Paid top dollar to stay here and extremely disappointed. This started at the time of check-in. We were not notified when we arrived at the destination that we needed to back tracked to another location to check-in. Then the fun began! The second night the temperatures dropped and South Fork got quite a snow storm. There was no broom or shovel to clear out a path. The pipes froze so we had no water.. No phone number to call the manager. No way to get in touch with the lobby. Called the other hotel where we checked-in and the receptionist gave me the managers number. but offered to do nothing. After leaving messages and calling numerous times I finally got in touch with Scott the manager. He acted unconcerned and said he would have his maintenance person from another town get there when he could. At one point my husband even went to the front office to get a status since we were missing our day of skiing and Scott was too busy to speak with him. They brought some water and a heater for the pipes in the bathroom but continued to be unconcerned or apologetic. For a cabin to be rented when not winterized is crazy! Also one partial roll of toilet paper was left which was the same for paper towels, No extra trash bags. No cleaning supplies. Mouse poop in all the cabinets and trash that was still left on the floor in the bedroom. Additionally, other rooms left their trash outside that would sit for days. Very disappointed!! Lots of work to do if they plan to stay open.
