Located smack dab in the middle of downtown McCall, the TimberCrest Downtown Lakeview Condo South is just a half block from Payette Lake and is within easy walking distance of Legacy Park and beach, the Marina, restaurants, shopping, and is right next door to the Manchester Ice and Events Center.
Sharing many of the luxury design features of the TimberCrest Countryside Estates homes, our TimberCrest Condo South has an open floor plan with natural stone features and a propane fireplace – perfect for staying toasty warm on chilly days while curled up on the comfortable couch. During summer months, guests can enjoy their stay in air-conditioned comfort.
Seamlessly serve a meal from the kitchen to dining area. The gourmet kitchen features free-form granite countertops and upscale stainless appliances, including a five-burner gas range with a “pot fill” faucet and two ovens recessed into a stone hearth. There is also a large work island for preparing those extra-special culinary creations.
Step through the French-style doors onto your private balcony where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Payette Lake in its sapphire splendor surrounded by peaks of the Payette National Forest. Who needs a webcam when you can look out the window and across the lake to Brundage Mountain where the ski lifts are less than 10 miles from your front door. Winter Carnival guests can enjoy the Mardi Gras parade from their own private perch or step outside to become part of the festivities.
This rustically elegant home accommodates up to 8 guests in three bedrooms and two baths. The private master suite has a king-sized bed with attached bath, his/hers sinks, large shower, and a jetted soaking tub. There are two additional guest rooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over twin bunk set, as well as a full size futon tucked away in the sleeping nook - all with hallway access to the guest bathroom with bathtub.
This property is also in the same complex as our TimberCrest Downtown Lakeview Condo North - rent both and accommodate your next family reunion, retreat, or group function!

Things to Note:
The condo is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator access in this building. The interior stairwell is well lit and secure.
There is a parking in the parking garage located underneath the building, access is through the alley way between the ice rink and the building. Clearance is for small SUVs and cars only. There is another lot for truck and trailer parking down the street towards Albertsons, simply follow the street until it ends and becomes a parking lot, this lot is not always available (especially in winter months). Guests are responsible for reading street signs and parking accordingly. Please be aware, there is absolutely NO STREET PARKING overnight in winter months.
There is also street-level, public parking around the unit but PLEASE NOTE that there is no overnight street parking allowed in the winter – guest vehicles parked overnight on the street during winter months will be towed – please park in the parking garage. A public boat and trailer parking lot is located across from the Mile High Marina for guests with trailers.
The hallway accessed guest bathroom does NOT have a shower, only a bathtub.
This home is equipped with a smaller water heater and may not be able to heat up quickly for larger groups (more than 4). Please be conservative while showering to ensure hot water for your group.
This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.
This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

We loved staying right downtown and this condo was perfect! It was very clean and had a nice balcony to sit out on in rhe mornings and evenings! Overall great place!

This property exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for walking/biking; we didn’t use our car all weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Love the location, right downtown. Great for a ladies-only weekend away from our respective spouses! It does have a quirk though… There are two bathrooms. One has a tub and no shower. The second is in the master suite and has a tub and a shower with two shower heads. We took turns and it was fine.

Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the in town experience of this lake town! The home is beautiful and the location exceptional for walking anywhere in town. Only complaint is that the 2nd bathroom has a tub with no shower. Bummer when most adults want a shower. Other than that, the home is perfect. Also, be prepared for smart TV only, no cable, which seems to be the way rentals are going these days.

The place was very convenient, clean, and well appointed. It was a little confusing figuring out parking and entrance on a busy Friday, but everything else was as pictured, and we really enjoyed it!

Not our first stay here. Great location. Well stocked with kitchen gear, though it appears a large stock pot or pasta pot is lacking. Kitchen is great - the photos make it appear much larger than we expect but it's still well sized. Master bathroom has shower and tub, and the second bathroom has a bathtub and no shower - we find this odd, and everyone had to take turns showering in the Master bath. Not a deal breaker - just quirky, lol.

This house worked great for our family of five. The location is perfect to walk to ice cream, the marina, grocery store, and restaurants. We were in town when it wasn’t super busy, so we didn’t have any problems with traffic noise. I gave only 4 stars for check-in because the key code didn’t work, and we had to wait for someone to let us in. Otherwise the process was easy. Only complaints about the house are that the blinds broke a couple times, the kitchen lighting is poor, and the tv is really high on the wall. The neighbor did complain about us once for having the tv too loud. LOL

Great condo and close to everything
This place was fantastic! Centrally located and well stocked with amenities so you can choose to stay in for meals or walk a few blocks and find great local cuisine.

Loved that this was in walking distance of everything in this cute town. Also greatly appreciated the dedicated parking lot for the guests. Will stay here again.

Amazing condo in a perfect location - Great for a ski weekend
We were thrilled with the location and amenities of the condo. There was a lot of room in the entry way for ski gear and plenty of beads that could have comfortably slept eight people. We were only four people and the only downside to this location is that the only shower exists in the master bedroom so it was a little awkward sharing that with our friends who were staying in the other room. Ideally if there is only one shower, it would be in a more central bathroom. Other than that, the place was great. We'd definitely stay there again!

The condo was actually bigger than I expected. All furnishings were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved that all the light switches were labeled. Nice touch!

Beautiful Condo in downtown McCall
This was an amazing unit and we loved our stay. There was tons of parking out front and it was easy to get in and out of the unit. There is no elevator in the building, but it wasn't that big of a deal for us. The unit was large and very clean with places to hang out and relax on a hot afternoon. The location was perfect, you can walk to anywhere in McCall quickly, including the Albertson's supermarket. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals and we had a blast. Will stay here again if we come back!

Perfect location!
We chose this condo due to its proximity to the ice rink. It was perfect for us because we came in for a hockey tournament. 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that were well stocked for our long weekend stay. Great kitchen to prepare meals in. Having a washer and dryer was great too!
BBQ needs cleaned, caught our steaks on fire.
Needs kitchen hand towels and non-stick pans.
