About this house rental

If you like log cabins you will love our home. Our log cabin was completed in 2020 and has three well appointed bedrooms and additional beds in the loft. Our home sleeps 8 and is ready for you to enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need for home cook meals. You can make your way into Littleton for some great dinning options if you choose. Linens and towels are provided. The cabin is minutes to Bretton Woods, only 20 minutes to Franconia, and snow mobile trails are right around the corner. Lots to do including hiking and biking in the summer and skiing in the winter.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It also had anything and everything you would need. It was spacious and easy to find. John was very responsive and even checked in with us once we arrived.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the spacious house that included games for the kids, a fire pit, and plenty of outdoor space. It's also the perfect location between Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch. The only improvement would be AC units for the bedrooms since the nights were pretty warm at times.

Great Cabin with lots of beds & soft warm blankets. We went for foliage which was ant its peak and hiking. Great hikes in area. Loved having two bathrooms. Fast wifi, Easy location!

We had 2 couples staying. We based out of the cabin and visited Vermont ( Stowe ) 1 day and New Hampshire the next. We were within 2 and 1/2 hours at farthest point we drove. Mt Washington auto road is a must. Cabin was great. Restaurant called Munroe's in Carroll where we stayed was great for breakfast and supper. Highly recommend this Cabin. John the owner was great with communication.

Our family did a quick trip to Bretton Woods to ski. This log cabin was terrific - clean, plenty of room, and very close to the mountain. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for everything!

This cabin is beautiful and well appointed. The owner John was extremely nice and the process was seemless. There is lots of space and my family had a great time skiing and staying here. Short drive to Bretton Woods and Cannon. Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful!!

This log cabin was in a great location, beautiful and very clean on the inside and outside. Cabinets were nicely stocked with plenty of glasses, bowls and plates. They had lots of tissues, toilet paper and paper towels through out. The beds were very comfortable with huge closets. The owner was exceptional on all levels. Definitely a 5 star rating and would stay here again.

Our family stayed at this beautiful log cabin and had a wonderful weekend. The location was perfect and only a short distance to skiing and snow tubing. The cabin is very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having dinners around the large dining table and spent time downstairs in the very comfortable family room playing games. John, the host, was very helpful and responsive through the process and we look forward to going back again!

We had a wonderful time at this wonderful log cabin! The cabin is very clean and nicely decorated. Although our family is small there is plenty of room for 2 families. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect, close to Breton Woods ski area, Franconia and Santa’s Village. Plenty of activities for the entire family. We actually had the first snow of the season! John, Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation place with us! Will definitely be back!

Great rental for a small family. Everything was new and clean. Slept with windows open; busy road by house that could be bothersome for some. Could use some down pillows (or alternatives to the regular foam batting-filled ones. Other than that, I'd highly recommend.

We had my whole family at this Cabin. We were 6 adults and two teenagers and we had plenty of room to do whatever we wanted to do. The cabin was perfect. It was clean and very well stocked with linens, towels and other essentials. We had fires every night and spent a lot of down time outside. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in New Hampshire.

We had an awesome weekend at the cabin. It’s far enough away to feel like your in the woods but still close enough to be convenient for local attractions. The cabin is beautiful and had anything and everything we needed. It ended up raining all day one of the days we were there but the kids were more than happy to stay and play at the cabin. We were more than happy with our decision to stay here rather than the normal hotel or cottage. If your considering renting, I would tell you it’s a definite yes. The property owner was easy to communicate with through out our entire trip and was very accommodating. We are thankful to have spent the weekend in such an amazing place.

Great size for a family of 5 and plenty of room for more. So clean, everything we needed plus some. John was responsive and on top of our requests. Property is beautiful and close to both the Whites and Franconia Notch. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place is really a brand new property like advertised. Host John has thought about everything one would need, like coffee, sugar, kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff. We loved to do cooking and grilling and can't ask for more from this place. The fireplace at the back is a great place to hang out in the evening. All the interiors including the huge basement was extremely clean and comfortable. All wood design made it very warm and comfortable. We were 6 people and didn't feel cramped at all, enough space for everyone. John is an amazing host, he was very flexible and followed up to make sure we are settled and comfortable. I will definitely go here again!

My family and I stayed at the Soucy’s home and it exceeded our expectations. The home is brand new, immaculate and super cozy. It’s tastefully decorated, has comfy blankets and beds and my kids enjoyed downstairs that had a ton of games to chose from. The house is about 10 minutes from Bretton woods mountain (which was a great family friendly mountain) and a super easy drive. John was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely amazing property! The owners did not miss a detail during construction. The cabin was immaculately cleaned and very cozy. It slept our two families very comfortably. We feel so lucky to have found this true gem. I went with 4 adults and there was a ton of extra room. We were also 5 minutes from Bretton Woods so it is great if you are looking to go skiing and the house is BEAUTIFUL. Not only was it spotless, but it is the dream log cabin home and John (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful to us. He was so attentive, helped out with any questions we had quickly and was happy to make our stay wonderful. One of the best rentals I have ever found on vrbo (truly!) We can't wait for our next stay here :)
