Exit the private courtyard and walk down the private sandy path to the beach. It's a 10 second walk through the grassy dunes to the pristine white sands. There is a complimentary beach chair service 75 feet away from the house available March through October.

The pictures do not do this house justice. Its the perfect beach getaway house. The pool was very nice and all the appliances were top notch. Views are amazing and the private access to the beach makes going to the beach a breeze , maybe 50 yards to the beach. would definitely visit this house again. Guests services is really lacking but doesnt effect the overall experience.

We loved the home itself. Cool layout, very spacious, beautiful decor, and the view/proximity to the beach is unbeatable. However, as things went wrong within the home, we received ZERO assistance from the property managers, despite contacting them daily (all 7 days we were there, as the elevator was not working even before we arrived). We continued to get the run-around that they had updated our work order and notified their team, yet we never had any response other than that. Disappointing, but the home itself (when in proper working order) is beautiful, comfortable, and very well accommodates large groups.

Everything was accurate on the description and pictures! The private access to the beach was wonderful! The staff was extremely courteous and prompt when we had any issues during our stay that needed to be resolved I highly recommend salty toes.

We had a wonderful time here! The house was so nice, and had a fantastic supply of dishes and cookware for cooking big meals. We had requested the pool be heated, and unfortunately something broke that couldn’t be replaced right away, but the management gave us a refund on the heating without us having to ask, which was very appreciated. We were pleased with the property and management and would definitely stay here again!

Best vacation ever in Miramar Beach, Salty Toes is a quality-built house with many amenities. The photos were accurate, but did not do justice to the overall feel and appearance of the house. Comfortable beds and furniture. A well appointed kitchen with state-of-the art appliances. In the evening, we enjoyed the sectional sofa, big-screen TV and fireplace. The decks, pool, outdoor fireplace, and easy path to the beach were well used and greatly appreciated. Wonderful location and gorgeous sunsets. Winn-Dixie is almost across the street for groceries, steamed shrimp, wine, etc., as well as many nearby restaurants. Destin Dreamers Property Management Company enhanced our vacation experience by leaps and bounds. Josh, Jaetin and the team went above and beyond to provide assistance and answers to questions expeditiously. Definitely a five star experience!

We had a lovely Xmas at this wonderful beach house. It's literally as the pictures show, right on the beach. We'd watch the sun up every morning from bed. Coffee on dolphin watch on the deck. We saw so many. It was Dec so the weather was cool. This was fine with us, we had lots of walks and chill/reading time. We cooked and had BBQs. The house is comfy, large and has all the basics you need. Any small issues were quickly sorted out easily and happily. Service was excellent. Thank You Chris. We loved it.

The home was incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, conveniently located and provided the much needed room and required accessibility for my entire family. The fully stocked premium kitchen helped make a week full of cooking, baking, and family style dining very enjoyable! Seating is always a challenge with 8 people and the second floor balcony had ample furniture for everyone to be comfortable, relax and take in the beautiful ocean views. The managment staff was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Our only wishes would have been to have more couch or cushioned chairs in the living room, and of course, to never have to leave paradise!

Great house.
Really only had two issues; both relatively minor.
Access codes were confused or missing.
First, our instructions did not include the subdivision gate access code. The email only had “????” For the code. I called DD and was given the code.
We were given a 6 digit code and we assumed that it was for the lockbox near the front door. (That is how we accessed a recent VRBO in Colorado.) I called DD again and was given a 5 digit code that was nowhere on the email and that was the primary access code to the garage door. That worked.
The 6 digit code was for 3 other combo entry locks. Fortunately, the front door of the house had been left unlocked, so at least we got in and we’re able to unload while we were getting the codes figured out.
Second, the floors all over the house were quite slippery. We guessed that it was something that the housekeepers had used to clean the floors. I mentioned this to the housekeeper who arrived as we were departing on Saturday morning. She did not seem to know anything about the slick floors. We got used to the floors, but - in our opinion - they bordered on dangerous.

We loved our stay at Salty Toes beach house. The location was great for us and you can’t beat the ocean views! The kids loved the small pool and the parents loved how fast/easy it was to get to the beach and the complimentary umbrellas and chairs. Also was very clean and nicely maintained.

Amazing trip
We rented this home to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation. It was a girls trip with my mother, myself, two daughters and my best friend and her daughter. We had more than enough space and the house is stunning. Clean, well appointed and worth the premium price we paid. The MOST amazing part of this rental is the location in the gated community. When we got in town and passed the public beaches it was shocking how crowded they were and got worried we would have the same issue. We rented extra chairs (the house came with 4 and two umbrellas). Every morning our chairs were set up for us and the beach was private and not crowded at all. The outdoor living areas were fantastic and the pool was perfect for cooling off and also getting shade.

The house was very clean and well appointed - just like the pictures. So nice to be on a private beach - wasn’t so crowded. One of the few houses that had a private walkway to the beach - a big plus. Elevator was helpful with all the steps.

Bedrooms are spacious and the main floor has nice open layout for entertaining with a big balcony overlooking the gulf.
We also enjoyed the outside fireplace in the evenings.
Parking was a bit tight for a mid-size SUVs but manageable.
