Great location. Amazing facility.
Parking is cumbersome. Even parking across the street at the Grand Hotel was difficult to find while negotiating through traffic.

I loved everything about our apartment. It was spacious, clean, homey, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.
The only thing I would have liked better was stronger water pressure in the shower. The shower was roomy and had a lot of storage, but even changing to a different setting on the shower head didn’t increase the pressure as much as I prefer.

Felt very secure, the location was in a good place of town, clean. Apartments are well furnished and the air system is nice.

Very close to the Amtrak station but in a very safe and well-lit area. The apartment was beautiful and completely stocked with everything one would need for a long term or short term stay. The apartment was beautiful and very clean and modern and fresh looking. We never heard any noise and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Very pleased!!
Nothing!

Amazing location right downtown which was exactly what we were after. Very clean place had everything we needed.
There isn’t any parking on site, we parked across the street at the grand. Make sure you go inside after parking and get them to update your ticket so you can come and go as you please on the same ticket. It was $25 for 24hours.

Very safe and secure. Clean and cozy.
Need better parking. Streets can be loud with cars going by late night.

It was modern and new with tasteful quality furnishings.
The location warned of vehicle prowls. There was no parking associated with the property. It was always something to be aware of. The City of Spokane must be linked to their parking meters. Enforcement was waiting at the meter as it expired.
First their meter ate a dime and shorted me on time. Then they were there for it to expire. When the hour alarm went off on my phone they had already ticketed me $30 two minutes before because of the missed minutes.
The enforcement agent was not sympathetic and suggested that it could be taken to court. The ticket information made it clear that going to court would not be worthwhile. Plus, we were visiting from several hundred miles away. Thank you Spokane.
They also collected the garbage from the commercial buildings along the street between 11pm and midnight. It was not quiet. The noise machine in the bedroom was did little to mask it. The cleaning fee felt hefty on a two day stay.

Very convenient location right next to the convention center.
No luggage storage offered as there is no on-site staff. Ended up having to rent a car just so we can have a place to put our luggage for a few hours since we had a late flight out.

Host was amazing. Responded to my email and requests right away.
We were on a lower level and had to keep the blinds closed otherwise exposed to the pedestrians.

The location is right downtown across from the convention center. OMG this place is so cute! It has EVERYTHING including a washer and dryer. Everything is updated. I can't even say how much I loved it. AND the price was great.
I thought the parking would be a problem but it wasn't. It is street parking and if you are disabled parking is free.

We loved the location of the property. It is located in the heart of Spokane downtown minutes away from the restaurants and Riverfront front. The place was sparkling clean and check-in process was very smooth.
Nothing.

The room was clean, well decorated, and modern. Good instructions. Secure and private. I called for extra bath towels which were delivered as promised.
The windows looked out into a square within the building. We felt like we were in a box. We didn't feel a connection to the outside. A better description of the room would have prevented us from making a reservation there. Parking is challenging. We never had any contact with anyone except when I spoke to someone about more towels.

The apartment was a nice size - far bigger than most motel or even hotel rooms. It was very quiet. The cleanliness was top notch. It was nicely appointed and having a kitchen would be really nice for some, though I hardly used a glass. The front door security through to the room made it very safe. The bed was comfortable even to having good pillows. I slept well in the room. Blackout blinds in the bedroom were also a bonus.
First, the interior room I had had two windows which only viewed a brick shaft. I would not take that room again - it was claustrophobic and dark and personally, I need light.
Secondly, there is no property parking. It turned out to be a not terrible inconvenience, but was inconvenient. Once I had to park four blocks away, then go down hourly to see if a spot opened up. When one did, I literally ran to get my car to grab it.

Convenient and secure
Room was a bit small. Neighbors cooking smelled up the entire floor.

Very well equipped clean apartment. We used the washer/dryer, stove, fridge/freezer microwave. mugs glasses and plates for 8, plenty of pans and utensils Great location beside Riverfront. Quiet building - soft close room doors unlike other hotels which let them bang shut.
So good we extended our stay by 5 days.
Good price - plenty big enough for 2
I could happily have stayed there for a few weeks if I had needed to.
No reception - Although very responsive to emails - asked for towel change and trash bags and they appeared. However used towels I left out room sat for 24hrs until I asked for them to be collected. If you want something email them and they respond quickly.
Depending on room location there can be some noise at night from the street of trash collection from adjacent building.
A few of the rooms open on to an inner light well - ours didn't.
High exit cleaning cost of $93 plus taxespushes the price up a bit but still value for money

Location was amazing and getting access with the codes was very convenient!
The windows did keep the late night party crowds noises from coming in loud and clear. It would have been nice to have a few welcome bottles of water in the room.

Walking distance to everywhere downtown. Comfy room. Great veiw of the fireworks!

The location and safety
I wish that there had been stairs as an option, not just an elevator. Wish it would have been a little more cozy…it was very sterile.
8.0 / 10.0
The room is cozy and very nice. Also the building is right in the center of town with easy access to a lot of fun stuff.
The building's elevator is a little odd, and the floor in certain parts is uneven. The fan in our bathroom also didn't work.
7.0 / 10.0
The seperate bedrooms and clean kitchen.
We were stuck in the room for a whole evening but we couldn't even use Netflix or any other movie service. Also, since there is no outdoor space or patio, it was claustophobic.

This was the 2nd time i stayed here (at RPTA). I have always felt Safe and Secure coming and going all hours of the day/night. When checking in, you are assigned separate codes for the front door, the elevator to be allowed off on your specific floor, and then another for your unit. The units are well stocked with your basic household needs, and they are very clean and sanitary. Everything you may need from entertainment, restaurants, and activities is within walking distance away. This is definitely my 1st, and Only choice when I need a place to stay in Spokane !
Im sure this was just a temporary issue during my last stay (6/15/23 - 6/18/23)
But there was absolutely NO PARKING available for blocks ! NO PARKING signs were posted up on all of the meters because of road construction (but the entire time i was there, i did not see any work being done on that or any street close by there) . So I ended up parking in the garage directly across the street (like suggested in the contract), but it cost me $27 for less than 12 hours!

Overall nice location, rooms small but nice..
Bed super comfy. Bathroom is big.
Easy check in and out
Got extra work out, walked up and down the stairs numerous times the 3 days we was there (we refused to ride elevator)
The washer was making a weird noise, dryer kept shutting off, kept restarting.. so overall to do a loud of laundry too way too long. When I call the buildings phone number, lady was rude and did not help.
Was charger a extra fees for linen and they was not cleaned; dirt stains, and black stains on towels and the towels were off color.. like bluish, when they was suppose to be white. this is what I had to rewatch and took forever to complete that task.. so I think I should not have been charged for linen.
Also, elevator is scary and needs upgraded.
