About this cottage rental
Westeria Cottage is an appealing mid terrace property which sits on the Bickington Road close to the centre of Barnstaple town.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors. Entering the cottage, you are greeted by a conservatory which provides a space for shoes, boots & coats. This leads into the lounge, with original features & modern furnished comfy sofas focused on the Smart TV with free view.
Through the lounge is a spacious kitchen/diner. It has a contemporary kitchen that has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Dine in comfort and style with seating for 6 people. French doors lead out from the kitchen onto an enclosed patio area with garden furniture to seat four & a BBQ to enjoy during the summer months.
Heading up to the first floor there are two bedrooms & the family bathroom which has a P shaped bath with over-head shower and WC. The 2 bedrooms on this first floor consist of a double & a twin zip-and-link (super-king-size on request).
There are parking bays for the row of terrace houses including Westeria Cottage at the rear. On the approach to the house from Barnstaple, there is a small car park on the right, 100 yards before the property. Charges apply 8am-6pm. There is also parking in the surrounding roads.
Westeria Cottage is perfectly positioned to explore the North Devon coastline and enjoy numerous North Devon attractions. Clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking, horse riding, segway are all on the doorstep. Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island in the season; voted No.6 in Europe and No. 20 in the world by travellers in 2020, Woolacombe Beach, one of the best in the UK and renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities, is only a 30 minute drive.

Grubby, dirty, lack of provisions. I had to hoover when I arrived, ran out of toilet roll, clean the fridge and dishwasher, bedding had been slept in before we arrived, had to buy bedding for two beds.
