If you're looking to travel into town, it's just a half mile to downtown Manson and just over eight miles to downtown Chelan. Winter guests will enjoy being just under 10 miles from Echo Valley Ski Area.

There were spider nests on the living room ceiling and nests all over the veranda. I contacted the property manager several times and no maintenance people ever came to fix the problem. It was so disgusting we could hardly sleep. Will never rent from Vacasa again.

Good location with access to Wapato Point amenities. Close to grocery store. The unit was spacious and relatively well kept. There were a few broken items in the home. The electronic door lock did not work upon arrival. The patio sliding door and screen door were very hard to open and requires some grease. The WiFi and TVs worked well as long as you are comfortable with using a FireTV interface. There were lots of cobwebs in windowsills, on the deck, and underneath furniture. It could benefit from a deep clean. Overall, the unit was well appointed and worked well for our family.

Excellent condo for the family, this place has everything you need. The only thing I'd recommend to add is a TV in the master and blackout curtains.

The condo was spacious and the perfect size for our family to be together and have space. Most of what we needed was there, only missing small thing that you would look for at a home kitchen but not bad. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Perfect location

Awesome location! Wapato is a well run resort and this listing is a pretty close walk to the beach/dock.
The rooms are great for a family getaway. The covered deck is pretty large and nicely shaded; we spent a lot of time out there.
The kitchen is better appointed than many rentals, good plastic dishware for kids and some decent plates/pots/pans. There's even a wine cooler!
Some things to know:
1. It's next to an apple orchard, so fruit flies are a struggle. I wish that there were more mitigation tools in the house.
2. The TVs are all Amazon fire TVs...which is fine... you'll need to be comfortable signing into your accounts to watch shows. I'd recommend just bringing a Chromecast if you have one, because you can't cast to a TV.
3. There aren't any cleaning supplies apart from dish soap, so it's hard to keep surfaces tidy unless you bring your own stuff.

We really enjoyed staying here, this unit was the best property we had stayed at in Chelan/Manson area. It checked all the boxes.

Very nice home but way too expensive
Netflix was not available as listed. WiFi was not working the first day. The additional fees were outrageous. $1200+in additional fees. My husband rented it before noticing all the extra charges. Won’t stay again.

loved our stay
We love going to Wapato. This property is fantastic. We had a great time in February. The only thing I would recommend is maybe to add extra cooking dishes and a kettle for tea :)

Cute and Clean
We have stayed in many different units in Halmalka and this one was by far our favorite. It was light and bright and really nicely decorated. And super clean!! The pillows need to be replaced and the mattresses are a bit past their prime but even with that I am giving this rental five stars!

In my opinion the home is in need of some upgrades. The carpeting was very dirty. One of the employees drop by to clean the floors after our arrival. He had the wrong day.

Chelan Vacation
Pool was just a few steps from the house had a couple of maintenance issues made Vacasa aware of them when we left did not interfere with our vacation

Perfect!
This place was perfect for our stay with our 3 teenagers! We loved having a pool literally across the driveway- which very few other people used during our stay and all the amenities of the resort! The view if the lake was actually better than in the pictures and the condo had a great, vacation feel to it. Some fixtures could use updating, like the stove and shower door, but overall a great place to stay and I would rebook here again in the future. Also- we were there during a record-breaking heatwave and the a/c was wonderful!

Had a great stay!
The home worked out great for our family get together with family members with children. The hit was the pool being right next to us, with multiple trips back and forth with children, so convenient!
Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with everything we needed.

Not great
This unit appears to have been recently updated but the finishes were so poor. You could hear every movement and footstep from the main floor in the downstairs rooms. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we had a few broken/non-working items during our stay (kitchen sink was leaking, coffee pot broken, etc). It was a great location but this particular unit wasn't my favorite. Vacasa was super helpful in sending a repair man to remedy our issues the best he could.

Winter Stay
We enjoyed staying in this home during the winter. The views are ok from the house, but the location is great. I was surprised when the property company needed a copy of my driver's license and license plate of my car when we checked in, considering we were not interested in using the community center because of the pandemic. Other than that, we would probably return to this property again. Manson is a cool town!
