Sleek yet inviting, this open concept layout makes this the perfect home for entertaining. The kitchen features wide-open counter space, a plethora of storage, and a bevy of stainless-steel appliances. Whether you’re ordering-in or whipping up a family favorite, this galley has what it takes to make all your culinary wishes come true.

The family room is homey with a touch of tropical flair, providing two comfy couches, a flat-screen television, and a cornucopia of island-inspired adornments.

Step outside onto your secluded veranda, cascading with palm-laden vistas, relaxing lounge chairs, a hammock, a large palapa with lounge chairs and one swoon-worthy pool.

In addition, you will uncover a grill, high-top, and a rustic outdoor supper table that all make dining al fresco beneath the moonlit sky both easy and irresistible. All these lavish touches are guaranteed to make you feel like you’ve got the island all to yourself.

Located in Tierra del Sol gated community. Tierra Del Sol resort is the premier vacation rental resort in Aruba. A luxurious environment with a 600-acre, 71 par, 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, a Premium Casual Dining Experience in the resort restaurant, which also offers delivery, and state-of-the-art wellness at The Spa. Casiola manages several top-of-the-line vacation rentals in this resort.

NOTE: Access to the Tierra del Sol resort swimming pools and amenities is not included with this rental. However, activities and day passes can be booked directly at the resort.

NOTE: The Tierra del Sol golf course is currently undergoing renovation and is temporarily closed for play.

All utilities are INCLUDED. (Keep this in mind when comparing rentals as this cost is most often not included).

TAXES:
The following mandatory taxes are included:
- Government Tax: 12.5%
- Environmental Tax (as per Aruba tax code): $3 per night

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.

HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

CAMERA(S):
This home has a camera outside at the front of the home with a view of the entrance and street.

NOISE MONITOR:
This home has a noise monitoring system outside by the pool area.

This home far exceeding our expectation. It was fantastic! The pool and the outdoor living area was dreamy tropical paradise. Very welcoming. The pool temp was perfect. Our family thoroughly enjoyed cards, grilling, swimming and just hanging out here every night. The home was magnificent. The colors and decor had a fabulous island vibe. The kitchen had every imaginable utensil and type of serving plate and dinnerware needed. It was great that each bed room had a full bath to accompany it. In addition, chairs for the beach were provided. It was the perfect location, near all the Best snorkeling beaches!. We will be back. Love this place.

Our 2 families of 4 were just amazed at this incredible house. The detail that went into the house to make our stay “spectacular” and surpass our expectations. It’s definitely our home away from home. Our kids loved the pool day and night and it was close to everything. A short drive to the beach or 20 mins walk, also to see the sunrise at the lighthouse and sunset at the beach. Very safe inside the Tierra del Sol community. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is the house for it! Oh, don’t forget to meet “Charles”, the beautiful blue-green gecko.

The house was perfect for the whole family. It was comfortable and inviting. Everyone one loved spending time in the backyard with plenty of shade and a great pool. We also loved the proximity to the beach and the neighborhood was beautiful for morning walks.

We arrived at our home, and it was perfect. Staff checked in multiple times. We had ten people in our group. I loved that it had a separate house for the teenage boys. It was super course to beach and downtown. Incredibly safe security. Well maintained. Beautiful pool. If we come back to Aruba, we will stay here. Loved!!

We loved this rental house! I can't say enough good things about it. The location was very nice being in a golf resort, and having a restaurant on site. The pool was lovely and clean, kitchen well-stocked, you couldn't find a better place to stay. Would recommend to all.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Campeona is a gorgeous villa in a beautiful neighborhood. The villa is finely decorated with beautiful furniture and decor (not your usual Airbnb or rental house). The property description is very accurate, but the villa is even more gorgeous than in the pictures. We immediately felt at home. The backyard and pool are beautiful: we enjoyed having our meals outside every day. The property is extremely clean (and I'm a lean freak) and well-maintained. Stuart and Casiola Aruba are superb managers and promptly answered all of our questions and concerns. The villa is located on the northern tip of the island in a gated community (Tierra del Sol), about 10 minutes from the most touristic area with restaurants and shops (Palm beach). However, walking to the closest beach (Malmok beach) takes only 10 minutes. We have been very satisfied with Casiola Aruba and Staurt's attentive service and we are looking forward to renting our next vacation with Casiola Aruba.
