Be one of the first to stay in this luxurious condo with brand new furniture and appliances! Perfect for a couples retreat or a family get away!

The condo is located directly on the beach, only a few steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. On site, there is a Tiki Bar, an Italian restaurant, a café, a full spa and Yoga on the Beach. A grocery store is directly across the street and lots of nightlife and restaurants are just minutes away!

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean that can be seen from the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living/dining room. This corner unit with a balcony and large windows offers beautiful views from all directions!

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with plush bedding and has an attached private bathroom with two sinks. Floor to ceiling windows that face the ocean give a breathtaking view in the morning and evening. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer set located off of the bathroom in master bedroom.

The guest room offers two full size beds and has an attached bathroom. Relax on the guest room balcony with your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail while breathing in the salty ocean air and watching the ocean waves crash. The balcony provides a table and seating for 4 people. The guest room also has a personal microwave and mini refrigerator for extra storage.

The open floor plan in the living room allows you to relax on the large sofa while not being far away from your friends or family. Take a break from the Florida heat and enjoy the air conditioning while watching your favorite show on cable TV. For ample sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed with extra bedding provided.

Find what you need to make the perfect meal in the fully stocked kitchen. We have dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, pots and pans, a blender, a toaster, and much, much more. If you are wondering if we have something you might need, just ask!

To accommodate our littlest guests, our condo features a pack 'n play and a high chair for your use!

Please note, the only parking available at the condo is valet parking. There is unlimited in and out access for a nominal fee. Please inquire about the fee before you book if you will be bringing a vehicle!

We have also stocked a few beach items to make your stay more enjoyable! Use them at our pool or take them down to the 200 foot private beach.

For your safety, the Condominium has security cameras in commons areas such as hallways, elevators, and pool areas. We do not own or access these cameras. There are no cameras in our unit.

Great view. Clean, well stocked above and beyond. Great location. Judy was precious. I plan on staying again. Only thing i would suggest is a lamp on the bedside table. The condo was so comfortable would been cool just to hang out there. Thank you judy and chad.see you later.

I have to give the condo a 10 but the building a 2 pool area never cleaned ,chairs you rented were old and with broken straps hall ways old and carpet never swept. Loved the condo but the building needs A LOT of work everything needs a coat of paint Tiki bars needs updated also went next door to their tiki bar very nice The Italian restaurant in building gets a 10 also great food and staff were awesome because of the building I would not return for a visit Again the condo was great Thanks for that or my vacation would have been ruined.

The check-in process was easy, Judy was very helpful! The condo was in great condition and had plenty of towels and beach accessories. We walked to the grocery store and restaurants everyday. Would definitely stay again!

The recently renovated condo was very pleasant and very clean. A little music can disturb if you're a light sleeper since the window is just over the tiki bar. Building a little dated but overall I highly recommend this property.

This property had the best view I've ever experienced! Checking in was a breeze and the owner would answer any questions I had almost immediately. Great location with so many places nearby including a state park which was lovely. I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed.

We had a tremendous stay here. The check in was fantastic, and stress free. And very accommodating. Everything is right at your fingertips here and within walking distance. The tiki hut is also very good and delivers meals right to the pool. We will be back. And it was age friendly also. We had three girls all under 7 and they had a blast.

The room was great. I could not ask for more. It was nicely appointed, clean and had a great view. The property manager was on top of her game and happy to make recommendations for anything you need. The only downside was the location above the Tiki Bar. It's loud on Saturday nights which is not the best if you are a light sleeper.

Our family of 5 (kids age 16,13 & 9) had an amazing time. Beautiful condo everything seems brand new! Views are absolutely stunning! Main property could use some upgrades and tiki bar was always very busy and decently loud but it didn’t bother us. Pool was great temperature. Shelley the property manager was amazing and so helpful!! We can’t wait to go back.

We were very impressed with this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very roomy. The views from all rooms were mesmerizing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the property manager was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The location was great, too. We highly recommend it!

Unit was modern and updated with nice decor in a good location right on the beach. The windows were to die for, such great views! We had a great 9 days here it was myself my husband our 16 year olds daughter and her best friend. Everyone loved it!

The condo was as pictured, but much more than expected. I’m a tv junkie, so I was so happy that I was able to watch Investigation ID coming in after the beach or pool. One issue was the master room didn’t get as cold as the rest of the condo, the air quality and ventilation isn’t great at all in that room. Also, the marijuana use from the other hotel quests were a bit much.. a mean a lot in The halls and sometimes the smell got so bad it was like we were smoking where we were. Though, this is minor unless you can’t deal with the smell. It did give me a headache after a while.. Overall, we had a great time and my kids didn’t want to go home.

This property was amazing. Very large, lots of room for my family of 7, 5 of which are young adults. Everything in the condo was updated and the views are to die for. The owner and property manager Shelley was awesome to work with and Shelley helped us with so many thing and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back soon.
