. Found broken Dirty Tea cups stored away, one included sugar Dirty Kettle (outside stained with coffee) Broken Patio Chair. Disappointed overall

A great place for a weekend away.

The location was brilliant, and it was comfortable for 4 people.

Newer bed linen in the main bedroom , it seemed a little musty .

Very disappointing

The location was brilliant. The size of the lodge was as expected and lounge/kitchen area comfortable.

There was no welcome pack which meant not even one dishwasher tablet or cloth. No tea towel. No bin liner. 2 sheets of toilet paper left in each bathroom & no spare rolls. The bed linen was mismatched, extremely well worn and even worse it looked like it hadn’t been changed as there were numerous marks and body hairs on the sheets. Spent our first night sleeping on our towels on top of the beds until new sheets were delivered the following day. The allocated parking space was being used by another lodge & had to knock on doors to find the owner & ask for them to move their car.

Just what we needed and we will definitely return.

Really easy to access via a key box and we managed to get in earlier.

Nothing, the home was superbly situated, clean and comfortable.

Staff at reception amazing just a shame when we arrived went to our place we were staying at private booking opened door ro be greeted by a place that jad not been cleaned and after few phone calls its was but still no apology find this disgusting.

Arrived and lodge was still dirty from previous guests.

have been staying at the Sandhills site for many years and enjoyed our stay in the caravan very much . great location.

Club house disappointing and unwelcoming. Shame it's not dog friendly. Perhaps they'd get more customers.

lovely stay with a great pool and close to the beach.

the location was perfect with a 2 minute walk to the brach comfy sofa and carpeted. good fully equipped kitchen. coffee machine was nice but no coffee pods could be found.

Fantastic would recommend to anyone!

Great location, the lodge we stayed in was brilliant and had good facilities. Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, large fridge freezer with water dispenser and very clean! Had a pool onsite as well which was handy and the lodge was right next to the beach which was a bonus.

The only problem was the beds, they were very uncomfortable and gave us both back ache!

Had a lovely time as weather was good, but very expensive for what we got .

Location fine, walk to beach good. Property fine .

Door lock rubbish,could not get in or lock door, eventually sorted patio door. Did not say parking was not by lodge, we are over 75 my husband has MS and found that very difficult. No toilet rolls or condiments, which for price was expected. Did not think this was value for the price we paid.

Great location. The Lodge was very clean and homely. We would definitely look at booking in the future.

We liked everything. Our only comment would be that the door was a bit tricky to lock/unlock.

Brilliant place to relax, perfectly sized, loved the bath 👍 So peaceful sitting outside listening to the sea. Would definitely book again

A relaxing break away with family.

The location was amazing, close to the sea and gorgeous views. The caravan was lovely, very modern, clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony at night with a glass of wine and listening to the sea.

The wrong wifi code was sent to us in an email, I contacted the host and he told me how to get the right one. It was in a different email.
