We enjoyed the property and the management team was very friendly.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again. A little difficult to get to. The property is a carriage house accessed from an alley. We also had 2 cars and there is only parking for one. Had to park on the main street which is 2 hours only. Fortunately didn't get a ticket.

We were visiting our daughter who lives in Fort Collins. The apartment was great...well furnished and comfortable. It was very close to the vibrant downtown area. We enjoyed our stay!

This was an awesome property. Very close to Old town and CSU but perfect because it is located in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay. The property was adorable. The kitchen was lovely and the beds were super comfy. Everything is very walkable. We definitely will stay here when we return to town. My only suggestion would be to add a box fan or two to help with air circulation on some of Fort Collins's hotter days. I highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay and felt it was our home away from home. It is full of sunlight and felt very cozy. We loved staying here. The neighborhood is beautiful and the homeowners were very kind & welcoming. The only challenges were the lack of a stove & oven, the very hard bed, and the thin bed pillows.

The perfect place to stay while my daughter was attending her CSU orientation this summer. Wonderful neighborhood and the place had everything we needed for our short stay. Would love to stay again next time we visit!

This carriage house apartment was perfect for my wife and me. With plenty of windows and vaulted ceilings, we found it to be bright and airy, comfortably appointed, private, and nicely equipped. We had good communication from the property manager (email and text messages) before, during, and after our stay, and we had no issues while we were there. Be prepared to climb a flight of stairs to access the living space, but this is a superb alternative to a hotel room.

This is a spacious 1 bedroom unit so conveniently located to the heart of FoCo. Check in was a snap. Even with high outside temperatures, the AC kept the unit cool. Very comfortable to relax there with all the amenities you might need. It is definitely a place we will return to.

What a gem! We loved the apartment which is clean, bright, and airy with beautiful modern finishes. Having a separate bedroom with a comfy king bed was key, and it was convenient to have laundry available in the bathroom. The location was ideal and having 2 bikes available for guest use allowed us to explore Old Town and CSU campus within minutes. We spent a week in FoCo helping our daughter settle before resuming grad school at CSU, and the apartment was a short distance from her place near Horsetooth Reservoir. We had a blast exploring the greater area, such as Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Horsetooth and the Poudre River, as well as enjoying fine dining within walking distance such as Nick’s Restaurant and Cafe Vino. The management was very responsive; the only issue that came up (an old smoke alarm going off) was replaced within hours, and the owners who live in the front house were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

My husband and I were in Fort Collins helping with our CSU daughter’s move from one apartment to another. The Bear’s Den was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day. It felt like home- comfortable bed, living room and all amenities in the kitchen that we needed. When an issue came up on our second day, many thanks to Stacy and the owner who quickly took care of it. We would love to stay here again!

This property was small, but good for a couple or small family wanting to stay near downtown Fort Collins! If you’re wanting to spend a lot of time out and about adventuring and not spending much time resting, then I would recommend staying in a hotel that’s a bit cheaper. This would be a super great place if you’re looking for somewhere to relax!

We had an awesome experience staying at the Bear's Den. It was modern, decorated nicely and clean. It was convenient to old town and we were able to walk to several cool restaurants. We will definitely plan on staying again the next time we're in the area.

This "bear's den" is a wonderful, private space made for relaxation. Host Stacy has ensured this carriage house is fully outfitted with everything you could need for a comfortable stay of any duration. There is plenty of room to spread out and feel at home.. so much better than a hotel room! We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit FoCo.

Stayed here for my kid’s CSU orientation visit. The location is great, very quiet and it was just the right size with sofa bed in living room and separate bedroom. The place was well stocked with coffee, tea, toiletries, and lots of extras like books, movies, puzzles. It has a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, but no stove. This place is at the top of my list for future visits.

Arrived in town to help my daughter escape from the dorm and enjoy peace and serenity the last week of finals! She aced all the finals and ended with All As freshman year! So proud! Can't avoid the train horns but lovely neighborhood and hostess was gracious, thanks for your hospitality! Much appreciated and nice to meet Liz at the property.

We loved our stay! The rental was cozy and clean and perfect for hosting meals with our son using the gas grill, electric skillet and full size frig. The location was great with quick access to Old Town and Colorado State. The hosts were so responsive and friendly. Thank you!!

Property was nicely decorated. Updated inside. Bed is super firm, if you don't mind that. There is no stove/oven so don't plan to cook much. Over-all, enjoyed our stay.

Nicely appointed and well maintained. Ease walk to dining. No oven or stove top - which was fine for our stay. Very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time visiting our eldest daughter at CSU, and ‘Bear’s Den’ in University Park was the perfect place to stay! The neighborhood was quaint, the location was convenient, and the apartment was beautifully and cozily appointed. It was equipped with everything we could’ve needed, and even had a lovely little courtyard outside with a grill and gas fire pit. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a nice stay - the apartment was clean, bright and functional. It was a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Stacy the manager was very helpful. And Tracy and Lynn, the owners, were very nice to chat with.
Our one challenge was that the property had nowhere to securely store our bikes - so we had to carry them up a narrow flight of stairs and keep them in the living room.

Very convenient, very clean, great location, exactly as advertised.

I stayed at the Bear's Den with my college-aged daughter for the weekend. This is such a gem! The carriage house and everything in it is brand new and luxurious. Communication with property manager was so organized and professional. The carriage house has its own dedicated parking spot and the location is in walking distance to coffee shop/restaurants nearby. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Our stay exceeded every expectation!

Very nice place, quiet neighborhood, but still walking distance to restaurants. Very pleasant overall.
