This property was perfect for 3 families who were each renting different houses to have a place to have dinners each night in the gorgeous kitchen (supplies were decent) and watch NCAA basketball on a variety of TVs inside and outside! Walking the neighborhood and taking out the kayaks was great, and we rented a boat for 2 days which worked out well for the parking. The separated living areas made for great sleep for everyone. Wish it was a little closer to the beach, and only 3 of the bikes were functional but there is a rental place in town. Close to groceries and food. Beds were comfortable.
A key that set this visit apart - we had an issue with the hot tub having no water one morning. I thought maybe a kid had pushed a wrong button and texted the manager who was sending the pool person, but then we noticed water coming off the side of the house and the whole pool was slowly emptying. We shared that update with the manager and she had an emergency call in to a handyman who determined within the hour that a plug to hold the water in the pool had decayed and broke. Had the communication and readiness not been there we could have been without a pool for days! Definitely a top notch renter. Thank you for opening your home!

We spent a week here with daughter and her family. A wonderful home on the water. The dock with Cabana was our favorite hanging out place. Loved the kayaks and touring the neighborhood. We even saw a Manatee float by one afternoon. We were welcomed with a nice bowl of goodies. There are lots of books and games for all ages. Many pool toys that our grandkids loved. Communication with the owner and property manager was great. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen is well stocked. The home was clean. Restaurants, beaches, parks are all within 10-15 minutes. Nothing not to like about this place. Would definitely return again.

Everything about this home is perfect! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking all your favorite meals and there is a grill outside on the deck also! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the deck by the water with the tiki hut was our favorite part! Many hot days are easily enjoyed outside under the shade of the tiki hut. Also coffee in the morning. This was one of the best features of the home. Communication with the property manager and owner were excellent and all questions I had were answered very quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to others, especially families. The master is on one side of the house. The other side of the house has two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom and up the stairs are another two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom plenty of room and space provided!

Great house for family vacation
We had a wonderful time at this beautifully updated, well appointed, and immaculately maintained home. The layout worked very well for our mixed group which included ages from 2 to 84. The pool and patio were favorite hang out and meal spots, as was the deck w kayaks and paddle boards. The owner and property manager were great and helped us immediately w a few minor issues. Would recommend this house and look forward yo returning.

Amazing!!
Our stay at this property was absolutely AMAZING. There was a lot of room for our 2 families (10 people) to enjoy our week on Marco Island. The location was perfect, quite, and close to everything. The kids enjoyed staying in the upstairs rooms, as they felt they had their own little area. We enjoyed the Kayaks, paddle board, fishing, and swimming in the pool. The cabana was perfect for morning coffee and night time cocktails. The house was stocked with everyday items to get you through your fist day or two. The property owner, Mike, was great to work with and the property manager, Allison, was amazing and easy to contact. You will not be disappointed with this house during your vacation!

Family of 10!
This property will not disappoint! Property owner was so accommodating. Property manager was equally amazing & went out of her way to make sure everything was ready for us after a long unexpected drive when our flights got canceled!
Best part was the fact that EVERYTHING you need to have fun is on property! (I mean EVERYTHING) another perk was that there was dish soap, laundry soap, paper goods, seasonings… even fresh flowers!!
Beautiful property!!

Awesome vacation home!
We just returned from a week vacation and we loved every minute of it! The location was great and the house was comfortable and perfect for our family of 6...and room for more if needed! The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were wonderful! We rented a pontoon boat and kayaks and the owners let us tie up on the dock and use the lifts for the kayaks which worked great! We really enjoyed using the grill for dinner and having drinks on the deck under the cabana in the evening! Coffee every morning by the pool was the best way to start the day! There are a couple of things, though all minor, that would enhance the rental:
Some of the linens probably need to be updated soon.
Mattress toppers would go a long way in making the beds more comfortable.
One of the ceiling fans rattled to the point of needing to turn it off.
There are a lot of switches so labeling would help!
These are all small details and none of them would stop us from renting this house again...we loved it!

Coming back!
Great layout! Easy to use with children and still have adult time. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and beach. Property management was easy to reach if needed.
