Nice stay.

Modern rooms with a nice layout. Bathrooms lacked ventilation.

Outside patio had dirty tables and trash filled in the garbage pail.

we didn’t stay , i got charged more than what i booked ! the manager was very nasty and disrespectful . i would never BOOKE HERE AGAIN !!

The little bird in the flowers by the entrance

They downgraded my room to a standard although I paid for a suite. No pillows or lines provided for pull our bed even after multiple requests and til second night at 8pm. Couch, pull out mattress coated in mattress and food. Food wrappers under end of counter. Bathroom floor floor sticky and coated with dark hair. Called and walked to front desk multiple times over 2 days. End of 2nd day I came back to hotel around 3 to read then nap( or so I thought) because I didn't feel great. Nothing was done. Back to front desk "So sorry, going to send someone right now and credit your account to the convention promo rate for the weekend at least!! So sorry." Back upstairs....I read for 20 minutes....OVER 4 more HOURS later a young gentleman shows up (NO Nap!!) saying it was the 1st time he heard of any issues. UGHH. 3 week now and to my astonishment, I have still not received my billing adjustment!!!!!!!!! Not sure if I should mention the nasty eggs.

Great staff. Structural flaws and lack of service. Overpriced for the the services.

The friendly, helpful staff. Great location.

Low flush toilets, requiring up to 6 flushes to clean the toilet. Our card did not work to allow us entrance of one of the elevators to our floor Our towels removed from our room and not replaced to the following day.

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for my son's graduation at VillaNova.

Breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly and wonderful!

It is near a highway, which I didn't mind, but my husband could hear the cars drive by and it bothered him a bit

very quiet and clean. I also love the location.It is close to all the store but far enough from them so you can avoid mall traffic. The staff is always polite and helpful.

Parking some nights can be a challenge. Near by partner hotel has events sometimes. Not a huge deal.

my stay was the best , Irene , Janiyah , Particia , and Juan made our stay so perfect.

the property was in a great location near by the mall so that was a plus .

Great hotel near mall and close enough for Long Wood Gardens.

Clean. Always perfect.

Parking. Not enough of it with two hotels sharing a lot. At night it can be difficult to find a spot near by.

Mediocre at best & understaffed.

I only attempted breakfast on one day - and I had to wait 15 min for more coffee to be brought out at 7am

My first room smelled like pet cleaner, my second room - while clean had no soap, and the stomping of the room upstairs and the very loud next door neighbors, I could plainly hear through the wall and had to knock on the wall after 10pm.

overall I would not stay here again

The room setup, location, comfortable bed and pillows.

no body soap, loud voices in adjoining rooms, was not as clean in the bathroom as I would have expected. one of the elevators had hand prints and smudges my entire stay which tells me they are rarely cleaned.

Wouldn't stay again - too noisy as the hotel sits right next to a busy freeway

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Access to freeways very easy

The noise from the adjacent freeway was terrible - for that reason I wouldn't stay here again The hotel knows it is noisy as they provide ear-plugs next to the bed! The smoke alarm fitted above the bed flashes a bright light in your face all night long

Location was excellent! Nice helpful staff. Clean hotel& grounds.

I wasn't able to check in until 530pm because my room wasn't ready. Rooms are very small! Any "suite" I've stayed in has been much bigger. I skipped the ALL CARB breakfast, that's no good for me. More parking spaces!

Everything was nice and new and clean. Great espresso in lobby.

Loved the made to order self-serve coffee/espresso machine in the lobby!

What in the world is up with the flashing smoke alarm light?!? Strobe light flashes every 10 seconds or so and it's right over the bed. WAY too bright and disturbing and needs to be addressed. If I had stayed more than 1 night I would've asked for a piece of tape to cover it up. Luckily I was so tired I was able to sleep through it.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and very fuctional. I only stayed one night but would have been comfortable staying longer.
