great large house for a big group/family
The house was large and perfect for our group attending a wedding locally. Location was perfect and such a lovely spot to explore. The property had all the facilities we needed and areas for everyone to hang out. Found the beds super comfy!
The property wasn’t very clean which was disappointing, for the price we paid, I would expect it to be clean Also we found the showers “interesting”, went from hot to cold, back to hot, but this wasn’t a big issue

Nice house nice location
Too many rules and emails about cleaning. And extra charges for bins not put out dishes left on the bench or in the dishwasher. In a place that wasn't particularly clean to start with. Made it difficult to relax. Just get a cleaner for more than 1 hour and let people relax

Great location for us as we bought our bikes for riding and close to the General store..The house has a great layout with ensuite to both bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom for the two bedrooms downstairs. There is everything you could ask for in the kitchen.

Good location, kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, tv and DVD player good, board games, nice layout on three levels. Heating and cooling good.
Not cleaned properly, no wifi, hot water service is so bad showers were unpleasant! This needs to be fixed urgently. No linen is provided.

An enjoyable time
It was well located and basically clean. All Sandy Point amenities were within an easy walk. Stockdale and Leggo were very helpful when their services were required.
