This home is ideally located right on the Eagle River, with the walking path just a few steps from the door. The floorplan is also fantastic with one bedroom and bath, kitchen, and enormous living space on the main level. Tons of windows with fabulous views. Downstairs has two more large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect place for three couples or a large family.

The property was great . It was nice having 3 bathrooms so each set of family members had their own bathroom. The property owner was great with quick and helpful responses to questions. The property manager arranged for us to check in a little early since we had family members coming form different locations. Very nice property and great owners/managers! We would definitely recommend and will stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful property! Everything worked. Loved the decor, the sitting and watching the river, and people fishing the river. Avon is a fantastic town. Great food, easy access to easy or west destinations. And the Lake! Oh my. The lake. What a surprise. We were able to easily access all the sports fields in the valley for the tournament quickly. This is a great central location for the valley with nothing but amazing views. Thank you to our host, great communication and a very well managed property. The hot tub and pool nestled in the aspens is not too shabby either. Thank you!

Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Superb location with easy access to Beaver Creek and Avon, yet quiet and tucked away. Really comfortable house and the garage is a plus for ski gear. Great communication with owner. Would be great in summer too with the path along the river right out the door.

My wife and two adult sons try to make it out west to ski annually. We have stayed in the Avon/BeaverCreek area numerous times. The unit that we rented this year was truly outstanding. In addition to being spacious, it was extremely well-appointed and very comfortable with just about every amenity we could have wanted. Communicating with the hosts was super easy, and we appreciated their willingness to offer input or answer questions about the unit or the area. The thing that we probably liked most about this particular unit is the location. It is within about 800 feet of the Elk and Bear parking lots, and super easy to quickly get up the mountain to park in the BC Village parking complex. Also, we were very accessible to everything we needed – ski rentals, dining, and grocery store – all were within about 1 mile of our location. In summary, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again. The combination of location, comfort, amenities and great hosts are really hard to beat!

We had a very good time in your townhouse. It is conveniently located - a short walk, 5 minutes app. brings you to the Bear Parking Lot from where a shuttlebus is frequently circulating to the chairlift of „Beaverlanding“ and to Beaver creek Village. The house is cozy, kitchen really fully equipped, house has a car garage and a hot tub is on site in a three min walk. The pool however is closed on wintertimes. Behind the house is a nice riverwalk along the „Eagle-River“, beautiful scenery. Next time we come to ski in the area, we will book again with you, no doubt !

The space was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens)...lots of space, all the furnishings we could need and a well-stocked kitchen. It was a longer walk to the Beaver Creek shuttle than expected, but easy enough to drive to the parking lot and catch the shuttle from there. We'd definitely recommend the home for your Beaver Creek vacation!

Perfect size for a family of 5 with three teens! Everyone had their own space and private bath. Tranquil setting with the sound of the river and quick access out your back door to enjoy the walking/biking path. Quick access to town and all the amenities. Overall great experience staying at the condo and would stay again!

Our stay here was fantastic. We were accommodated with an early check in since no one was there the day prior to us. When we left, I had left an item and requested it be mailed to me. They responded quickly and attentively to our needs during and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this part of CO!

The property was clean and well kept with lots of space. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main floor. In the lower level there is the master suite and a junior suite. It was very convenient to walk over to the Bear lot and take the shuttle to Beaver Creek.

Great price for this sized unit and location. Heated garage is so nice for storing gear after a riding/skiing. Huge family room with gas fireplace is great for families or friends to connect. Wonderfully equipped kitchen has everything you need to have all your meals there. Huge master and bath are great for privacy from kids or friends. Wonderful patios and views of the eagle river. I would stay here with a group or family in any season.

The pros Location is good Well stocked kitchen in terms of dishes, glasses bowls, pans and utensils. Lots of hooks and storage(if needed) in MBR. Property manager was very helpful and responded quickly Gym has lots of weights, peloton and cyber cardio machines. Usually no one was in gym Negatives Condo was outdated and needs a good cleaning inside and out 1st floor bedroom and living room is very hot at night No ceiling fan in living area as stated in description You can see the river, but road noise is what you hear especially at night Minor repairs need to be done

We have rented meany VRBO in the US and across Europe and this is like a home. We stayed here for 5 weeks during the summer and did not want to leave. Location, comfort were 5 stars. We would recommend this townhome to any one who want to enjoy Vail/BC like it is a luxury home. thanks

This Townhouse was perfect for our mountain weekend getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, the location was perfect for getting onto the mountain, and the hot tub was very nice to enjoy after a long day of skiing.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is is very convenient with very close access to Beaver Creek (shuttle lot is just across the street) and nearby ski resorts. The condo is very cozy and was supplied with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the nice mattresses and also the garage with the daily snowfall! Communication with the property manager was easy, friendly, and prompt.

We much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. all appliances were new. mattresses were new and comfortable. Bathrooms updated and spacious. The Garage was fantastic when it snowed. Google Maps does not work very well with the address, but we were eventually able to find.
