Séjour superbe . Emplacement impeccable. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement !!!

Nous avons été admirablement accueilli et cerise sur le gâteau nous avons été « surclassé » !!! :-) Le petit déjeuner est un délice .

Recommandé à 200% !

Emplacement idéal dans une vieille ville vraiment magnifique. Buffet exceptionnel. Et surtout, un personnel adorable qui se met en quatre pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Accessoirement, francophone... Nous recommandons à 200% !

Bon d'accord, les cloches de la cathédrale sonnent tous les 1/4 h, mais on s'habitue vite !

Séjour Romantique au Coeur de la Vieille Ville de Ciutadella

Parfait hôtel au coeur de la vieille ville de Ciutadella. La charmante responsable des lieux Isa est une excellente professionnelle qui facilitera votre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de qualité. Si je devais revenir un jour à Minorque sans aucune hésitation je réserve à nouveau dans cet établissement. Pour le parking, sur le vieux port, ensuite accès à l'hôtel à pieds en 8 mn.

Nice boutique hotel in the centre of the old town of Ciutadella.

Really nice boutique hotel in the centre of Ciutadella. Cozy and with nice staff who will take care of you. Rooms are small but comfy with all the needed appliances. Bathrooms nice and clean.

Everything was just fine. But I stayed there only for one night hence difficult to complain about anything.

Estada perfecte, tornarem

Tracte molt amable per part de la Isa, Marta i Maica. Hotel molt cèntric i molt polit. Teníem esmorzar inclòs molt complet i de molt bona qualitat, producte de proximitat i la Maica et feia el que volguéssis al moment. La Isa en va proporcionar una ruta tant de visites com visites gastronòmiques, gràcies per tota l’atenció. Repetirem

Todo perfecto, ubicación y trato inmejorable

La ubicación inmejorable, a escasos pasos de la catedral. Marta, la chica de recepción, un encanto, al igual que el resto del personal, siempre dispuesto a mejorar la estancia. Las instalaciones estaba siempre limpias y cada detalle cuidado al máximo. El desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Nice hotel with great location, good breakfast and friendly staff

Vey nice hotel with a great location. The breakfast is really good and the staff is both very friendly and helpful (I forgot my glasses under the bed and they posted back to me). I can recommend this hotel with any kind of group, young couples, families, and the elderly (there is also an elevator if needed).

El hotel es fantástico. Tiene una ubicación excelente, la habitación es muy confortable, muy buena limpieza, pero sobre todo el trato de Marta y su compañera, son maravillosas, hemos estado como en casa!!!!!

Has d'anar-hi, et cuiden i et mimen, el que necessites per una estada meravellosa.

Teníem reservada una habitació inferior i ens van donar una superior amb vistes al Carrer i molt amplia, a voluntat de l'Hotel, ens va encantar, superamables i atents. Jo prenc llet desnatada per motius de Salut, però no en tenien, tot i que no passa res, puc prendre altra cosa, la noia sense dubtar-ho van comprar-la per a mi només, molt agraïda, un detall molt important per a mi, impressionant i una meravella. Està al mateix centre històric de Ciutadella, ens va donar moltíssima informació i facilitat per a tot. Tot era nou, crec que feia 3 anys que l'han reformat, vaig entendre que era un edifici històric, val molt la pena. Penso tornar a Menorca i serà a l'Hotel Artemisia sense dubtar-ho.

No tinc res a dir, per dir alguna cosa, és que se sent una mica de soroll del Carrer, però a la tauleta de nit n'havien uns taps per si de cas, tot i que no els vam necessitar. Vaig dormir superbé, moltes gràcies per una meravellosa estada i fer-nos servir com a casa.

Great place! I would definitely recommend it!

This is my favorite hotel on my trip. The young lady that helped me bring my luggage from the drop off point was so sweet and helpful. I had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect! The breakfast free and scrumptious. The staff was the very best!

The perfect stay!

Our stay could not be better. The hotel is so nice - it’s situated in the heart of the old town, it has everything you need, A/C worked perfectly while it was 42 degrees outside. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, breakfasts are better than you can imagine. I would return there just for a breakfast. If I could give a special award - I would give it to the team. They were so great! They were super efficient in everything - from helping us finding the parking over WhatsApp to sending us lists of restaurants and places. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I hope to come back here. Thank you team Artemisia!

Vibrant, energising, loving life!

Location was excellent, staff were friendly, relaxed and very welcoming. Breakfast did the job. Hotel was amazing and smelled gorgeous. We had booked 4 rooms but we had the room with the terrace which was a great place to sit and chat (Family of 5 adults). I guess what would have made this room a top 10 if there was a little fridge or chiller to put a couple of beers or wine on chill - especially whilst enjoying the evening sun and listening to the chatter of the streets. Fab bars literally on your door step! Close to Sa Celeta if you have a car, also hired a boat from the harbour for 4 hours. Again very easy to do business 👌

location in Casa Antic within easy reach of bars and restaurants, beautiful building with contemporary feel.

Great location if you want to be in the centre of the old town. Staff were helpful. Hotel was beautifully renovated.

The hotel was a little noisy at night and can clearly hear people outside. Double glazing in the rooms would help
