Homestay khá ổn trong tầm giá

Phòng rộng rãi, có ban công nên khá thoáng, giá rẻ so với mặt bằng chung, sạch sẽ, bác chủ nhà thân thiện

- Ngõ vào nhỏ, biển chỉ dẫn vẫn ít nên khách nào đến buổi tối sẽ hơi khó tìm đường vào - Các cửa phòng khác mở cưả ra vào hơi ồn do loại khoá của homestay hơi lởm - Vòi hoa sen chung bồn rửa mặt hơi bất tiện - Đèn phòng hơi tối Anyway các vấn đề trên góp ý để chủ homestay cải thiện tốt hơn chứ mình vẫn ưng nơi này,mấy cái này cũng ko quá ảnh hưởng tệ với mình, so với giá tiền và chất lượng khá ổn so với nhu cầu của mình

chủ phòng rất thân thiện, phòng ở sạch sẽ, có ban công nhìn ra ngoài

phòng ko to như trong miêu tả, điều hoà ko mát lắm, ko có thang máy nên leo lên hơi mệt

L'hôte était sympathique ainsi que son mari

Je ne comprends les excellentes notes. Malheureusement la chambre n'était pas propre: les poubelles des anciens occupants sont restées dans la chambre, en dessous du lit trainait une bouteille vide et des papiers, un rasoir utilisé dans le pot a brosse a dents. Seuls les draps semblaient avoir été changés La literie une horreur, le matelas est dur, dormir sur le sol revient au même. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour mon frère qui arrivait plus tard. Elle l'a annulée le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous n'aurions pas choisi cet hôtel si qu'une chambre était dispo et malheureusement ne nous a pas aidé a trouver une solution. L'emplacement est difficile a trouver Alors, certes ce n'était pas cher mais il y a un minimum pour la propreté Je ne le recommande pas même pour y passer qu'une nuit

Pleasant

The owner of the house is friendly and motherly. It is a bit difficult to understand each other, but she uses Google Translate. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, the room is quite simple and very common with Vietnamese houses. But it is good enough for the price you pay.

You have to go through a dark alley to find the place. It is safe but it is hard to see at night, and very inconvenient esp when it rains. The towel is a bit too small for me. No elevators.

It was okay the owners should probably just pay more attention to keeping the rooms clean

The place was in an accessible place to the city center so its convinient to move around.

My room was not clean and had worms and cockroaches in the bathroom and lots of hair as well really disgusting

The mother’s owner is very very unfriendly and I feel unfriendly.

On my last day she called to urge me to clean up continuously even though I had to pay for that room and she moved me to a room next door which was very dirty and she called repeatedly urging me to check out even though I told her daughter I checked out late and didn't charge.

I should have given 3 out of 10 for this stay but for that reason I had to think again.

Sweet Homestay

Sweet Homestay in a very nice area. The owner is very friendly. Beautiful terrace.

The mattress was very hard. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Very good

The place was fine, albeit very hard to find the alley, which is extremely narrow. The owner was very kind and friendly. The area is awesome.

Good

Great location in a local neighbourhood with not so many tourists, but with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. Communicating with the owners was good, even though they don't speak English, but are good with using a translation app.

It could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom which had stains on the appliances and toilet seat, and there were used toothbrushes from other guests. Also there was a bad smell coming from the pipes and you could always smell it in the bedroom too. We used the laundry service but it seems the washing machine is old, and our laundry came back with more stains on it then before, so maybe better use a laundry outside. And the the bed was the hardest we had in all southeast Asia.

Superb

Very cosy homestay run by a sweet old couple. It's about 10 mins from all main attractions, but in a very quiet location which was a bonus! Beautifully decorated with a warm vibe.

The bathroom could have been cleaner & toiletries weren't provided, as stated. Apart from this, we had a wonderful stay!

Nice Homestay

Lovely homestay with friendly staff who are cheerful and happy to help. The homestay is located in the alley but they have taken care to put up signs to guide you to the correct location. There's also a minibar in the room with prices comparable to the convinience store. The location is a student area so there is a lot of cheap delicious food very close by. Would definitely reccomend and would stay again.

Worth for budget. Keep up and continuous upgrade

Really love the small terrace and like the simple decoration in the room.

A bit noise in the night cos still under renovate sidewalk. Add a small sign of homestay’s name for easier recognized. Add more light in the stairs will be better.
