Recomiendo Das Dorf absolutamente.

Fantástico. Muy lindo el hotel. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Buen desayuno. Las personas muy muy amables y simpáticas. Todo nuevo, linda vista al lago, al volcán, en un sitio tranquilo.

Nada. Todo me gustó. Solo creo que les hace falta un sitio techado para que las personas puedan estacionar y bajar las maletas sin mojarse.

Entre volcanes y lagos.

El hotel tiene una arquitectura muy llamativa, está en un lugar excepcional, las habitaciones están muy cuidadas, con vistas espectaculares. El desayuno, y el lugar donde se degusta, son increíbles.

Haber podido estar más tiempo, qué pena.

the hotel is beautiful, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful landscapes and nature. However what stands out and was the great differential is the service and care of the employee Francisca. always very kind and concerned about the small details.

Two night stay in a Standard double room.

The property is quite new, the room and bathroom was impecably clean. It is sufficiently removed from the main road for it to be nice and quiet to sleep at night. The view from the room is beautiful. The room is spacious and has central heating and a small refrigerator for your convenience. We were there off season so the pool ( cold) was closed for the season.They also have 3 hot tubs which you can use ( and pay additional CLP30.000) but you need to give them at least 3 hours advance notice as it takes that amount of time to heat them up. So you need to plan ahead if and when you are going to use one ( 2 hours rental) We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was brought to our room and included toast, butter, jam , ham, natural juice, yogurt and granola and avocado, plus fruit ( banana) and coffee or tea and milk. We also enjoyed watching netflix on the TV. ( they also have other platforms available too)

What I didn´t like of our room was the lack of bedside lamps, which is rather strange in a hotel of this category. The room had lights in the ceiling which gave a sad ambience to an otherwise nice room. It also made it very unpleasant to do some reading in bed. In the bathroom there were several articles missing such as shower cap, body lotion, kleenex and face towel all of which are easy to correct for a better service. The attitude of the staff could also improve, they seemed rather uptight and not too service oriented. Also this hotel lacks of a place to lounge other than your own room. There is the reception lobby and a small restaurant and nothing else. We were put in a second floor ( no elevator) but they were kind to take our luggage upstairs which was very nice.

Very good staffing. Cost too high for the facility. Pool very dirty and poor shade

Breakfast was very good. The rooms did not have AC. They have portables units that don’t work and resting was very bad. First and second floors get all the noice from guess above I have to move twice. The cost per night is not to the standard. Lots of wood steps losing nuts.

It's a bit on the pricey side, as it's on a touristic destination, but we were the only guests in the whole hotel ! you need a car to go to town, which is 5-10 min away.

We loved this hotel!

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The property is on an expansive piece of land with a beautiful lake and Villaricca Volcano in sight. The room is spacious, lovely wood floors, lovely views, in room coffee and tea service, refrigerator, and room darkening blinds. The bedding and pillows are lush and fluffy and comfortable bed. It is impeccably clean, has a lovely little pool and excellent breakfast served at your table daily. It is definitely a boutique hotel with extra little extravagances that make it feel special. It is definitely best to have a car if you are planning to stay here as it is not accessible from the town of Pucon by foot. It is a short drive to town and good access from the hotel to other areas of interest.

The landscape and views are wonderful with lots of open space and green areas, definetly a place to rest and relax! The rooms were very conformtable with wonderful amanities, food was what I liked the most!

The place was great! The hotel had just opened and it had an important vacancy, I would have enjoy to share some more with other guests.
