Property was modern and a relative size, good facilities and comfortable.
It was dirty. There was a used tampon in the shower on arrival. It was missing some things, for example a blanket for one person, when we said we were 5 people (and it said it should be for 6).

Charge for car park = Euros 20/day.
Charge for dog = Euros 10/day.
Above charges should be included in room rate.

Entry door did not lock unless with key, bluetravel was alerted but did nothing; heating was vastly insufficient with 2 mal functioning devices, for 3 rooms, some beds could not be used (floor was broken), insufficient number of glasses and dishes.

the apartment was with wonderful view and lots of beds. good location
the beds weren’t made which was a bit strange and the bed linen were covered with hairs .

It had enough space for 7 people if you really like each other.
The check in process was confusing. The hotel sent an email requesting additional information- which we provided but they never sent the instructions on how to check in or the exact location. Other than the name of the hotel, we were on our own walking up and down the street after a tiring day of skiing. Apparently they contacted me by What's App but I used a phone number on the reservation that did not have What's App. The check in clerk was confrontational that we didn't answer the What's App. It was difficult to find our room. The property is a maze. Apparently they have several rooms in different apartment buildings and it is not very clear how to get to your room. The heaters do not heat the rooms adequately- it was very cold and there were no extra blankets in the room. The kids had to sleep in their ski clothes to be warm enough. There was no where to have breakfast or a drink on the property. Our group was split between two different buildings as we were on different reservations.

there was a nice view from the living room
it was very difficult to locate the check in desk, very difficult to find the room, no soap, no sheets on the beds, no shampoo, no WiFi

The room location and cleanliness is as expected. And near to skewing points
It could be better if they have the key collection point in center of the city or at the apparent on the stay. As I was having kid I was forced to climb the way to top to collect keys, and after going there they gave a apparent in center city so I have to come down with all my luggage.

very poor check in process. the apartment was really bad. furnitures and beds was partly finish. not clean and the free parking cost money. garbage outside our door when we finally found the apartment. overall the worse experience ever 😳

the apartment was not clean when we arrived. the house is extremely small. it does not not fit 8 people at all, we could not move inside the apartment.

The view from the window was stunning 😃
Apartments looks not so far from main cab. But its need to go up very steep stairs going back from skiing when you are tired quite difficult.
