This truly great room is kept warm by a huge river rock fireplace, with a 55' flat screen TV atop it.
From the living room turn towards the large kitchen area with top of the line stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is amply accessorized to delight the best of chefs.
The kitchen 'Bordeaux' granite counters has ample dining space . This plus the dining table ,the card table in the great room and the pub table in the lower family room provides sufficient dining space for in home guests . During summer, the back decks can also be enjoyed for dining experience .

Stayed at this lovely property over a long weekend with some friends from college and their kids. Plenty of room for everyone! Theatre is really great as is the arcade. Kitchen kept us all fed making most of our meals.

This was a perfect property for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for our 8 adults and 4 boys 6-10. The kids loved the indoor pool, although there were a few rough spots at the bottom so swim shoes suggested. The hot tub and theatre room were big hits as well. There’s so much to do in Lake Tahoe, but it was great to have relaxing down time at the house. Would definitely recommend for a fun group stay!

Overall loved the place, was fantastic for a family reunion with 4 generations. Plenty of bedrooms and all with an attached bathroom made it very accommodating. Having the theater room, indoor pool, and hot tub meant the kids were entertained at all times. Kitchen is a good size but a couple utensils provided broke when trying to use. Also, the steam room was not usable because the flooring is coming undone there and dust particles would enter the steam which we did not want to mess with.
Pro tip: bring your own aluminum foil, tupperware, and paper towels if you are going to do some cooking, as was not available.

My group of friends and I had a great stay at Constantino's property. The house was very spacious with great amenities and a breathtaking view of the woods and mountains leading into South Lake Tahoe. Cabs were easy to coordinate into the downtown area and it only took 15-20 minutes. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had 13 people ages 16 and up to 80! A wonderful place to stay with so much to offer with the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool table, piano, etc!

This house is great if you want to hit the slopes at Seriea ski resort. We came here for a family vacation and had a great time with together. We did come across come issues in the house. Given how expensive this place is I had higher expectations. But I thought I write what I thought could be better and what you should expect when renting this place.
1. No paper towels
2. Plugs in the kitchen didn't work
3. Microve didn't work
4. Hot tub wasn't hot but warm enough for kids
5. Bed mattresses was uncomfortable for everyone
6. Upstairs TV remotes (5) were very hard to figure out and we never did.
7. Hot water would run out if more than 4 people took a shower
8. Sana doesn't work
9. Patios were filled with snow no one bothered to clear it for us so we had to do it ourseleves.

Went up to Tahoe for a weekend with the family and definitely don’t regret it! The rental was perfect! The layout was perfect. Kids where able to have there own space and not have to be told to be quite every 2 seconds from papa. The indoor pool was a big big plus!!! The kids would go from playing in the snow to jumping in the pool to getting all cozy in a very spacious movie theater room with plenty of seats for the whole family to enjoy a movie together! There was plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably, the kitchen was a very popular hang out spot! But who doesn’t love being near all the snacks and treats! Dinning table was the perfect size for everyone to sit around and enjoy dinner together or play games! Highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!!!

We recently stayed at this VRBO property in Tahoe, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was not only spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large family, but it also boasted top-of-the-line amenities throughout.
The proximity to Sierra at Tahoe was a huge plus for us, especially considering the more expensive options near Heavenly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, thanks to the thoughtful addition of mattress pads, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to use, allowing us to prepare dinners without any compromises. It's clear that the owners have taken the time to stock it with high-quality appliances and utensils.
The highlight for the kids was undoubtedly the movie room. We enjoyed watching the 49ers game and the New Year's Eve ball drop in absolute comfort. The space was perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. In addition to the movie room, the kids also had a blast in the pool, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
However, the only downside to our otherwise perfect stay was the issue with the garbage bins. They were already full when we arrived, making it challenging for us to dispose of our waste properly. We had to make an extra trip to our nephew's restaurant to dispose of some of our garbage.
Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience at this VRBO property was outstanding. We highly recommend it for families looking for a spacious, well-equipped, place to stay

The property manager was quick at responding. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, cups and utensils. The kids really enjoyed the pool and theater room!

Coming from different directions, we found a great place to gather with space to comfortably house 8 adults and 6 children. The main floor was certainly large enough for everyone at the same time. Bedroom layout was good for secluding the young ones for nap time. The pool was a valuable feature allowing time to swim and play. Good views from front and back decks. The theater was and added bonus as well. A comfortable home.

What a gem! We had 4 generations get together and we had a great time. A beautiful house. Had everything we could ask for and then some. Great space for family meals, games, and relaxing. Loved watching the snow from the huge windows. Snow covered mountain views everywhere. The house is well taken care of. The host was awesome. He is responsive, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better family weekend getaway.

The house was beautiful! We spent a week here. It was big enough for me and my 3 sibling’s families to enjoy. The kids loved the movie room. The pool was a nice touch, though we spent most of our time at the lakes. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would only suggest to have some type of pantry or cabinetry available for all the food that we brought.

Our family of 3 generations enjoyed a 3 day reunion in this expansive and well maintained home. There were plenty of entertainment options for children and adults, as well. Loved the beautifully equipped kitchen with its extra refrigerator, and the home theater was simply “off the charts” for streaming movies!

AWESOME ANNUAL FAMILY REUNION!
There were 12 of us from Washington, Oregon and Florida. The house was absolutely fabulous! We’ve done a great deal of traveling and have never ever seen a house so completely supplied with everything you could ever possibly need. I went to cook a beef roast and was kicking myself for not bringing my meat thermometer that inserts into the roast with the monitor outside the oven. Low and behold there was one there!
Great pool and hot tub - excellent safety measures for young children, pool had power cover when not in use in case small kids wandered in pool room.

Perfect home for all ages!
We came to this house with 3 other couples and their children (ages ranged from 9 to 20) and it was perfect. All the rooms were put to good use! The pool and sauna area was a favorite for everyone, and in the evenings we had great bonding time in the movie room. The video game in the back of the movie room was especially a favorite for everyone, even the adults!
The responsiveness of the host was also exceptional! Each time I sent a question, I would receive an email response almost immediately and definitely within 24 hours. Overall, we loved this house and would love to come back again. 😊

This lovely, spacious home was perfect for our three generation family reunion. The kitchen is well appointed for preparing tasty meals. The pool, game room and theater kept the kids entertained. Family Reunion
This home was just perfect for our family reunion...the indoor pool, sauna, pool table and media room to say nothing of all the bedrooms gave us lots of room for fun. The kitchen had everything a cook would need to prepare the finest of meals. Unfortunately, one of the large refrigerators in the kitchen was not functioning. When notified, Constantino responded immediately to let us know that a new one was on order but could not be delivered prior to our stay. We also had an issue with one of the slider doors and Constantino had a handy man come that same day to repair it. Constantino was the consummate host. We would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely book it again for another family reunion!

This little gem has everything you need! A group of friends came out to Tahoe for the first time for a snowboarding trip and this place had everything we needed! Multi Generation Getaway
We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We had 4 generations all together and not only did we all have plenty of our own space, but had so much fun in all the gathering spots as well. The home had everything we needed that we didn’t want to ever leave. Watching movies all together, sitting in the hot tub while it’s snowing out, barbecuing every night, playing games together before bedtime... it was perfect. I highly recommend!

Beautiful home away from home
Our party consisted on 4 families with young children and all of us had an amazing time! The property manager was always accessible and answered all questions promptly. The place had everything supplied for us including 2 washers/dryers, plenty of towels, 2 refrigerators, well maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, awesome movie theatre and pool table and a whole bunch of little thoughts that made this place so much fun for our kids and adults. We would love to stay here again and cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making our weekend getaway so memorable!

Beautiful house!!!
We rented this for my dads 70th birthday. We wanted to have a nice trip where he could enjoy time with his kids and grandkids. We were all blown away with how gorgeous and spacious the house is. We loved watching movies and NFL playoff games in the theater room. The kids loved the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, pool table, arcade game, and hot tub. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything and well organized. The host was fantastic and responded right away to any questions. We had a wonderful trip and are so happy we booked this!

Magical Family Reunion Amidst unprecedented snowstorm
Spacious house for a large family- with tons to do (and we were snowed in for 3 days!) everything was working except main living room fireplace, but if we weren’t snowed in it would have been fixed immediately. The host is very responsive and cares deeply for his guests and that they have an amazing time. We hope to rent again we had a wonderful family reunion.

Large home with many amenities for entertainment
Nice home as stated online with lots to do. Clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Family enjoyed the swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, pool table, and theater room very much. Piano was a nice touch for late night singing. Place could use new cue sticks and cue ball and we couldn't figure out how to operate fireplace. But overall had a wonderful time in comfort for a large family.
