About this house rental
This Gulf view home with private pool has amazing views of the renown sugar white beaches in Panama City Beach, which was recently voted as one of the top 3 most beautiful beaches in the world! This 4 bed 3 bath home boasts a large 50' balcony and private pool to enjoy the spectacular views from sunrise to sunset! The home has plenty of parking and has been completely remodeled and artfully decorated. The house is located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach where dining and entertainment for the entire family are abundant. We are also PET FRIENDLY!
The open floor plan affords a fantastic view from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and two bedrooms with French doors in every room which open to the spacious balcony.

At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling, etc. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not... for wonderful day trips within minutes of the condo St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.
Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach and there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!

Great home with a good view. To cold for us to enjoy pool but would nice when warmer. Enjoyed the rec room has plenty of smart TV's. The ice machine is a nice added bonus. I would recommend if you are looking for a nice 4 bedroom house not on the water.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity and access to the beach is one of the highlights. The house fit our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers very well. We had a few hiccups, but Dave was very responsive. We will definitely consider another stay at a future date.

This home was perfect with plenty of room for the 8 adults in our party. Heated pool was great for this time of year!
The large covered deck was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset. With the beach only a few steps away this home and quiet neighborhood will be # 1on my list for our next vacation to PCB.

We had 7 adults and two toddlers. The house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room and the location was superb. We did not even need our wagon or stroller for the beach it was so close!
The kids had a ton of fun in the pool and Dave the property manager was very good in handling any issues we had.

This property was amazing perfect location literally a few steps to the beach you can see the ocean and hear it from the balcony or while you are laying by the private pool the pool was perfect as well !! And the cleanliness of this home was above and beyond expected coming from a rental it was more like home.. we will definitely stay again and will refer all of our friends and family !! Home was just as advertised. Outstanding location on the quiet east end and across the street from the beach. house had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. Pool and game room were a big plus.

Amazing stay! We had a few issues that occurred during the stay but David was quick to respond and would repair the issue in no time while also respecting our space while being there. The location is very close to a public beach access and the house comes with a beach wagon so no need to carry your heavy chairs and canopies. The pool was a great addition to the stay as well. The kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we had the chance. David, thank you for the hospitality that you showed us!!

We usually stay every year at treasure island resort which is located very close . Found this home which was absolutely beautiful, great location and had absolutely everything you need! Dave green was such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be planning to come back this fall. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

We rented a VRBO right on the beach. We had a large party of 8 with folks coming and going. We are not small people and we have our dogs so space is important. We walk in and its an immediate no. this will not work. I noticed Dave’s place and I google and find his house 30 mins later he met me and literally saved our vacation. The home is flawless. Parking, we drive a Mercedes Passage Van, a ford 350 and a chevy SUV all three in the driveway. Dave turned the pool heater on for me and by evening we were in the warm pool. The game room was over the top 2 85 inch televisions. Ice machine. We had all the beach offerings, Saw the ocean every day. It was perfect. Master bedroom was better than home. Loved it loved it. Location we walked to tacos, ice cream, tshirts. Neighbors were awesome. Just blown away.

The house was a great location. Walkable distance to food and drinks. You can see the water from the deck. It is also very close to the Marina for fishing.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and owner. Very clean and close to everything. We spent Christmas and New Years here and it was the best vacation. The weather made it too cold to heat the pool, but that’s no one’s fault… just that time of the year. Lots of parking, plenty of room, and fantastic beach access.

House was as described and clean for the most part. Dishwasher was out for a couple of days during our stay but it was repaired, which caused a minor inconvenience but not a huge deal.
Communication with David was great. Would stay here again.

After years of vacationing in PCB we found the perfect place! This house has beauty and comfort. The view of the ocean can be seen from every window upstairs. The pool in front was a great bonus and you are just steps away from the beach!

We enjoyed the location of the house with easy access to the beach and the closeness to St. Andrews State Park. Loved being able to see from the living room the Sea Screamer and the dolphins jumping behind it. The pool was fun, and it’s the largest pool we’ve ever had with a house rental. House was clean and spacious. We would recommend.

The beach is so close and was not overly crowded. Lots of shells. We had 5 20yr old with us and they loved the Rec room. Had a couple rainy days and they played games and videos on the big screen TVs. They were very impressed! Would highly recommend. Our host was very nice and easy to contact. We had a storm blow in sand in the pool and he had the pool swept out the next day. Was awesome! Would love to revisit and did not want to leave!

Reviews are all accurate. Not sure what more I can say other than this is a great rental. House is wonderful! Well equipped, love the ocean view, close to the beach, not crowded or noisy at night and many extras! I’m just not a fan of the east side of PCB, but this house was worth it. Grocery stores and shops are close by. Excellent communication from owner. We ended up using the Murphy bed mattress in the game room for our 17 year old who spent a lot of time there and our girls thought the couch was so comfortable they didn’t need to use the pull out sofa. Pool lights at night was a hit with the kids. Nice area at the condo next door for walking the dog.

2022 Panama City Beach Family Trip
Very nice property close to the beach with a private pool. We enjoyed this property very much and it had everything we could have asked for. We had a great time at this property and love the balcony over looking the ocean. Only feedback is around the beach chairs provided they could have been better but overall great property and you will not go wrong.

Excellent location and so fun!
We had a great week at this home! Historically, our family has always kept to west side of PCB so we were a tad reserved with booking this location. We loved the location! It was such a short distance to the beach and you can see and hear the waves from the porches. There is a tiny motel behind the house and large high rise about 500 years away, but neither caused noise or crowds for us. The motel was actually very quiet, even with their pool next to the house. The beach had wasn’t crowded either since most were in front of the high rises further down the beach.
The house had a great layout and had everything we needed plus more. Having the pool with small kids to break up the beach day was amazing. We could make lunch and keep an eye on them in the pool. Game room with ice machine was a great bonus too!
