Our unit is conveniently located at the 'quiet' end of Thomas Drive -adjacent to St. Andrews State Park. Fine restaurants, championship golf courses, and charter boats are all close by.
This unit has updated and is over 1400 square foot with 3 bedrooms/3 baths-Sleeps 8. The unit has a massive 300 square foot gulf front balcony which provides our guest with a Magnificent view of the ocean and beach; we must not forget-the most stunning sunsets on the beach! Also, includes complimentary beach service, during the season, with 2 with chairs, cushions, and umbrella (Mar-Oct).
The unit has an over-sized private master king suite with large closet, private master bath and a breath taking gulf-front ocean view with private balcony entrance. This king master suite has a seating area, 42inch flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player.
It has an additional king gulf-front bedroom with private bath, large walk-in closet, private balcony entrance with full ocean views. 42 inch Flat Screen TV, Blu-Ray Player, and seating area for reading or relaxing.

Canât say enough good things about this property! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything you could possibly need for the beach as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We had such an amazing time and canât wait to go back. We would definitely book this condo again!

We enjoyed a perfect stay at The Commodore over our fall break. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. We have stayed at many different units, and this one was, by far, the most well stocked! We did not cook much, but there was everything we could have possibly needed to make all of our meals at the condo. I also could not get over all of the beach stuff! She had it all covered! The unit was set up perfectly for our family plus grandparents, and the large dining table, bar, and outdoor seating was much appreciated! There was plenty of room for everyone!
Check in and all communication was seamless, and we will recommend this unit to anyone we know looking for a place to stay in PCB!

We just left early this morning and I canât wait to go back! Vickie, the owner, is amazing to work with. She was on top of the very few minor issues we had. The condo is beautifully decorated and has MORE than you will need. Do not bring anything beach related, there are two closets full, and we left what sand toys we brought as well. The view is spectacular, the location is great! The end of the beach is not busy or overcrowded at all. We watched dolphins from the balcony every single day. The beds were all comfortable, kitchen has even youâll need and more. On site security guard was so nice. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely hope to book with Vickie again next year!! I canât imagine staying anywhere else!

After some confusion, on our part, we were able to enter the condo with no issues. The homeowner was quick to respond to our request for some help finding the code to enter. Upon entering the condo, we were very pleased with cleanliness and updates. There was a 2-3 inch hole/crack in the ceiling of one of the master bedrooms which appeared to be structural and did not deter from the beauty of the room, at all. All plumbing worked wonderfully. The beds were comfortable. No issues with air conditioning. The view was spectacular. As we were leaving/checking out, we loaded the dishwasher and began turning it on when we realized there was absolutely no power connected to it. We checked the breaker which appeared to be fine. So, unfortunately, we had to leave with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I informed the owner of the situation but had no response as of this moment. Overall, we all had a great time and would love to return.

We are completely enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities needed for a fun stay. The view is amazing and we loved seeing the pelicans fly by. The property and beach are perfectly located for a family friendly experience. The beach isnât crowded and the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo are so convenient. We loved waking on the beach to the nearby state part pier, snack shop and to local stores. It has all the benefits of being in a beach city while not being on the strip and avoiding the traffic and crowds. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Vicky!

This 3 bedroom unit is perfect. Itâs nicely decorated, has awesome views and the AC works great when itâs 98 degrees outside. We will rent this unit again.

Beautiful, Clean condo. Perfect location to enjoy the nature near St. Andrews State Park-we saw a deer at 5 am, 4 Manatees, Manta Ray, Skates, dolphins ,baby & big sharks. Crystal Clear water all week-amazing!
Hints:Make sure you adjust dryer to the highest drying setting to dry in one cycle.
Unit has 2free beach loungers with umbrella-super nice -we booked same one for whole week on the day we arrived.
We also rented a few paddle boards for a couple of days as well.
*some ceiling damage in owners suite. All your cooking supplies but didnât have a large crock pot (they do have small one & air fryer)
Also friendly staff & met a few really nice owners during the week as well.

We've been vacationing to PCB for years and this condo was the best we've had by far. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all you need for your stay. We felt very "at home" while staying here. The location is great...the quieter end of Thomas drive right near St Andrew's Park.

Excellent communication with owner before, during and after stay. Questions answered quickly. Accommodations exactly as described, photographed. Perfect for family of six. We really only needed clothes and food..easy check-in/check out. Would highly recommend!

Pictures viewed on line were accurate. Beautiful condo exactly as appears in photos. All the required kitchen supplies provided (i.e. pots pans, silverware, etc.). Comfortable beds. Difficulty understanding TV carrier options, but who needs TV with the gulf view. Will return next year.

This was our first time staying at the Commodore. We love this area for the calm and quiet atmosphere. This condo is updated very nicely and well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach towels and even a small cooler to use. I loved that the bedrooms all had small fans on the nightstands. It was very nice to have a private bath for each bedroom so each couple had their own privacy. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony and itâs multiple seating areas. The beach is big and the chair service is great. My only complaint with this room was the cleaning crew didnât appear to have swept the floor or vacuumed any rugs and we didnât have pillowcases in one of the king bedrooms, not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things though. We would definitely stay here again. I will say the pool bathrooms are very small and run down and the building itself could use some tlc. This is no fault of the owner of this unit though, just something to be aware of. All in all we had a great week relaxing on the beach and I canât wait to come back.

wonderful oceanfront condo. don't stay here because I want to use it again and again lol. mattresses could use updating but that is an ongoing thing with condos and these aren't terrible, just not great. showers are upgraded beyond your wildest expectations. Plenty of ocean supplies in a closet. well equipped kitchen. no real complaints.

Sunset Dream was exactly as it is described. The beach is not crowded and you can walk down the beach to the natural Forrest. Itâs gorgeous. The condo is wonderful. Itâs spacious and was supplied with everything you will need.

This unit is outstanding! There was plenty of room for my family. My children are ages 18 and 21 and enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. All of the appliances are newer and high end. The bathrooms are nicely updated with tile and glass doors. The balcony is one of the largest I have seen and had very nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the awesome view. The beach is not too crowded since there are no real large condos beside it. I felt that the Commodore facility was nicely unkept. We did not use the pool but it seemed ver nice and clean and the water was warm. We had no issues with parking at all and we went in the busy season of July. I liked that the parking lot is directly behind the facility and you can see you car from your floor of the condo. We had no issues with the elevators either. We never had to wait and rarely had to ride the elevator with too many people. There are a couple of close grocery stores which is nice. We did not visit St. Andrew State Park but it is very close and someone told me they found a lot of nice seashells there. You can see the pier at the park from the condo but it is far enough away. So, you donât have to worry about people fishing. This is definitely our new happy place and plan on going back next year.

From the simple check in process, quick response time from owner for my code because I overlooked email containing itđ, minimal wait time for elevators (less than 3 minutes throughout all seven days of our stay), security, cleanliness of our room, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, and easy access to beach, our group was more than pleased with our choice to stay here. We met several nice people also vacationing and loved the relaxed, family atmosphere! I can attest that this condo is 100% as described! Not sure if PCB will be our vacation destination next year, but if so, I will definitely be booking this condo again!
