the hotel was very clean went you walk in, I went to my room, I love the setting and the bed was very comfortable

I didn’t like that the front desk did not explain that you need your key for the elevator to go up, one of the customers in the hotel came to help me and he told me the first time went he came in he taught the elevator was not working,

We had dinner in the restaurant the food was late getting to us. In the morning we need to attend a tournament so we were afraid that it was going to be late ,so we decided to leave and have breakfast someone else

Not happy.

They charge me more than the Bookings quote. The hotel manager said they would change it later, but so far nothing. Bookings need to make sure Hotels respect the price they offer.

Incredible stay with great staff, breakfast and location!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.

great hotel, clean, great lobby, need more warming at front desk.

I loved the lobby, the cleanliness, the location , the value for that luxury experience.

The pool is outside and seasonal. No hot tub. The staff upfront were a little rude. asked for towels and it took forever. asked for towels and they said okay and I asked are you going to ask me how many and she said well there are 2 guests that are supposed to be in the room. well it's me, 1 guest and I need 3 towels for my personal hygiene routine.

Wouldn't Stay Again

The location was nice and close to the mall and many restaurants.

The room was very dirty. As soon as we walked in there was an ugly brown couch with a bunch of stains on it and it only got worse. When we took the cushions off to pull the bed out, there were even more stains. I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned because there was hair in the sink

Overall my stay was excellent. I would Stay again.

It was clean, staff was pleasant, bed comfortable, large tv in the room, on sight food is some of the best I have ever had for it to be considered a 3 star hotel.

The toilet seat in my room was cheap, it kept sliding and no I am not over weight I am 5’5 165.

Literally was put at the furthest room from elevators. 1 of 3 elevators were working. I td the front desk about the room not being cleaned and was told a manager would call. Never did. Wouldnt recommend.

Really nice hotel, pet friendly for a $50.00 fee.

Nice room, allowed our dog, took good care of us. Lots of room to walk our dog.

Okay, not the best but not the worst. Kinda expensive for what you get.

Parking is very difficult. Not many spaces, and some of the empty spots had broken glass from shattered car windows. Obvious signs of vehicle break ins on the property. There is an overflow lot, but it’s not well lit if at all.

The cleanliness factor in the rooms really needs to be addressed.

The hotel lobby was great and the staff at reception were very friendly and warm.

The cleanliness factor! The rooms have not been maintained and hadn’t been cleaned. There was dust everywhere and the floors were filthy. The AC also needs an upgrade - it was either too warm or too cold in the room.

Breakfast was really good. The location was great. Very close to the mall, other shopping and Thrillz indoor adventure park - which is why I was there.

For the price point we paid it was not up to standard.

Perfect location, great large rooms, beds and furniture. Lobby and ambience.

The cleanliness. There was dust all over, the bathroom showerstall was grimy and rusty. The door was hard to open and close and was creaking. One of the elevator was out of order for the entire stay. There was no tea coffee making facility available to us. No shower caps.
