Views were excellent. Furnishings were good. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they got the job done. Clean.

Have stayed w/Vrbo before and been happy but this time they subrented thru vacasa and what a mistake! They added more fees but only were given 2 garbage bags, 1 towel a piece, no bathroom rug/mat (tile floor), no kitchen linens, poor lighting outside, and for advertising a great view - which it was - one would think the windows would have been cleaned! Tried calling to get more towels and garbage bags and was told they would get ahold of someone but no one every came. Never again.

The condo was lovely, but the cleanliness was not up to par. When I go on vacation I do not want to receive 4 texts from the management company with questions and reminders regarding my stay. I also do not appreciate having to store our trash until our departure and then look for somewhere to dispose of it because the location listed on the instructions is closed on Sundays.

My first time visiting this area. So much to do. So much to see. Weather was perfect. Looking forward to visiting again

Very nicely appointed property. The view is beautiful (weather permitting as we hit a patch of fog over a few days). We appreciated the decor of the condo as it had a simple elegance that was well done. The TV situation was difficult as we dont like entering our personal information on other TV's. But we were busy with golf, tennis and dining as well as the early fall leaf peeping so we did not miss the screen time. This is a convenient location and is high up but not difficult to get to all the things we enjoy in the area. I would highly recommend this condo.

This unit is in a wonderful spot, high on Sugar Mountain with a fabulous view. It is clean and not cluttered. The master bedroom is very nice and the bed is comfortable.
The fire place is easy to use and lends a nice ambience to evenings.
We will be back.

Spectacular View!
The view is what is most stunning about this place! Very quiet area. Condo was very clean. Fireplace makes the living room nice and cozy. On the deck you can see the snow machines and hear the skiers going down the hill!
Master bedroom bed is a king and very comfortable. Second bedroom is a queen and not as comfortable. Having a king in the second bedroom would really help when two couples are staying.
My Google GPS would not take me to the property, but my Waze one did. It would be helpful for the check in email or the information booklet in the room to indicate that the water heater must be turned on at the breaker panel which is discreetly hidden behind an American flag hanging in the hall. Also helpful, would be to have actual directions to the trash collection instead of listed as "designated area".
Overall, a great place :-)

Little get away
We really enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness of the condo. Google Maps that have issues finding the condo. But after reading the email in its entirety we found out we needed to stop by the office to get our gate pass and key. Other than that a very enjoyable stay would highly recommend

Mountain vacation
The condo was wonderful, clean, in a great location and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view from the desk, the soft bed, everything we needed. The only minor drawback is having to take your trash into town to the dump. Will be back.

Beautiful views!!
We loved the condo. It was so nice and clean, and just as described. The place is nicer and the view is better than the pictures. The only downside was communication telling us to pick up and take back keys to the office. There apparently is no office just a late check in box outside an office building for you to use. That was confusing for us as signage and written directions were lacking. But otherwise we had a lovely time.

Overall, our stay was okay. The view was spectacular, the bed was very comfortable and the property has all the basic necessities to make it enjoyable and relaxing which is what my wife and I needed. On the other hand, the communication with the property manager was lacking. I called to ask a couple of basic questions, but no one called me back. I had to call the 800 number but even they were less than helpful. The biggest issue was the poor cleanliness of the property. When we arrived, we noticed several live and dead bugs, dust bunnies, finger prints on the porch window, and, worst of all, a significant amount of hair in the master shower drain and clipped toe nails on the table next to the couch. Ironically enough, when I asked about an early check in, I was told we couldn't check in early because the staff needed time to clean the property.Again, overall it was an okay stay. Attention to more of the details (communication and cleanliness) could have made it a great stay.

GREAT CONDO WITH SPECTACULAR VIEW!
We loved the fact that this condo was an end building. The furnishings are nice & the view is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. You have a birds eye view of the ski slopes. We were here @ the end of February & watching the skiers was very entertaining. I can only imagine how beautiful this view would also be in the spring & fall months. We will be back.
