Your whole family will have plenty of room to spread across the four large and beautifully decorated bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature comfy king-sized beds, electric fireplaces, and private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen Smart ROKU TV ranging in size from 50" to 55".
Bedroom 1 is on the upper level. The large en-suite bathroom is equipped with a stand-in shower and a separate extra-large two-person jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom 2 is also on the upper level. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3 is on the lower level, and has direct access to the hot tub. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in steam shower.
Bedroom 4 is also on the lower level, and also has direct access to the hot tub. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

We have one of the larger driveways in all of Grandview with flat and paved parking available for up to six vehicles.
48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting off-site for keys; just arrive at the cabin!
Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or late check-out. This is a large cabin that requires extra time to prepare for the next guests.
The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area (Please do not run the fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time).
The hot tub is all ready for you and should NOT be set lower than 100 degrees or more than 104 degrees at all times.
The resort pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. More details will be sent in our Welcome Letter five days prior to arrival.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
We do NOT offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything else outside of our control. We do highly recommend investing in travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

There is an outdoor security camera on the premises. This camera is for your protection. Any attempt on tamper with or disable the camera, including by disconnecting the WiFi, will result in a $150.00 fine and you will likely be asked to leave.
Absolutely no fires! Fire is a very real threat to this area. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

This was a great house! All bedrooms had king sized beds & attached bathrooms. It was a perfect fit for our extended family of 10. The location is secluded from the other homes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a very comfortable stay in this spacious 4BR 5BA cabin. Parking in front of cabin is level and able to fit 4 cars. The main level is spacious open concept; fairly well-stocked kitchen with large high-top table/chairs and plenty of seating in the living room; and a full-size bathroom. Gas grill is on a small deck with picnic table off from kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with their own private bathrooms. Large upstairs bonus room complete with a pool table, air hockey table, and video game Galaga (which my husband loved). Large TVs in all the rooms.
Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Both of these bedrooms have doors to access the private deck and hot tub.
We had some maintenance issues that were quickly addressed with excellent communication with the owners along with their efficient maintenance worker.
Proximity to Knoxville was important for this trip in order to attend UTK Graduation, with a 23-mile drive to campus. The Cabin was also conveniently located about 10 miles from Dollywood (take the back roads to avoid the busy congested Parkway). We had a wonderful weekend and highly recommend this cabin for any Knoxville event and/or vacation in Sevierville-Pigeon Forge area.

Overall, the cabin was clean and nice. The view behind the cabins on the other side was beautiful. All in all, very positive stay, but there were some downsides.
The kitchen was a bit underwhelming. The pots were on the cheaper side, so cooking with them was... difficult. There weren't some of the basic amenities you would expect like cooking oil, aluminum foil, bags/tupperware, or condiments, so we had to run out to the store to pick up some supplies the first night in.
Also some of the amenities were starting to show their age. The air hockey puck kept getting stuck because the air wasn't blowing hard enough and/or because the table was a bit worn, the score tracker didn't work, and the paddles were falling apart. The pool table didn't have the cue ball. We barely used these, though, since we were mostly out and about.
None of these were deal breakers, though, and we were still able to enjoy our vacation.

Even thought there was only 2 of us the cabin is well designed for large groups with 4 separate bedrooms, plenty of TVs and entertainment options (pool table, games, hot tub & arcade game)
Hosts were very easy to communicate with and checked in on us regularly. They even sent an email with recommendations on places to eat and sites to see in the park. We can't say enough about how enjoyable they were to work with.
Highly recommend the cabin to anyone interested in a Tennessee vacation.

We had a great time relaxing with family at the cabin. We originally planned on getting out and about but actually spent a lot of time there in the cabin instead. We cooked and ate Thanksgiving there. We really just relaxing and enjoying family. Tabor was very helpful with questions we had even called to talk to us personally. Great guy! Loved the cabin and we recommend it to anyone wanting to get away. We will come back for sure!

My family and I stayed at this location for 5 days and this cabin was perfect. We arrived about 30 mins early which gave us the opportunity to meet the cleaning crew as they came out. They were very friendly and did a great job! Check in was very easy. The floor plan worked out perfect as it provided the ability to have your privacy when needed but also be able to all come together for meals or games in the common areas. Our group played board games and we were able to sit down and play without needing to move furniture. For the cooking we did, the kitchen was stocked with what you needed ( also a huge plus for our group). The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a nice size and nicely decorated. Far enough away from the main strip to enjoy the quiet peaceful nights but close enough to drive down there in 15/20 mins. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again!!

Lovely property in quiet community with nice pool and access and discounts at Wahoo Ziplines. Kids loved the game room arcade and ziplines, along with the pool facilities. Adults had plenty of seating in the main room at dinner time and for movies with multiple families (important for our group). Owners were great with communication and recommendations. Our Bible study group got together for the weekend, and had a great time. We had everything we needed, We made breakfast and dinner, they were even things for our newborn babies. Although this cabin is in a close resort, it was very quiet. The house is large and well furnished including all the kitchen gadgets - mixer, toaster, crock pots, plenty of pots and pans and casseroles dishes. The beds were comfortable. The view off the back porch and from the hot tub is nice; however, the mountains are seen only from the front porch, between the houses across the street. Good communication with the owners. Dining table is high too and very comfortable. Pool table and games upstairs but wasted on us.
Starters of dish soap, dishwasher packets, toilet paper, and paper towels was nice. Definitely need more than 2 kitchen towels and 1 dish rag in kitchen.
Due to location of the house, no neighbors on either side or behind, only across the street.

The property was excellent and decorated very well for Christmas. My only suggestion is to work on the WiFi in the upstairs bedrooms as it would fade in and out. However, our stay was very enjoyable.

Fall break vacation
This is our second stay this year at this cabin. We enjoyed our stay so much during spring break we decided to stay again for fall break. The cabin is immaculately clean and the owners very responsive to any questions. With the four bedrooms each having their own bathrooms and king beds our friends and family have privacy and have commented on how comfortable the beds are and they love the electric fire places in the bedrooms. The fifth full bath came in handy also on the main level. We love using the hot tub and pool table and the large kitchen table that accommodates so many. We also utilized all the games to choose from for game nights. The property is close to Pigeon Forge and an easy drive into Gatlinburg and The Smokies. We will most definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome family vacation! Our ages ranged from 3 to 80. We utilized all the amenities it had to offer. The kitchen had all our needs as we used it for all our meals to avoid the crowds. Bedrooms were all spacious and clean. The location of the two on the bottom level are great for those wanting more privacy and the two on the top floor are suited for those whole like to stay up later. The game room was a huge hit as well as the hot tub. Wahoo zip lines were a blast! Felt very safe and the price is great with the discount if staying in the complex. The location was perfect for Dollywood and a trip back to Knoxville for the football game. We loved our time at peace in paradise!

We had the best time. It was absolutely perfect. This was by far the nicest cabin we have ever stayed at while visiting Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room as did I! We were able to DVR a football game while we were out exploring so we could watch it when we returned. Everyone bragged about how comfortable the beds were also. The Applewood Farm house and shops was also a big hit with everyone. Which was suggested by the home owners. This trip was definitely a five star review. We look forward to may more trips to the Great Smokey Mountains.

Nice, clean, and fun!
The cabin was very nice. The hot tub was the cleanest I've seen in a rental. The game room was so much fun with a huge variety of things to do. 5 full bathrooms were very convenient. Every deck sitting area was very private with comfortable furniture. Plenty of kitchen equipment, every works great. Overall, the cabin was so much fun and I'd definately stay there again!

Very neat and clean house! And the landlord is very kind leave very detail message which we can find the house easily. They provide all the pan, pot, silverware and so on, very convenient!
