Bad service. They canceled my reservation and they said it was hotel.com who did it. In the check inn they dont gave me any response and were rude. the worst hotel from the Camino real chain.

The area is not very walkable. Indeed, there are no sidewalks just outside the hotel, but getting to downtown via public transportation is convenient enough. The staff are fantastic. We had a great time!

The only thing I did not like was that I ordered room service and they said 50 minutes for my dinner, and it never came, I waited 2 hours and when I called again restaurant was closed it was rerrible

The hotel is at a good location surrounded by restaurants. The facilities are outdated, light fixtures not working, limited tv channels, and unfortunately during my stay they had a group of young kids that kept noise up until midnight and the hotel staff was not able to control them.

I do like the area where the hotel is located. Hotel is very nice and the fare is good. The staff is very friendly. But it looks like the hotel is getting old and some details are being left aside. Our AC did not worked properly and we reported it. I guy came to check it out, told us that he came back and it never did. The bathroom accessories fell off the wall, the shower handles look like they have never been cleaned properly, TV or cable service is terrible and only in Spanish, please leav a SAP option. I would not stay again that's for sure.

I usually like Real Inn properties but this one need a long overdue face lift. Many of the properties in the area are getting updated lobbies, rooms and all important updated fitness rooms but this property has done nothing for the seven years I have been going to Torreon, MX. We used a few of their conference rooms and they look very tired and used. Would like to see them invest to keep up with the competition. Probably won't be back here anytime soon.

Real Inn use to be a great place to stay and rest, specially if you are in Torreon for business what is my case all the time I go to that city. But not anymore; the staff was great and they work hard to make your stay pleasant; but the rooms haven’t been taking care of. Curtains with holes, the AC doesn’t work and very loud. Anyway, I have no intention in return to that hotel

They don't have extra pillows, the rooms are always hot and this is the 4th time we stay here. Next time we will for sure look into another place. We went to go see the hotel connected to the mall (gallerias) and it seemed better. We will try that one next time. The AC and toilet both didn't work when we arrived. The internet is pretty slow especially when there are allot of people at the hotel.

This hotel is acceptable, although, is not in any way what it used to be. Rooms are OK, a bit run down, needs upgrade. Beds are old. Staff in general excellent, food excellent. Unfortunately internet is one of the worst. I probably won't stay at this hotel again until it gets some upgrading.
