About this apartment rental

All in One for Nature Lovers - your private space to relax and enjoy Kanab and surroundings. Get to the Southwest and get the full southwest - experience in an adobe style brand new built guest studio. The studio is equipped wit a bed for 2 as well a a couch where a bed for a 3rd (not to tall person oder especially for a child) could be prepared easily. On request we can be your guides or just give you some advice on hotspots nearby.
We are still finishing parts of our landscaping, but your space and most of the outdoors is ready to stay. If you have any questions or wishes just let us know, we will try to make it happen. The Studio is equipped with a bathroom that has a separate toilet room and a shower. We also added a space for your clothes to go. The Studio has curtains for your privacy. We do have Wifi, but it is differently fast during the day (mostly it slows down when the whole neighborhood comes home from work - but its still good enough for most common things). We do not have a regular TV, but we recently added a screen & projector to the studio with an attached Roku Stick which has some free apps and which you can also use it with your other prescriptions. It is still in the testing phase, pl.s beware of this, when you book with us.

Great Hostess!!

Helene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us cookies when we left. The information she sent before we arrived helped us plan while we were in Kanab. The studio was well equipped and decorated very nice. The outdoor area was very pleasant. I would stay here again

So much to love!

So much to love!

This was a great little rental! So many wonderful little touches to make it feel welcoming and comfortable. From the small bar and toast to the adorable decorations, everything was fantastic. It's small, but done up so well we loved it. And the owners are so warm and helpful, they really want you to be happy and go out of their way to ensure it.

When we got to the property had to use a flashlight to get to the front door. There was no oven or stove to cook with. I specifically called and ask about the size of the bed told her that I was 6 foot 4 if the bed was a large bed. When I stretched out on the bed I had to stick my feet between the bars of the footboard not comfortable. The projected TV screen was a pulldown screen that is 5 foot wide at the foot of the bed not good to watch TV.

Amazing property and very welcoming hosts!

My wife and I stayed here and instantly wished we expanded our stay! The property is beautiful with everything they had in the front yard including the hammocks. The room was clean and comfortable. If we are in the area again we will certainly be staying here. Highly recommend!!

I would certainly recommend staying at Heinz and Helen’s Oranch studio. Heinz made us feel at home and was a great host for us. The accommodations were very hip and brand new!! To top it off their neighbors were even very hospitable.

Cozy home base for Southern Utah adventures

We were very impressed with this well-equipped space. It was easy to do most of our cooking in the studio (rather than eating out), and the hosts thought of every last detail in the space. It's clear that hospitality is a passion for them, and it came through in our experience. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and Kanab was fun to explore on foot. I hope to return to the Oranch soon for more adventures in Utah; the options are endless!

Fabulous place to stay

While this property was a new listing with no previous reviews, the communications I had with the owners was enough to convince me it was worth the “rental risk.” The pictures accurately reflect the property. The manager was kind and quick to respond. We did have issues with wi-fi that were NOT the fault of the owner. The manager worked hard to resolve them. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s quant and cute and comfortable 🙂
