This motorhome is perfect for trips with the family or a group of friends! Can sleep 7 to 8 people, which includes an extra full bed above the driver area that comes down with a flip of a switch. The rear bedroom provides a queen size bed for extra comfort, a large L-Shape couch that can easily fit two adults or three children, and a convertible bed from the dining table that in all allows plenty of sleeping area. There is plenty of entertainment inside and out as well, with a TV in the living, bedroom, and an outdoor TV. The RV also has both a stereo system inside and out so you can have music anywhere. The kitchen has a residential fridge, three burner range, overhead microwave, plenty of counter space, and overhead cabinets. The RV is ready for a comfortable stay with added features such as an electric fireplace, an extra half bathroom for guests, and a washer/dryer combo. Outside there is a large powered awning with lights. This unit has a powerful heating system and two AC units. The RV comes with all the plates, utensils, and other necessities needed that will allow you to take off from the pickup location straight to your destination. . We treat all of our renters like friends and try to be as accommodating and helpful as possible. We are pet friendly and do not mind if you bring along your furry friend, we only ask that you clean up after them; we only apply the $100 pet fee if there is visible or olfactory damage caused by your pet. There are other fees that are spelled out in fee section, however, they are only charged when the RV is not returned the same way it left. . I am afraid that we do not offer pickup or delivery services at this time. . Given that this is a family owned vehicle, we do NOT rent for Burning Man and other such festivals. If the RV is returned in a condition that shows it had been at such a festival, we will charge a $3,000 fee for repairs and cleaning due to the excessive damage these festivals cause to the RV. . We ask when you book that you tell us a little about yourself and where you plan on going. This both helps us to get to know each other better and allows us to prep the RV for the right conditions. Propane Refill Fee - $100: Charged if tanks are not returned full Gas Refill Fee - $50 plus cost of gas: Charged if tank is not returned full, gas used is unleaded 87. Sewage Dump Fee - $100: Charged if black and grey water tanks are not returned empty.
