Stay was good in general, very close to train station and a lot of point for food and drinks nearby.

The property itself was satisfactory and we would use it again.

We chose this property for the location which turned out to be very convenient for us. The apartment was spacious and reasonably clean.

We had hoped to have the use of the yard but the grass was not cut and the outdoor furniture was wet and very dirty. We also chose this property to have the use of the kitchen but the instructions for using the oven were not clear so we were not able to use it. The registration process for this property was complicated and needs to be streamlined. Especially as it is largely done online and that poses a problem for those who aren't familiar with computers. That was VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Dreadful I would not stay here again.

The apartment was not as shown on the website. The bedroom had mould on the ceiling, one of the double glazed units in the window had completely broken down so you couldn't see out of it. The tray in the bathroom had fallen off the tiles and the brackets left on the tiles were mouldy and never cleaned. There were cobwebs on the light fittings. There weren't enough seats for the number of guests. Myself and my colleagues all had bites from staying at the property and these were confirmed as bed bug bites!! Part of the payment was to pay for a clean at £100.00. This couldn't have been carried out. On arrival the key code didn't work so on telephoning the contact number I was told I hadn't booked the property even though they had taken my money ! Once I had paid the £200.00 security deposit I received numerous emails asking me to pay it again. I have emailed the company 360 stays but had no response. I think the service is dreadful. I was going to book for another week but have found alternative accommodation.

Nightmare

Nothing. All was orribile.

My wife get bite from bugs, all the bed was infested by bugs. We strongly recommend don’t book this place if you care about your health. We spending money now for recover, as all body is damaged and she got fever. Except this also toilets don’t work properly. All the apartment is dirty. Orribile experience.

Poor sanitation, there are many bed bugs and i was bitten by the bed bugs... The washbasin is clogged, the shower rack is loose, and the light bulb is burnt out. The property management has been notified by email, but the problem of draining water from the wash basin has not been fixed. The overall facility is relatively old, and even the shower gel rack also loose. The most horrible thing is that the bed has many Bed bugs. Unfortunately, I had only discovered them at the final mid-night, and there are nothing I can do with that...I highly recomment do not choose this flat until all the facilities are repaired and the bed bugs problem solved.

Great communication from host, check-in was easy and instructions with pictures were provided for everything in the apartment. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, super comfy beds, reliable wifi and ideal location!

Clean flat, no parking space and unpleasant neighbour

The property itself was good and clean. The location was also good as it is near the high street.

It says that the property has parking space but the reality there is NO parking space for you. The flat is part of a building, and in the building, there are other permanent residents who will NOT allow you to park. The parking space is enough for two cars only which have already been taken by the other flats. If you try to park your car, then they will shout at you!! The whole situation was unpleasant and when I informed the management about the issue, they were apologetic but simply say ''we can not do anything!''. So if you have a car, this property might not be inconvenient.

Extremely disappointing and not value for money

The location was great. Handy for the main street and West Ealing Station.

The apartment smelled of damp, to the point we had to go out and buy room spray and scented candles to try and mask it. The bedsheets felt damp. The mirror in the en-suite was off the wall and balanced on the sink unit, rendering the plug for the sink un-useable. The outer glass to both bedrooms was broken. The front room window had a huge crack in it. The settee had marks on it. All in all very disappointing. We arrived late on the Tuesday evening, so had to bed down, then had back to back appointments all day on the Wednesday, so I had no time to do let the company know of my feelings. As we concluded our business at lunchtime on the 2nd day of our 3 day booking, we checked out early and came home; not needing (or wanting) to spend the final night we had paid for. I contacted the company when we left, to say we had left early and give them details of my complaint and requested a partial refund. I was told someone would be in touch. I had too chase as no one did get in touch and I was told a refund wasn't appropriate as I hadn't given the opportunity to fix the problem. And I was told someone did call but I was in a meeting!
