Easiest checkin possible. Great location to walk to lift. No ski locker and limited space in the condo. Beds need a refresh and shower is low pressure. Toilet paper is terrible but they do provide dove wash products which was nice.
More than 2 adults and you'll be bumping elbows the space is very tight. Bring a sound machine and eye mask. The large windows let in a lot of light through the night and you can hear everything going on in the parking lot.

We were very happy with our stay. The check in was very easy. No keys just a number code for the door and another for the garage. The place was very clean. It had plenty of kitchen items. It is also very close to the super b lift and the bus stop.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Just 300 feet to ski lift

Check in was ridiculous. You have to pick up the keys in one location and the condo is in another. The instructions said to go to 109 to get the key, but it was really 102. There was no place to legally park to pick up the keys. The lock box code didn't work, and there was no one in the office. Luckily a woman who said that she was housekeeping came in and got me the keys. After that it was all great.

We enjoyed our stay at Summit House East Unit 112. The place was clean and accommodated all our needs. We stayed for ten days, and between my wife, daughter, and myself, storage can be a little limited, but we managed with no issues. The smell described in other reviews was centralized in the main hallway, not in the unit, from our experience. The fireplace knob is missing and would be the only critical item needing to be addressed, but we used it successfully either way. The unit is perfect for those wanting a place to stay for a ski vacation. It is very close to the bus stop; therefore, getting around Copper is easy. I would only warn those bringing a lot of gear that storage is limited. We were not supplied a key to the ski locker, so I am unsure if it is dedicated to only the owner. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and will happily stay here again, probably next season😉

The location was Close to a lift, however the place needs some fixing up. Uncomfortable chairs, torn bedspread, tiles missing on fireplace. The door to hot tub was locked even though a sign says it is open with limited access and we called with no response.
Tired unit.

Location. Otherwise the house was old and out of date. The heater did not work so it was like a sauna in the loft bedroom. The bed was old and frame did not seem attached. Fireplace starter broke and not clean

Cozy and clean, great stay for the price!

A very basic and comfortable studio condo. Very clean! Onsite office folks were helpful and friendly. Minimal checkout requirements. Recommend!

While a comfortable unit for my stay of two nights, only having a glass patio slider on this ground-floor unit was not ideal for ventilation. I'm sure in the winter during ski season this unit would be fine, but in the summer, fresh cool air coming in through a window would be great. The TV in living room is janky, remote missing batteries. Would've been nice to have some coffee filters to use in maker.

Great location. Condo is very hot and checkin clumsy
Location is great with quick walk to super bee lift.
Areas of improvement:
Checkin is clumsy. You have to drive to center base to separate facility to get key.
Condo has no ability to adjust heat so very hot and cannot turn down except to turn ceiling and portable fans on. No access to hot tub was provided. Bedding was very old and worn with holes in comforters.

Nice place!
The check in location to pick up keys didn’t have a parking lot. And the ceiling fan was beyond disgustingly dirty! Afraid to turn it on. The fireplace didn’t work for us.
But the location was great! And everything else in the listing was accurate. Great for our family of 4 for a few days skiing.

Close, Outdated, Parking a Pain
Right next to Super Bee in East Village. Partially updated condo with updates being only partially done. Carpet is about forty years old.
You have to go all the way into Central Village to get the key, a huge pain, and there was no communication about how to check out, so we traipsed back over there to return the key.
You also can’t park in their lot before or after checkout, so we had to do the free parking and bus for two out of our three days there. Kitchen minimally stocked and no coffee filters (absolutely absurd).
Other than the one day we enjoyed being able to walk to Super Bee, I would not recommend this place just based on the parking and check-in process because that took all the “walk-to-lift” convenience away, which was the main thing we were paying for.

Great location
Liked the quiet of the East Village and convenience of Super Bee lift. Bed and sofa bed were fine. The condo was well equipped but had a few quirks. The gas fireplace knob fell off and needs to be replaced. It’s located inside the fireplace, which seems unsafe in any case. The downstairs TV needs a table to sit on. And there is no need for two microwaves, one of which just takes up counter space.

Just Ok
Noticed an odor as we entered, which remained throughout our stay. The place was clean, so suspect came from old carpet (which should be replaced). 2 of 4 burners on stove didn't work. But location was good/convenient.

Inaccurate description- mismanaged property
Ski locker and hot tub access not made available to us during our stay. Numerous complaints with Vacasa customer service were not resolved. The property is shabby- torn quilt, one coffee mug, threads in stairs carpet, tired all around.
Great location - 2 min waking to the super bee lift.

Summit East 112
You could not beat this location. Less than a block from ski rental and JJ’s pub (excellent food and live music from 3 - 5:30) JJ’s takes reservations too. 900 feet walk from the condo to the Superbee lift. Lovely sunrise/set views from the balcony window.
The condo could use some upkeep though. Sliding glass doors did not close tight and allowed a lot of cold air through them. The gas fireplace did not work and the bedspread needed repair; though the bed was very comfortable. The loft would get very hot until we figured out how to use the extra portable fans as well as the ceiling fan, which took us at least a day. Well supplied kitchen.

Great stay
We had a great stay at this loft condo. The check in process was very easy. We liked the community hot tub too.

We were pretty unsatisfied with the condo. First, this is out of your control, but the prior tenant left the stove burner on and burnt the overhead microwave somehow. So for the first few days the room had a beautiful burnt smell to it. On top of that we had to look at a nice hole in the wall where the microwave once was.Due to the loft, the heat distribution in the place was brutal. The upstairs would but stuffy and extremely hot, while the downstairs would be normal. To get the upstairs to plain out we had to drop the heat down to 60 downstairs, which is chilly.Next, the condo had zero amenities. I have always rented from an individual owner, and the places are always fully stocked with anything we could ask for or even need. This place, bare minimum. You didn't even have salt and pepper in the shakers... So that meant we had to go out and shop for everything. When staying on a mountain this isn't easy, so we weren't happy. On top of that the toilet paper was like sandpaper, glad you guys are saving money by providing cheap toilet paper. My butthole was raw on day 2. Luckily, the toilet paper ran out by then. So add that to the list of things we had to buy. Also no seasonings, foil, or oil in the kitchen? We had to go buy all of that stuff as well. If all of this is due to covid-19, a heads up would be nice. But I tend to think not, since what owner would clear all of this out for every renter? None, I know I wouldn't. You aren't going to catch covid from a salt shaker.Calling the 800# would have been useless during our stay because you can't fix any of the above complaints.Since this rental is managed by a company, the personal touch is completely lost, which leads to poor quality. I will not stay with Vacasa or ever recommend it.

Great location
This property has everything you would expect, and it included everything in the listing. The only thing that was missing was the coffee filters, but perhaps I did not see them.

Great little place!
It was the perfect place for a mountain getaway. Would definitely rent this place again! The only thing we had an issue with was we weren't given the code to get into the garage so we had to continually run inside to open it. We tried to figured out how to call the property manager, but couldn't find contact information on the app. Besides that it was a great place to stay!

Great ski in ski out for small family.
Super clean, location was awesome being caddie-corner from the copper loop bus stop, recently renovated bathroom.
