The house, rooms, layout, amenities, and ease of process was perfect. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay at this beautiful property. We will definitely keep this house in mind every time we travel to the Oceanside area!

I walkes through those doors and automatically felt at home. I ran to the bedrooms and immediately flopped down on those fluffy comfy beds. My family and I explored the house and when we found the nook, I was overwhelmed with excitement. When it was time to cook the cabits were full of every material to make a delicious family dinner. After the meal we explored more in the home. When we opened the garage screams of joy overcame because the sight of the air hockey table, foose ball, and table tennis. And we can't forget the amazing outdoors of Sedona. The backyard is filled with beautiful trees and breathtaking stars. The home was exquisite, thank you.

This is, to date, the best VRBO experience we have had. The home was large and roomy, with everything we could want in a vacation home. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. Most everything we wanted to see was near and easy to get back and forth. Should I visit Sedona in the future, I would hope this home would be available for my use.

Our family had the best time staying at this property! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we had solid communication with property owner. Enjoyed the kitchen which had everything we needed. Great selection of games and puzzles. Tremendous location and lovely backyard, as well as courtyard and grill. Very accommodating to our pups, too. Would absolutely love to stay here again if we come back to Sedona!

Property equidistant from Oak Creek and Sedona centers.
Beautiful views, comfortable house.
All amenities as stated in listing and then some.
Very quiet area, management very responsive. If you're bringing a dog there is a fenced area on east side of house. I recommend using it as we saw plenty of Coyotes and deer.

We’ve stayed in many rentals in the same size and price range over the years and this was The Best. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Property Mgmt worked with us thru two date changes with no prob. House is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Well stocked. Plenty of room for 6 adults and beautiful outdoor spaces.

Property was great. Just as the pictures showed, no issues at all. Great location, clean, nice beds, even had a coffee pot and some coffee. We would stay again if in the area.

The house worked well for four adult women. The location was excellent and in a quiet area. The bed situation was good and even the hide a bed was comfortable. Upon arrival it would be nice to have some lights on and maybe blinds open to feel more welcoming. The flooring could use a refresh. It was well equipped with supplies. Appreciate the shampoo and body wash.

This house was warm and cozy for two grandparents with two teenage grandkids. Weather cold while we were there. Appreciated the large couch, big screen TV, and dining table to support board games, legos, jigsaw puzzle and cards when we wanted to stay in. I would rent again. Mary K.

Lake Drive - S037 provided a relaxing, quiet atmosphere for our family to unwind. The house is surprisingly spacious.
There were plenty of games and activities available to keep us entertained during our stay.
The location was convenient in relationship to trailhead access points, shopping and restaurants.
Support prior to check-in from staff was first class and much appreciated.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a very comfortable, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Sedona. It was pretty much what we expected except for the fact that we couldn't use the fireplace, and the fenced side yard is a few steps from the back door, so we had to carry our dogs from the house to the side yard every time we had to let them out. Otherwise, it's quite a nice property, fairly close to the downtown Sedona area and shops, beautiful views.

This is a very comfortable, clean, well-stocked and decorated home in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for four adults, three children and two dogs. We all had our space and loved it here. The kids loved the yard, dry creek bed behind the house, the garage game room and the books and reading nook. The kitchen is small but had everything the family cooks needed, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and on the back deck..The dogs were happy in the secure kennel area, a good thing because we did have a coyote lurking nearby. Location was great for exploring to the north or south, Oak Creek and Sedona. Hope to stay here again.

We loved everything about this property. The house was very clean, there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family of six, and the location was wonderful. Our family enjoyed spending time at the house after a day of hiking and sightseeing. There were ping pong, fuse ball and air hockey tables in the garage. Inside the house were board games, puzzles, books, and a couch large enough to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We will definitely stay at this house again the next time we are in Sedona. I highly recommend it!

We loved the property and its proximity to our extended family who live right around the corner! It was decorated well and the layout was perfect. My only two concerns were we did not have enough bath tissue for a group of 6 and the propane tank for the grill was almost empty. I’m not sure if those items were our responsibility, but it did not take away from a great vacation!

Lovely house for a vacation! Quiet location, ample room to relax in.
Paving project in Sedona started the Monday of our stay, big time-suck waiting in absolutely stopped traffic on the one road into town.

Great property for two families with small children! Looks of kids book and games. We enjoyed the patio. House was a little musty but we had great weather to open some windows on arrival.

This is very professionally managed and they've put in place a number of small touches to add convenience. I was able to communicate with humans when we had some scheduling adjustments that needed to be made, and they were very accommodating

We had a great time here. The kids had fun in the garage with the foose ball and ping pong. There were plenty of books and games to play. The bedrooms are nice and big.
We appreciated that our dogs could join us, but the backyard isn’t fenced. There is a dog run, but our dogs aren’t used to that.
Great place to stay!!

Great place for a family
This was a fun place for my family and I would gladly stay again. It said there was a pool table but they actually had an air hockey table and foos ball table in the garage as well as a ping pong table that you could put together on top of the air hockey table (I assume. We didn’t use it.) I think that should be included in the descriptions, as well as some pictures of it would have been helpful. I think that would encourage more people to stay. They also had a cute reading nook and some fun games to play. I wish our vacation had been longer because I wouldn’t have minded spending more time relaxing and playing games at the house. I didn’t realize that it had so much. The pictures kind of do parts of the house a disservice. The kitchen was a bit smaller than I perceived it to be in the pictures also but it was large enough for what we needed to do. My only complaint was a pull up diaper found under the bed when we were doing our final cleaning check and hair balls in the shower that seem to come out of the shower when turned on. I think the cleaning crew could be a little more thorough. Other than that I would be happy to stay here again. My children (ages 7,11, and 14) loved it!

Enjoyed staying at this Air B&B!
"We, a group of college friends who are now all Grandparents in our late 60’s(!), thoroughly enjoyed our time in your Air B & B! It was warm, welcoming and comfortable.
The way the rules were written with such stringent penalties for breaking one, however, caused us to be a bit on edge lest we accidentally did something wrong. For example, we so wanted to sit outside in the evening with the fire pit, but we’re afraid we wouldn’t be able to clean it to specifications on our morning of check-out, having let it cool down over night. We missed that intimate time around the fire with the night stars shining. We were almost afraid to leave the wood bundle we bought for fear of being charged for leaving something behind.
Otherwise, it was a truly wonderful time and your place was just what we hoped for!"
Thanks, Cindy Cox

Great location, quiet neighborhood
We loved our stay! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking essentials, which was great bc we ate almost all our meals at the house. The garage was great to store our bikes at night. We could easily ride to the Mystic trail, which connected us in to all the Hog trails and up to Chicken Point. The house was clean, comfortable and had great outdoor hangout areas too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great outdoor spaces
Property is as listed. Nice house in a great location between Sedona and Oak Creek. Very nice back deck and enclosed front courtyard so lounging outside is possible no matter temp or wind location.
Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen and main bedroom en-suite bath a little tight, but worked fine for us.

Thank you for sharing your place with us so we can celebrate a family wedding. A special thank you for having shampoo & conditioner 🙏

Amazing Property for a Sedona Get away
Our stay was above and beyond expected. You basically just need to bring food and clothes and they provide everything else. Close to everything with just a quick car ride!

Great vacation home!
Great location, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, fun garage with ping pong and foosball tables. We were excited to see the javelinas which came across the front yard and around the back so take the warning seriously. If I had one ask it would be foot coverings like workers wear since you can’t enter with shoes on. Inevitably we would forget something and since we came in winter, we had to take our boots off to reenter. But overall everything was as advertised.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable accommodations with the bedrooms away from Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Foosball/Pingpong table in garage was welcome surprise and well utilized. Very polite and professional

Sedona home away from home
Perfect location-- away from the noise and congestion of Uptown Sedona and West Sedona but very convenient to them. Very close to many outdoor activities. Well maintained comfortable home, perfect for hosting family members visiting from other places. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

Kitchen needs blender(for smoothies), better and bigger dish dry basket with water tray in the bottom. Chopping board is super thin plastic like camping. Chopping board should be better thick regular one. Refrizerator is too small. Vacuum is not strong enough to suck the dusts. Need wine glasses. I am working with property manager Ben. He is very kind and he always helps us promptly. He understand our needs. I am so grateful and happy with foothill, specially with Ben's support.
