Halmalka 514B is a spacious duplex townhouse condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 8). This condo is located next to the outdoor pool, across the street from Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant & Wine Bar, 1 block to heated indoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility, tennis courts and 3 blocks to sandy beach waterfront and downtown Manson amenities.

We loved our unit. It surpassed expectations and was perfect for our group of 8. We enjoyed the beach, pool and pickle ball courts. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the condo, it was very clean and was quite roomy. It has a great view as well. We enjoyed how close it is to so many wineries/restaurants. The indoor pool and gym were closed due to repairs which was disappointing as we were very much depending on the gym. We did not receive any refund/ discount due to the lack of amenities that were originally stated. Overall we had a great stay and Bonnie was very communicative!

Hamalka —The interior is becoming dated but it is still very comfortable . The kitchen is very well stocked . The closest outdoor pool was very clean and great for teaching little people how to swim— no more than 5’ at deepest.
The one aggravating disappointment was notification a week or so before our stay that the indoor pool and exercise area would be closed for maintenance. Wildfire smoke has become more and more an August issue in the area— it was unhealthy to hazardous air quality so not being able to use the indoor pool and exercise area amenities really limited and affected us for 2 full days of our 6 day vacation.

We so enjoyed our stay. 6-7 adults at one time and everyone enjoyed their stay. The one bathroom downstairs was a bit hard to share with 4-5 adults but we managed. The condo was very nice and super comfortable. Patio, deck and downstairs patio were so nice to have and green space in back perfect for games. Pool was short walk and restaurant was too. Played pickle ball which was so much fun! Family had fabulous time!

The Hamalka condos at Wapato are unique. They are individually owned and each unit has unique furnishings and finishes. They are two levels with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, so a larger alternative to the standard Wapato 2BR condos, but smaller and less expensive than the homes on the point. This unit has great water views from the main deck and very nicely furnished. The property manager is very responsive and experienced.

Condo was super clean and well stocked. Linens were crisp and seemed brand new and the beds were the most comfortable beds out of all chelan places we’ve rented from. Bonnie, the property manager, is fantastic. I only rent condos that Bonnie manages. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Bonnie is a great manager and the property is obviously clean and cared for. Definitely 4 stars, but It needs new flooring to be competitive. The upstairs carpet is dated. And definitely read the fine print that the garage is not available to park in nor accessible at all for coming and going with gear/floats/sandy shoes, etc. We park our car under cover esp in the summer so likely won’t be renting from these units that lock off the garage.

Perfect place for our group of 6-8. The deck was great and the lawn downstairs was nice to play cornhole and throw the football around. We had a little walk to the beach but it was doable. The condo had everything that we needed.

Perfect for 2 families!
We all had a wonderful stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and there was plenty of space for us 8 to hang out together and also have quite time if needed. We were able to see the dock from the unit which allowed us to see our boats at anytime. We will absolutely rent this property again. Bonnie was an excellent communicator and we love all that Wapato Point has to offer.

A great quick winter family getaway
We enjoyed the property and it’s amenities- the fireplace, big room for watching movies, and easy walking access to wapato point cellars, the grocery store and the pool. The house was clean and spacious for our family of five.

Nearly perfect!!
This condo meant all our expectations. Plenty of room to spread out, fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking. Beautiful view. A little far from the lake for my liking, but only because we had lakefront condo for 25 years. Overall great experience and Bonnie, the manager was amazing with one little hiccup that was taken care of immediately. Definitely plan on going again!

Beautiful getaway
We loved this property. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our week vacation in Chelan. The only thing it didn’t have was cable TV which we only missed because we wanted to watch a sports game. But other than that we were all impressed w the kitchen and comfy beds. Would definitely return here!

Hard to Do Better!
Everything about this place was wonderful! Very clean, very spacious. Our group consisted of four adults, two children and one baby! Placement of bdrms vs bathrooms made privacy very easy. Kitchen was outfitted better than any place I've stayed. Furnishings were comfortable, views from deck and the deck itself were world class! I have absolutely nothing critical to say about the place!

Halmauka
Although quite a distance from the beach, the Halmauka condos work great for the kids as they can play at the beach all day, then swim in the Halmauka pool after dinner. The condos are layer out well in that “life” happens upstairs while sleep happens downstairs in the daylight basement. Perfect.

We had such a wonderful time! The unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything (and more) that we could possibly have needed. The beds were so comfortable that we looked at the brand of the mattress! Excellent location and Wapato point amenities. Truly 10/10!
