This house was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. It was updated and thoughtfully decorated. Plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable. The screened in outdoor space was exceptional with lots of seating. The pool was fantastic and we were in it everyday! The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We had no complaints about anything. I had to contact management once and that’s only because I could not find my email with the door code. They answered within minutes! Very, very happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing and is exactly as pictured. Everything was in working order, pool was warm and clean. They thought of everything pool toys for kids, every kitchen utensil you could need is there the house is very clean. Location is wonderful 20 minutes to several different beaches grocery store just minutes away. I will definitely be renting again. My family loved it!

We loved the pool and the patio. We had multi generations from 2 to 64. Everyone was happy with the property. The neighbors were quiet and those that were out were friendly. The property was in a great location between Clearwater Beach and treasure island beach. We did leave some beach towels for the next visitors. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this property.

Property was just as listed online. Kitchen was fully stocked and the pool area was so fun for the kids. Beaches were 25 minutes from the home which allowed us to visit multiple beaches as opposed to being beachfront on one of them.

The home was so welcoming, the interior made me feel at home. But the outdoor life was top shelf. There were days that i spent the entire day outside in the pool and shooting pool. Would I book again in the future? Most definitely, but honestly i think i would rather buy it. I didnt want to leave.

Kids loved the pool. Although it rained most days, the kids were still able to enjoy the pool. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for the nine of us. Would definitely recommend.

We were i town for my sons wedding so it was nice to have a place to relax .The pool area and deck were our favorite place to be! Everything was clean when we arrived and we settled in quickly! we had an excellent stay and would recommend for anyone wwo didnt want to be right near the beach All appliances were in great working order including the washer and dryer. plenty of bath towels and the grandkids had a great time in their back room and spent every minute in the pool! Thanks for being a great host!

Located within 10 miles of numerous beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was a huge hit with the kids. Nice to have hand soap in bathrooms and great starter supply of soap, tp and paper towels. Very clean and property management very responsive to questions. Highly recommend for a family.

Just off the beaten path and close to everything. We were at the zoo in less then 30 minutes and most beaches within 15-20. Food options were around us and even though Florida was having a cold snap the heated pool made for lots of family fun!

The location was in a nice and convenient area. We were like 30 mins from clearwater and about 20 mins from St. Petersburg. To Tampa depends on traffic but about 35-40 mins. The home was also nearby stores like Walmart approx 7 - 8 mins. The home was decorated nice and made it feel like a welcoming vacation home. Some few things I didn't like was the cleanliness of the home. The counter had spots on it from old liquids or food so wiped that down with lysol wipes, cupboards had oily fingerprints on them, and flooring needed to be moped. TV Options were weird where we had to set it up everytime we wanted to watch Tv in the masters or outside. Lights/fans were weird to turn off and on. Overall, it was a nice place for a vacation home.

Everything about the property was just like it’s online description! The backyard and pool were amazing, the beds were super comfortable and the drive to the beach was super easy. Our only comment was that we ran out of propane the second day we wanted to grill, which wasn’t a big deal but the grill needs to be cleaned. Overall we would definitely come back again.

My husband, 18 year old son and his friend came in June, 2021 to celebrate their high school graduation. We arrived at 4:15pm and the cleaners were just finishing up. We drove around the neighborhood twice and there had departed by that time. This property was just as described and very clean. We were so happy. It is decorated beautifully! We could not get the TV in the living room or outside to work. We messaged the management Co through the VBRO site and within 15 min. they contacted us. They were great to work with. Everything you could possibly need it's provided. Pool toys, beach items. They have thought of everything. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We happened to be there when the pool guy came for maintenance and even he was great. This property is also in a great location to get to St. Pete, Clearwater, Treasure Island, John's Pass. So easy to get anywhere quickly. We could not have found a better place. Thank you so much for providing us with such a great place!! It was everything we hoped for and more!!

The house was very nice and the pool area was beautiful. We arrived at 4:02 as check in was 4pm and the cleaners were still there and didn’t leave until 4:15. They were definitely rushing once they saw us so we were concerned that it wasn’t cleaned properly but it was fine when we got in there. I messaged and called the number in the email and never received a return call or message me back.

This property was just as described. Pool was perfect with a shallow and deep end as well as great ledges. The patio area was fabulous to hang out. We had a group of 10 with 5 kids and there was plenty of space to sleep. It is a residential neighborhood (which we loved). But if you’re looking for a party pad, I would choose somewhere else. The neighbors are close and I feel certain if there was too much noise in the patio area, it could disturb them. We had no issues in this regard, but we were mindful. Be careful on rugs, they slide easily. 20 minutes to beaches. Zoo Tampa, Busch Gardens and downtown Tampa are very accessible. We loved it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
