We really enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing. The condo was really nice. Pictures are accurate. Our only issues were that the AC is preset/programmed by the owner so you can't adjust it. Totally get that this is to help with utility rates but our first day it climbed to 78 and remained at 76 throughout the night. You can't have the windows or doors open continously to allow for a breeze so it was toasty. Later in the week it hovered around 67/68 which was a bit chilly at night after all day in the sun. Walking around on the floor the first night we had to wash our feet before getting into bed because our feet were black. We'd not been there long enough to track that much in and we just made it a nightly routine to wipe our feet off before sticking them in bed (even after showers). These were minor things for us. The beds were comfortable, we had the kitchen supplies we needed and everything was sufficient. I would recommend bringing your own can opener if you plan to cook. The property is a bit outdated but the location and amenities were really nice. The beach wasn't overly crowded either like other sections down from here. We recommend Schooners and Dat Cajun Place to eat! Fantastic! Bikini Bob's by the pool makes great cocktails and snacks while being pool or oceanside. Would stay here again for sure!

Pros: location is perfect for families. Close to Saint Andrews state park, restaurants, and other fun. Condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities necessary. View was amazing.
Cons: front desk at building had an attitude, was not welcoming at all. Called the condo owners though and they were super sweet. Elevator was not adequate for the amount of rooms in the complex- was often completely full and had to wait multiple time to be able to fit our family. Trick was to ride up even if you were wanting to go down- otherwise it would be full by the time it got back to you.

Location was excellent! Condo could've been a bit cleaner. Livingroom rug was very dirty, and pull out sofa bed was covered in cookie crumbs, so my son had to put sheets on the sofa to sleep. I disinfected a lot! Counters seemed film covered. Besides that, everything else was fine. We had a great time!

The condo itself was as described and the views amazing. However (at the time we rented) this building felt more like a spring break party hotel atmosphere than an owner occupied building. Lots of noises and parties going on. The elevators were slow or not working and parking an issue. If in search or party atmosphere this works if in search of some piece and quiet, try somewhere else.

Horrible experience with property owner
We booked this property for the weekend of June through VRBO. Before we booked we asked if pets were allowed and we were told if they were registered pets they were allowed. My mother in law has 2 ADA approved dogs. After she filled out the paperwork at the homeland security office for the pets the owners of the resort freaked out about the pets being in the room. The manager at emerald beach Properties had someone come to our room and lie and pretend to be looking for a leak just to see if we had dogs. All they had to do was be honest and ask, we would’ve told them yes! We had already told them they were there, we were not trying to hide them. Then they charged my father in laws card with a pet deposit because they said we didn’t tell them before we came. Even tho we asked them and had an email stating they were allowed, and when I called them they just said to be sure to bring the cards. But when we showed the email after they asked for the prof they wasn’t happy and said it didn’t matter because they still had a no pet policy and we didn’t tell them for sure they were coming, I mean why would we ask you about it if we wasn’t bringing them! And it was obvious that pets were in the condo before of because we found a paper under the table because they poorly cleaned it that showed where the person that stayed there the week before us had a service dog too. And we also found dog hairs all in our bed sheets, and in the rug. Not to mention the sand and dust all around in the floors and under the beds were horrible. We also found an empty condom wrapper under the bed! I like regency towers but I would never book with Emerald Beach Properties ever again very unprofessional and rude!

Exceeded expectations!
This property exceeded our expectations! The condo was very clean, updated, and felt like home. The view from 515 was amazing. Regency towers has two large swimming pools and a great poolside restaurant. Management was very responsive and easy to work with.

Very nice. Even though we don’t have small children there was a closet full of beach toys and chairs to use. Clean, comfortable, check in and check out very easy. Security is wonderful there, too. Quiet end of beach, just a short distance from St. Andrews Park. We’ve been staying at Regency Towers for many years and this was one of our best stays.

The team was responsive & helpful.

Fun in the Sun
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. My grand kids had a ball and met many children their age to hang out with. A family friendly place. Condo 515 was located in a good spot with plenty of ocean view. The only complaint I have is the elevators.......they are extremely slow. We will visit Regency Towers again.

Girls trip!
This was our first stay at Regency Tower and could not have been happier with everything about this place! The condo was plenty spacious for the 4 of us with beautiful views of the ocean, beach and pool. Beds slept great! Bikini Bobs biscuits and gravy and the burgers were delicious and the staff was so nice! So many great places to eat just minutes away. Our favorite was Grand Marlin! Had dinner there 2 nights and loved it all. We will definitely stay at RT again! Thanks for making our 24th girls trip awesome!
