First, the positives! The home is very clean & well appointed. Beds & linens were quite comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Good spaces to gather everyone together for meals and game times. Property managers, were very responsive. Which brings me to some of the not so positive things: We had some maintenance issues while there. Water leaks which required a plumber to come after hours. Again, property manager and owner did respond quickly and we appreciated that. The plumber had to saw a hole in a bedroom wall and was working during our dinner and game time, but he apparently got the issue resolved. The very next day, another bigger puddle appeared in the pantry, which was believed to be connected to a recent roof replacement and AC issue. An AC guy came and determined it was a plumbing issue. It was still unresolved when we checked out. We also had an issue with the spa. It would heat but not blow bubbles. Manager was unable to resolve that during our stay. A big issue with this location that we were not aware of is that it's on a very busy street, which is noisy. But worse than that is the construction site next door. They are building an apartment complex and there was always noise and for 2 days there was the constant beeping like when a truck backs up, except it went on continuously. I do believe the owner should warn people about the construction, which will be temporary. In short, the home is lovely but the location is not ideal.

The property was awesome! It was an easy check in. The grocery store was within 10 minutes of the house and the beach within 30 minutes, plus the house had great recommendations on activities and restaurants in the area. Definitely would come back to this area! The property owner was great! Wonderful time in Florida.

We loved the back patio and the outdoor kitchen. We didn't cook inside. The home was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. Quick responses from the owner on all communication. We would love to stay again when we come back down.

A very lovely home with a private pool. The kitchen was a dream. Unfortunately there is only one bathroom downstairs and it is shared by three bedrooms. The living room sectional is massive but the cushions move a lot so it wasn’t comfortable. It was fine though. We spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor dining table is perfect. There were lots of bugs so we were chased inside for dessert most nights. Lots of outdoor seating.

We were disappointed that the hot tube and swimming pool did not work until Monday. Also, we were under the impression that we could use everything on the patio but the refrigerator was changed up, (only for the owner use) It looked like the stove, dish washer and grill had not been used in a very long time. The inside of the home was very nice, it was a little noisy with road use. We did have a little trouble with the alarm system, but the house manager came right over and took care of that. We did have a very good time considering some problems.

First of all, the house is beautiful and well appointed. The pool yard is very nice and private. The backyard space is really well done as well. The TV viewing area has legit surround sound and is great for movie watching. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything necessary. Having said that, the house is on a very busy road, with cars and trucks passing by at up to 50 mph. Also, across the road is a car wash. If you are out by the pool, you hear traffic constantly, because the pool yard is on the front side of the property. Thankfully, traffic noise isn’t too noticeable inside the house. In sum, we enjoyed the house, but not the location.

House was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Sometimes the pictures are deceiving in an unpleasant way. My 3 sisters and I were VERY impressed: house was very clean and spacious; outside spaces are designed to entertain. Host was very responsive to questions. The 4 of us each had our own room and everyone said how comfortable their beds were (including the twin). Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

Great place for our girls getaway. Everyone had their own bed which were very comfortable. Pool and spa were awesome. Loved sitting around the fire pit in the evening. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The only thing we didn’t realize was it was located on a busy main road so there was the traffic noise. Loved the property.

The property was perfect for our group of 9. Grandma & Grandpa really enjoyed the cabana! Everyone enjoyed the pool - hard to get our little ones out. The property manager is was quick to respond to us. Kitchen was well equipped and we made use of it. If you have little ones like we did there is a splash park just a few minutes away which the kids loved! All in all a lovely place to spend some time with family.

Smooth booking. The property manager is just a phone call away. My kids enjoyed the pool and the outdoors. But make sure not to take any water balloons and confetti into the pool. My mistake. Besides everything was perfect. Also if you are going to be outside after dark, get repelent. Its mosquito season.

This house was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen has plenty of room and the back patio is just a great spot to hang out and visit. Normally, we go out to eat but with the griddle, grill, and 6 burner stove we decided to cook in some of our meals. The pool and hot tub are there to cool off and relax. The longer we stayed the more the house grew on me. I would stay here again.

We had a blast staying at this house. The kids LOVED the pool and the cabana was a perfect choice for our 70 year old mother to have her own space separate from the loud and crazy kids. The location is on a busy street, but did not cause any concern with noise - only exiting during high traffic time. It is very conveniently located to a grocery store and had ample storage room for lots of supplies. We didn't have to reach out to the property manager during our stay, but the communication prior to our visit was timely and helpful as we were checking in after the hurricane.

Beautiful home, beautiful weather, and memories made! If and when anything came up it was addressed and taken care of promptly. Jaylene and Tonnie were both great to work with throughout the entire process from booking the trip up to our last day. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a Florida vacation. Cape Coral was the perfect location and seemed to be centralized to all of our interests whether it be going to downtown Ft. Myers and eating at Fords Garage, driving to Marco Island for the day, driving through Bonita Springs, Pine Island in Matlacha or heading to Sarasota. Hoping to head back in the future and be able to check out the sister Islands , Sanibel and & Captiva. The destruction from the hurricane was massive and my heart goes out to all that were impacted. We enjoyed our time at this home. It had everything we needed and more. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by Tonnie, the property manager. She was quick to respond and follow up. The only negative was being on Chiquita Blvd but the semi circle driveway makes it easier to navigate. Thanks for opening up your wonderful home!

From day one booking the property we felt we had made the right choice for vacation accommodations. We had two families stay (4 adults 4 teens ) and had plenty of space. The house has every amenity which made taking a plane to a beach vacation a success !! I can’t say enough about the comfort of the beds and the space. We made five star meals w the kitchen equipment had plenty of fridge space for cold beverages and snacks! Fans provided in the property helped the AC keep up in a hot July. The pool was amazing and quite lovely oasis for our stay. The location was central to most things we wanted to do ( beaches eco centers shopping and restaraunts ). Thank you for sharing this lovely home !!

Would definitely recommend and stay again. Easy drive to Sanibel and Pine Island for our Nauti Aquatic tour. The property has so many amenities such as pool, hot tub, grilling, outside seating and beautiful patio. Perfect for large group or family. Cabana bedroom has a great bed and bathroom. Would definitely come back. The manager and owner reached out quickly to any requests.

We visited Florida for a little get away. In our group there was 3 couples. This house was just perfect, with lots of room. We loved the outside flat top grill! We cooked breakfast several mornings outside while drinking a coffee or bloody Marys. The pool was perfect! Even on the little cooler and cloudy days we were able to enjoy the heated pool and the hot tub. We did a lot of night swimming. Tonnie greeted us shortly after arrival and she was very help. My husband is tall and hit his head on probably every chandelier in the house. Which I found funny but not him so much! Haha Highly recommend and hope to be able to come back some day! This home was everything they said and more. We have been coming to this area for the last 15 years and this is only the second time the house exceeded our expectations. The management company was extremely responsive and the owner even called to see how everything was going. We had 10 in our party and the accommodations were perfect along with everything you need to prepare meals. Pool and hot tube were perfect temperature. Will definitely return to this property. We had a great time!

Nice place but had some issues

I rented this property with a few friends and my family for my birthday so we opted for the cabana to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately, out of 3 showers, only 1 of them was entirely functional, the water was either extremely hot or cold. The property was gorgeous, so I was very disappointed to have to have 8 people share one shower for four days. The pool and hot tub were great, but the outdoor grill was tough to turn on and ended up malfunctioning and burning off all the hair on my friends hand(he’s a very experienced griller- we ended up not using it at all). Property Manager was prompt for issues- we noticed hundred of flies in the garage that she came and took care of quickly (although they came back the next day). I was also overcharged an additional guest fee, I reached out to the listing manager when I booked and even after our stay but have not heard back. Beware of the fees before you book! Beds were comfy and seating was plenty to accommodate my large family, but based on the price I was very disappointed in these few things.

We had a great stay. The house was just as pictured! Everything went smoothly from the start of booking to check out! Tonnie was great from the start of our stay, she came over and showed us all the ins and outs of the house gave us some suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Any questions that came up during our stay were quickly answered. The house is beautiful and gives everyone their own space to stretch out and relax or come together and enjoy games and music outside. We highly recommended this place and would most definitely come back!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The house is clean and new with amenities galore! We particularly enjoyed the pool, multiple fire pits, and surround sound speakers throughout the property. The quality of the linens and mattresses did not go unnoticed and we felt pampered and well rested. The property manager is extremely responsive and fantastic. You will love it here!!

We had a great week in Cape Coral. Morning walks, afternoons at the beaches and evenings eating out and/or relaxing by the fire. We had a great vacation the house was perfect size for our two families of teens and kids. Tonnie was great, she helped answer all of our questions and stopped by to get more propane, etc when needed. Great experience, would definitely do it again!
