Tranquilidad

El desayuno ofrecen menudo pero nunca lo tienen disponible, comentan que está congelado y da la impresión de ser muy viejo.

La limpieza en general muy bien, solo los baños siempre encontré cabellos de otros huespedes

Buen hotel, puede mejorar algunas cosas.

que puedo entrar en el auto hasta la habitacion

le faltan focos en el techo, no es suficiente con la luz de las lamparas, pongan las dos opciones y a quien le guste muy aluzado como a mi usaríamos las del techo y a quien no la de la lampara de la cama. Comenten siempre a sus huéspedes que es un HOTEL !!! habia gente gritando en los pasillos, independientemente de la hora que sea. De igual manera al personal, andan haciendo llamadas en altavoz y enviando audios en los pasillos, despiertan a los huéspedes.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast!

The interior courtyard was really nice…don’t be alarmed by the proximity to the highway when you first arrive. It’s actually quite peaceful! The rooms are basic, but everything you need.

Overpriced "Motel 6"

Easy to find and allowed my service dog but had to pay $15 extra.

It was like an overpriced Motel 6. Poor lighting, no full set of towels, no tissues, a ripped pillow case, pathetic bathroom amenities and a plastic cover under the sheet in an uncomfortable bed.

We stopped over for one night en route to Micoacan.

Secure parking near the room. There was a small grassy area for walking our dog.

The towels were rough and stained. There was only one bar of soap for the sink and the shower. The WIFI was very bad. There was a great deal of noise in the courtyard into the early morning hours due to people partying.

I never come back, even if it’s free

it was the most horrible nightmare, people drunk, so loud, dirty this isn’t a hotel it was the cheapest motel for other poor leave. the staff had a really bad attitude and customer service unprofessional.

everything was horribly wrong and I had to walk long way because the room was so far away from the reception

We would stay there again if we drove that same route.

The Beds were comfy. Check-in was fast and easy. Customer service desk was very friendly.

The room had a weird smell, and the bathroom doors and walls were kind of dirty.

Night of listening to neighbor room make noise all night

we have stayed 7 or 8 times - it’s convenient f a stopover when traveling thru. Basic , clean & comfortable.

Well, the rooms are NOT soundproof - all masonry and so they transmit every sound from adjacent rooms. They rented a room directly above us - & people? came in at 2:30AM. someone on high heel shoes walked and walked and walked for almost 3 hours - moving furniture, dropping objects on the floor opening & closing doors - we got no rest. yes - we could’ve complained, but what would the hotel say? “Get in your bed and don’t move anymore” I have travelled for 45 years - never had people agitate like that. Just a bad night in a decent hotel.

we checked in at about seven. the room was nice and there was no-one else in the hotel. about 10 in the night four cars pulled in and they put them in rooms right next to ours. they partied until five in the morning. loud music, loud talking. needless to say did not get any rest at all and had to get on the road totally fatigued the next day. the staff said there was nothing they could do about it and the security guards' reaction was "there was no party or noise at all". they should have taken some responsibility for the situation. every thing else is immaterial if you can't get sleep or relaxation!

The room was freshly painted, new shower and very clean. 95 % well maintained.

Although pet friendly there was no dog run. I found an area out behind the building that looked like an old garden, would make a nice place if cleaned of debris and “dog hurting thorns and small pieces of glass”
