Located less than 5 minutes away from the stunning new public boat launch at Havasu Riviera Marina, our property is a haven for boating and fishing enthusiasts. It's the perfect location to embark on aquatic adventures and explore the beautiful lake.

With two homes in one, complete with a mini waterpark in the backyard, you'll enjoy the ultimate level of privacy and exclusivity. Say goodbye to long lines and crowded resort pools, as our oasis is completely private, with no back neighbors. Relax, fire up the BBQ, and revel in the good life.

We've taken care of every detail to ensure your comfort and convenience. Enjoy the benefits of Reverse Osmosis drinking water and a whole home water softener, providing a refreshing experience for our guests.

Our property offers two fully-equipped kitchens, two spacious living and dining areas, two laundry rooms, and a total of five bedrooms and bathrooms. When traveling in groups, you'll have the space you need while enjoying the added privacy of being able to lock off the units from one another. It's the perfect setup for various arrangements, such as a teenager side/parents side, grandparents side/family side, guys side/girls side, and more.

Right Side - 3 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms:

- Bedroom 1: A large king bedroom off the laundry room, featuring a full-size daybed and twin trundle bed. This room has a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large screen TV, and a sitting area.

- Bedroom 2: A queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower and TV.

- Bedroom 3: Another queen bedroom with a TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom right next to it, though not directly connected.

-Private living room with a large TV, sliding glass doors to the pool area, kitchen/dining room, and laundry room.

Left Side:

- Bedroom 4: A king bedroom with a private full bath and TV.

- Bedroom 5: A queen bedroom with a TV. The private bathroom is right outside the door.

- Private living room with a large TV, sliding glass doors to the pool area, kitchen/dining room, and laundry room.
Both units are included in your stay, providing you with maximum comfort and space for your group.

Our five-bedroom, five-bathroom home with two full-size kitchens is a perfect retreat for groups. The backyard is a paradise featuring a waterslide, waterfalls, and a grotto seating area. With proximity to Lake Havasu and Sara Park, boat parking, and pet-friendly accommodations (maximum of two pets with an additional $100 fee per pet), our property serves as an ideal home base for exploring everything our beautiful city has to offer.

Outside, you'll discover a stunning pool with an amazing waterslide, grotto, and three waterfalls. We also provide a covered dining area and a Weber grill for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, available only in the fall and spring seasons. Please note that pool heat requires a minimum 48-hour notice before the arrival date, with a three-day minimum stay.

It is a beutiful home and the pool was clean. Wished I would have done my research and go at a later time when the weather was much cooler. The home was spacious and they have a lot of ameneties. definitely will book again.

The owner was wonderful. Kept communicating with us. Paid for heating the pool but it was not the best weather for that. Very clean. The carpet in one bedroom smelled like cat urine but the owner said it was a water leak & he was taking the carpet out. Very nice owners to deal with.

Private queen and king bedrooms with their own bathrooms for 5 couples. The master bedroom suite has two additional queens (trundle) . There are also several couches. It worked perfectly for our family reunion . we were able to close off one side of the house from the other. Dad can’t hear so he talks really loudly in the morning😊 It was also great to have 2 kitchens, two refrigerators for the food of 10 people , 2 ovens and washer driers etc. Plenty of room outside for 10 people to sit all together or break up into groups- so many nice sitting areas. Good location. Quiet.

Just stayed for 5 days over spring break- early March 2024 with another family. The pros: Owners were easy to get ahold of and had good communication. House was set up great for two family’s. Pool was the reason we booked it and kids loved it. The slide was a hit!! Neighborhood was mostly quiet. There’s a park about 1/2 mile away that was fun to hike. Outdoor patio furniture was nice to have along with the gas grill. Most of our time was spent outside. Living room furniture in 01 house side was comfortable. Good parking The cons: When we arrived we realized one of the bedrooms had a wet spot on the carpet (the cleaning crew had found a spill and cleaned it and notified the owners) but we weren’t informed. The wet spot consisted of a 2ft by 3ft area next to bed). The wet carpet caused a cat pee smell to exist during our whole stay. Owners did have two fans insta carted to the house so we could put fans in them. The owner ended up coming in when we were gone to clean it again- it did not help the smell. The carpet in general on both sides really needs to be replaced. Heating the pool was not included- it’s noted that pool heat is extra but be ready that “extra” costs $75 day and is only heated from 6am to 6pm. On top of that there was a pool issue that caused us to lose 1/2 day of pool time. I don’t remember if it’s noted in description but you can’t turn the AC below 74 degrees. Living room furniture in 02 side was uncomfortable. Cleaning crew missed some areas.

This place was perfect for 10 adults. Having 2 full size fridges and freezer great for saving on trips to the store. Hosts were very response answering questions and appreciated letting them know about minor items that will need attention soon. Would stay at this property again for sure!

We lucked into this property after our original vrbo property had a plumbing flood just days before we were leaving on vacation. We booked this as a last option, vacancies had become limited at that close date so we crossed our fingers. We were a little unsure how it would accommodate us but this home is really well set up for our group of 12. The owners did a really good job taking this duplex set-up and making into a single mega vacation unit. The pool is larger than pictures look and the water features (slide & waterfall) are so spectacular. 5 bathrooms was a big plus and kitchens were well appointed for food prep. Beds were comfortable and easily slept 12. Television set-up is cord-cutter style, have your passwords with you to access. Wifi worked well and everything seems very clean and newly remodeled. We had a wonderful time in Havasu for our family vacation and this home was a big part of that success. Thank You Carlos & Jenny!
