Welcome to your beautiful beachside oasis east of the A1A and steps to one of the most private beaches. The house resides in the Golden Triangle which is the most sought after neighborhood in Melbourne Beach. Steps to the sand, shops, restaurants, and more.

Enjoy days at the beach playing in the sand and the ocean, and return home to your own private backyard oasis with mature/lush landscaping and a sparkling salt water pool. The perfect atmosphere for outdoor entertaining and poolside grilling.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms it’s the ideal home for a large family gathering, or a trip with friends. Enjoy a vacation with comfort, style, and all the amenities.

This beautiful vacation home offers plenty of room for everyone in your group to have their own space.

With two screened porches, multiple living areas, two large dining areas (indoor & out), a backyard oasis w/pool, four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms.

If you're looking for clean and NEW then look no further, this home was upgraded with ALL NEW FURNISHINGS and professionally decorated in October 2020.

For the primary guest there is a private upstairs master suite with a private balcony and stairs that lead to the backyard and pool.

The two queen rooms are perfect for couples or friends who are sharing. The twin room includes a new, modern trundle bed that can sleep two.

The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and include all of the amenities needed to cook and host.

Your walk to the beach is short and sweet. You do have to walk along the shoulder of the A1A (which can be busy at times) past two houses, but after that your walk is pleasant and serene. There is no parking on the street in our neighborhood which makes our beach very private. Even during the busiest summer holidays our beach is almost empty!

We have some additional gear for you to use during your stay:
- beach gear: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, beach mats, boogie boards,
- children’s toys in the house if you have kids
-We also have a pack n play & a stroller that can be used (please send a message if you would like to use these baby items so I can make sure they are clean and ready for use:)

PLEASE NOTE: NO large gatherings or parties. The Town of Melbourne beach is very strict with maximum occupancy. MAXIMUM occupancy is 8 guests on property at any time. The MAXIMUM number of vehicles on the property at any time is 3 . Must be respectful to other neighbors and homes surrounding the vacation rental. Quiet time hours from 8pm - 8am.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a fireplace pictured but it is not functioning and therefore guests cannot use. It is not listed as an amenity. Thank you

The home itself was amazing, spacious and very well located. Very close to the beach as well as local grocery stores and restaurants. On top of this, the host was very friendly and communicative during our stay. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately and exceeded expectations. My family will definitely use this rental again in the future and I highly recommend it to others.

We can not say enough great things about this house. It’s beautiful and so relaxing the pool was awesome and when we did have question on something, Erica was very responsive. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and had its own access to the pool area. Cant wait to go back and employee the area more. Erica was very accommodating and even left us special treat which was very appreciated.

Each bedroom was very comfortable and felt private as they are all on different sides of the home. The private beach, while a quick 3-4min walk was perfect to enjoy the sand and ocean. Great location as well from Downtown Melbourne to Coco Beach. We loved staying here

The property was absolutely beautiful! It had more than enough room for the 8 of us that stayed. The beds, while not perfectly comfortable, were comfortable enough for our week stay. The linens and towels were fresh when we got there. The pool was a cool 74 degrees by mid day in early April, perfect for the weather we had. The short 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The beach was so nice and private. Erica was the easiest to get a hold of and responded quickly with anything we asked. We are definitely adding this to our list of places when we return to Melbourne Beach!

We’ve stayed here previously, but this year the grandchildren visited for the first time. Erica provided 2 Pack & Plays, so we were able to have one upstairs and another downstairs for baby naps. We like the Melbourne Beach area, and while there are good places to eat out, we usually grill and make our own meals, and the house lends itself to family gatherings. The downstairs area offers a large table for sharing meals and ample room to gather and socialize. The patio/pool area is relaxing and has another large table for eating and gathering outside. The pool is not heated, so you need to depend on hot sunny days, but it is nicely cleaned and cared for. Erica did an excellent job responding to any issues we had during our stay.

Wonderful place to stay for a family! Property manager provided two pack and plays which was extremely helpful since we had two under 1 year olds. Very clean and convenient. Many beach accessories, including toys for toddlers. Only 5 minute walk to beach.

This is an incredible home that is just as described. What a great time we had and I have nothing negative to say. The home easily accommodated the six of us. Everything was clean and taken care of. Loved all the beach stuff and bikes in the garage. Even had corn hole! We wanted a weekend that we could just chill by the pool and do nothing but relax. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back! In fact, I’m trying reserve it now which reminded me to complete the review!

We had a fantastic long weekend at Melbourne Beach and this house played a huge part in that experience. Location to the beach, the way the house accommodates a group, yet allows individual spaces. This was a great stay for my family. First, Erica is a very responsive and very accommodating host. She answered all my questions prior to our stay, and tried to have everything available for us with beach gear, info on places to go / things to do, etc. The house was as listed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great, and my kids used it almost as much as the beach. The beach was a short walk away and, while a public beach, it was not crowded at all even during our stay in July. The house had everything we needed and has been updated. Definitely a "highly recommend". I would not hesitate to say with Erica again. 5 stars plus!

The house was amazing. The area and house give you that old Florida beach charm feeling with resort style amenities. The house is very spacious, clean and decorated with light beach style colors. The beach is just a short walk away and the private pool with the tropical landscaping was fantastic. There were also plenty of beach items that were available to use which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for family, we had a 6 year old, a 5 month old and 6 adults and all the extras to make things easy to vacation with a baby were absolutely wonderful! All of the beds are super comfy and the pool and private beach access made this out best vacation to date! Erica is a dream to communicate with and cares about her guests. We will be back! We had a great time this week. Erica was very attentive and she is a great host. She noticed there was a little sand in the pool from the last guests and she had the pool cleaned at 8 am the very next morning before we even mentioned anything to her. We have been using vrbo rentals multiple times over the years and we had no issues with this well kept, clean home. It was a pleasant short walk to a quiet private beach thru a neighborhood of beautiful homes. There was a nice crystal clear pool in the backyard with a grill for fun family times. We are grateful to have found this home.

Our family (4 adults and 2 children under 6) had a wonderful time at this beautiful property right near the beach. The pool area was landscaped with many tropical plants and was very relaxing. The beach was a simple 5 minute walk to a private entrance where we sat next to no one the whole week. House was roomy, well taken care of and very clean. 10 minute walk down the beach to a beach dive restaurant/bar we went to multiple times called Sand on the Beach. Erica is amazing to communicate with and she provides of all the basics for our stay! (soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc) We have been to many rentals and this one was top notch and would definitely recommend it was a family who wants a relaxing stay near the beach with a private pool in the backyard. Thanks again Erica!

House is clean and comfortable and is as advertised. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 2 young kids. The fenced in pool was a major plus! Erica was great in getting us a pack-n-play, and working with the cleaners to get us in a little earlier than check in. She was very accommodating and responsive. Very nice place. Second time we’ve stayed here. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the beach that is very quiet. Our grandson had a a lot of fun playing in the sand and water. Love the area-lots of good restaurants and we always find lots to do.

The property was super clean and I really appreciated that after a long travel day. We were welcomed by some treats left for us by the host. The house was roomy and comfortable. We did not use the pool because the weather was cool and it was not heated. We would like to return when the weather is just a bit warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space and the water. This is an incredible house! Exactly as advertised, the house offered plenty of amenities. It was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and the downtown.
