We did not eat, with the kitchenette we made our own food. Our stay was relaxing, cleanly, and inviting. We could stay here again.
The bed was high I felt like I had to climb in and out of it.
3.1
The bed was comfortable
A lot of sketchy people and the whole floor had this weird smell im thinking it drugs.. there was also blood in the elevator in the corner.. all in all not somewhere I would pay what I paid to go back to
3.1
Nothing.. not what I expected.. completely scared..
Transients everywhere.. someone dropped there drugs envy where in the one and only elevator.. No parking.. the room was a nightmare..
3.1
I loved the cleanliness, the fridge/freezer, the microwave, everything about my room was great. The staff were very kind.
The slow elevator.

Location was centrally located with easy access to restaurants and stores and JBLM (Joint Base Lewis/Mcchord) since lodging was not available on base. The property did have my favorite channels on tv, microwave and fridge & dishes.
That the front desk didn't open till 9 or 930 am. And the water in the bath tub drained a bit slowly at times.

Location good and as expected for the initial cost of the room which was $120 Inc. Taxes
Have stayed at this hotel before. We have an older quiet dog. First time we stayed no cost for dog. Second time the website said $50 non refundable. Charged $82. No one could explain

Location to JBLM was my biggest head turner, and I had the convenience of home in our room.
Absolutely nothing.

The location was closer to our event.
Did not realize this was a long term stay location and did not fit our needs. Most of the others we’re using the location as temporary housing. The initial room had an off smell. They did move us to a new room that smelled cleaner.
3.1
The location and convenience is nice. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
The room wasn’t the cleanest or most comfortable. There was an awful smell everytime we entered the room. Like cigarettes, body odor and musty. we had to open the window and leave the ac on to get the smell out.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I was grateful for the deadbolt and additional lock.
The neighbourhood and clientele at this hotel were very rough. It is a hotel designed, apparently for people with nowhere else to go. As a single woman travelling alone, I did not feel safe. There were constant people loitering outside every entrance. The cars in the parking lot had lots of vehicles with busted out windows (unknown if it happened there, but many people staying there are there indefinitely). There were biligerant people arguing outside my room at night after the front desk closed. One day, as leaving, a seemingly insane person threw giant rocks at my rental car as I drove out the driveway - when I tried calling the front desk to let them know, I was routed to a call centre off site & they too were unable to reach the front desk. I didn't want to return to encounter the rock thrower and endanger myself further, so I stayed away most of the day. I witnessed several homeless people in the street nearby & there were a lot of people sitting in their cars in the parking lot for hours on end. The location is across from the bus station, so I'm not certain if that played a part.
Although the bed is comfortable, the room smelled of urine, so badly that I purchased lysol and cleaned the bathroom myself. The room cleaning service is once every other week....so no service at all if you are there for a week. Linen exchange is an extra fee.
This is not a place for tourists or business people. It is a long stay place for down on their luck individuals. And, the troubles that type of clientele that brings are present. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.

This property is filthy. The tile floor in the room will leave your feet black from the dirty. Management is apparently never available to address concerns. This property has transients hanging around outside, police in the parking lot, non functioning water heaters, and won’t refund you when you leave out of utter disgust.
The water heater fluctuating in temperature rapidly scalded in infant. There were ants in the bathroom. The television didn’t work. The blinds were broken wide open, so there was no actual privacy. The beds don’t have any form of blankets on them, you have to ask and even then you’re only given a paper thin blanket. The entire hotel smells like old food. It has security precautions just to enter the hotel that I found to me immediately alarming.. Would not recommend for anyone.

I didn’t like that there was hair from a previous guest all over the floor. I had to sweep my room.

it was clean and cheap
I GOT BED BUG BITES ALL OVER MY BODY

Coffee was available 24 hours a day. Staffing was short but they managed to accommodate their guest.
The hotel needs more luggage carriers for their guest. The smell of cleaning products in the room upon check in was overwhelming. I couldn't ventilate the room.

good value nd location
staff did not follow policy guidelines when handling guest personal belongings. my things were thrown in dumpster there was NO effort to contact me despite what on-site manager said. she lied. they did not expect me to return and they stereo typed me based on my un registered guest behavior. totally wrong that people like that manager get away with that behavior. sucks because I do like this place however how this isolated incident was handled was not only unprofessional but also morally unacceptable and questionable.

the hotel “over booked” rooms with two beds and canceled my reservation with no notice. at first the reception associate said she would find us another room at the same rate at another one of their properties, but after making two phone calls she gave up and said sorry for the inconvenience. in retro spect this was a blessing because the location was less than desirable being next to the freeway and there was an odd element hanging out in the parking lot.
