The place was amazing with a kitchen and I manage to cook my African food. Can't miss going there.
It's home away from home .
It was just perfect. Liked everything.

Decent location
Very dirty room. Not clean at all. Leak in the ceiling. If you have allergies don’t come here.

the room was very dirty, there wasn’t even a sink! felt unsafe as a solo traveller as I was put in a ground floor room with a rubbish lock.

Should've checked reviews first, place was filthy, lots of bugs and extremely loud

We liked the quiet neighbourhood. The house looked nice and the room was cosy.
There was no sink in the room, which was weird. The host and other people (Guests? Friends?) were sitting outside and talking and laughing loud till 2am (we stayed there on a Wednesday).
In the morning we woke up and talked about the itches at night. We thought about a mosquito first. And then I saw something that looked like a bed bug on the bed...
We were looking for the host the next morning, but he was nowhere to be seen.

Aircon was cool.
Unclean and uncomfortable, no basin in bathroom, no hot water, hairs on floor and on sheets. Loud as you can hear all the bikes and animals on the street. Bathroom door had no handle, window didn't lock properly, no remote for tv. Not really value for money, we left after one night

There were tons of bed bugs in the pillows and the mattress. The guy who was looking after the place was very apologetic and kind and moved me across the street.
He said he was looking after it for his friend.
The Bed Bugs and standard of room compared to the photos online!

Nothing
Everything was poor . The place is a dump. And should be removed from
the booking.com website. No hot water tap at all. Bed sheets were very
old and the blanket they provide is a 1950s itchy blanket. If you
understand that. Staff were completely the worst Balinese/Indonesian
people I have ever met in the 3 years I have stayed there.

Location was great
Staff was very unfriendly. We all had to bed for a wc paper. We understand that that is a homestay not a hotel or even hostel, but if they wanna make a money with letting people stay at their place, then they have to learn something about business. Owners were realy unfriendly - we had a problem with a water flow in our bathroom and owner just said that they don't care. And even when we didn't let it go like because we spent a lot of money there, they just came to room and screw the shower head off and said - this is gonna work. IT DIDN'T! Not even One day of our five night stay they came and took a trash out or cleaned the room, not a sweep or a brush. We had to search for trashcans around the city to throw stuff out and search for trash bags, because we like to live in a clean environment. And one night came 4 men, banged on the doors, theated us, women who came with them screamed and at that moment we understood that this place is definitely not safe and we left the next day. Didn't sleep for all night.
