About this house rental

Ideal location! It's a10-minute walk to downtown Clemson, about the same to Death Valley, and just a few minutes further to core campus! The walk to all destinations is through a beautiful, wooded neighborhood. The main floor of our house has an open-plan kitchen / family room, two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a large covered porch and uncovered deck. The upper floor has two more bedrooms that share a common bathroom.

Note 1: because of Clemson city ordinance, no more than two families can rent at one time with a maximum of 10 people total.

Note 2: while the property is very close to the lake, we are not lakefront and do not have a dock.

Note 3: there is a separate garage apartment with a separate entrance that is rented by a graduate student. There are no shared spaces other than the driveway. The driveway is very wide and there is plenty of room for all to park.

The living area is an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room one large common area. The kitchen has seating for 6-8 at the table and 4 more at the bar. The living room has seating for 7 and a 65" TV. Also on the main floor is the laundry room and refrigerator.

On the back porch, you'll love the cozy sitting area with a fireplace and TV. Adjacent to the porch is a large deck where you can relax or enjoy outdoor games including beanbag toss and giant Connect Four.

One minor quirk of the house is the main floor does not have a half bath. We simply use one of the en suite bathrooms.

My family had an absolutely wonderful time visiting our daughter at Clemson over Easter weekend. The home was just as described, well-appointed, and in the perfect location. We can’t wait to visit again!!!

A great home in a beautiful Clemson neighborhood, close to campus, town and the lake. The clean and updated home has all amenities you need. Plus it is full of Clemson memorabilia. I'd put this home high on your list for family and friends for football and sporting events and graduations.

The location of this lovely house is perfect. If you are a Clemson fan, this is the place to stay. The outdoor area is really wonderful. You can lounge on a the couch & read, watch tv or play corn hole. We spent every evening out there.

This was the perfect home for Clemson graduation and for any trip to Clemson! The house was perfect for a family or group of friends, and the host was extremely accommodating. Just a short 10 minute walk to downtown, campus, and many Clemson activities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

This home can't be beat with 4 bedrooms, large updated kitchen and huge back deck with covered porch to entertain your family and friends. House was very clean and comfortable for our family. It's close to everything in Clemson.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson. Close to university and town (totally walkable) the home itself is spacious and adorable with a back porch and yard made for fun! We enjoyed our own corn hope tournament thanks to the games provided. Kenny was so helpful and responsive from booking to check out. My only complaint is that we didn’t find this place when she was a freshmen!

We were in town for a family event. The house was in a perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to the botanical gardens. The house was clean and modern, great house for a family.

This property is phenomenal! The house was incredibly clean and had absolutely everything. The inside has enough bedrooms/beds to sleep a larger group, plus the outdoor deck, fireplace, and outdoor tv really make the property. The house also has all of the outdoor games you can imagine... cornhole, connect4, jenga, dice, etc. The location is great, being very close to the downtown area, restaurants, bars, and campus. We could not have been happier with the property and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone who is looking for an amazing house in Clemson!

After excellent communication with the host and an easy check-in, we found a sweet welcome note on the kitchen counter. This was indicative of all the other comforts during our stay. The home was large enough for our family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is the true heart of the home and where we spent most of our time. The location is truly ideal - a quiet neighborhood but only an 8-10min walk to downtown and campus. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

The pictures truly do not do this home justice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to entertain or even need to cook with. The back porch had entertainment for all ages. We hosted about 30 people for our daughters graduation and everyone was comfortable without feeling crowded plus entertained. The whole home sound system was perfect. I highly recommend this home to anyone. I just wish the pictures could actually tell you how wonderful the home actually is.

Great house and location! House was very clean and organized. Nice outside deck overlooking Lake Hartwell, easy walk to Tiger Town. Perfect house for a weekend getaway to Clemson. We will definitely rent again!

We really enjoyed this home! The location was spectacular for going to campus events. I really loved the large rooms upstairs which accommodates our six children easily. The home was extremely well appointed from soaps to usb connections for recharging multiple devices to kitchen supplies. Can't say enough about the extras.

What a treat this lovely home was for our family. It is sooooo clean and so cozy. We came for our daughter’s graduation and it felt like we were at home. We wish we had of known about this pace 4 years ago when our Clemson journey began.

We can’t say enough positive things about this property! The house was spotlessly clean, equipped with every possible thing we might have needed during our stay, and amazingly decorated for all of our Tiger fans. The back deck with fireplace was our favorite place to hang out but the set-up allows for easy gathering together overall as well as plenty of room for personal space. The host was quick and attentive, had excellent communication and provided many personal touches for our stay. We will definitely rent here again, and will recommend it to anyone else looking for an amazing rental in the perfect location!

Wow! This property exceeded expectations. Our family came to pick up our Tiger and stayed for a few days to enjoy the area. This home is in a perfect location, walking distance to downtown, the university, and the stadium. The perfect balance of indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for all. We put the well appointed kitchen to the test cooking a full Thanksgiving day meal and it passed with flying colors. The hosts made us feel welcome and communicated quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend!
