The kitchen is a chef’s paradise, with everything from high quality knives & cookware, to stainless steel Viking appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare a great meal at home. Immediately outside on your private patio you'll find a DCS grill & outdoor furniture where you can enjoy drinks, dinner & incredible sunsets.

All bedrooms have mattresses from the Four Seasons hotels and Frette Linens. The master bathroom is a retreat of its own with heated floors, a jacuzzi tub & steam shower.

Easy access to Heavenly Mountain, boat/water sport rentals next door, the unique ability to walk to shopping and restaurants… when you include your stay at your own private retreat with 180 degree views of Lake Tahoe, it is clear there is no better location for your visit to Tahoe.

Within Sierra Shores’ beautifully landscaped gated property you can experience the hot-tub, heated pool (open during the summer months), and fitness center. Outside your door is an expansive lakefront lawn area, perfect for everything from sunbathing to frisbee, with direct access to Lake Tahoe & a beach when water level permits.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our great nephew and is now wife after knowing each other the last 15 years took place at South Lake Tahoe, their special place. Our niece found our accommodations so most of both families and friends rented units. We stayed in Unit 15 a three bedroom, three bathroom lower floor on the lake unit. When we pulled in, we were greeted by the nicest funniest manager. Sorry I’m bad with names. He immediately got us a luggage cart and helped us load everything up. We walked into our rental and were first taken back by the stunning lake. Unit #15 was more than we could have expected. Beautifully decorated an amazing fully stocked kitchen and lovely bedrooms. We were able to enjoy lounging on the patio together for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful, relaxing time. This was prime location in South Lake Tahoe close to heavenly mountain, hiking, restaurants and grocery stores. We rode the Heavenly Mountain gondola, tube slide and mountain coaster. The Tahoe keys marina was close and had lots of boats to choose from. We were glad we booked a month in advance since they were turning away those without reservations. The boat ride was stunning, especially emerald bay. We got an overnight kayak rental from SUP Tahoe to allow for sunrise kayaking - beautiful. We hiked the Rubicon and Vikingsholm trails. We loved the stunning view of the lake from the unit so much that we cooked or ordered takeout instead of dining out much. The unit had a dedicated gas grill and patio dining table and furniture so we could comfortably spend time outside. The property included a well-maintained shared lawn, pool, hot tub, and lake access. It had clean, adequately stocked kitchenware and laundry/ bath supplies. I would have liked to have more towels, since we had to wash them a few times during the week. We loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the showers were really nice. We appreciated the puzzles and games we were welcomed to use. The area was quiet and peaceful but is located adjacent to a resort / public beach that held noisy corporate events and weddings that went on until 10p most of the nights. The reserved garage parking spot was lovely and was one of several security features. If we returned to Lake Tahoe we would definitely prefer to stay again in this beautiful unit.
