Good location

Its so hard to check in, front desk staff Edgar and other staffs are refused to check in because of i dont have credit card under my name for deposit. I always use company credit card for company related payments. I just spent 1hour30mins at lobby for 6hours sleep at this hotel. He just ignored me and laughing his colleagues. This hotels customer service is just terrible.

Great value for Beaver Creek and Vail

Great location if you want to ski Beaver Creek and Vail without spending a lot of money. The room is modern and clean. Very fun crowd at the hot tub. The bus stop to Beaver Creek is in front. Many choices at breakfast.

getting to room from parking lots. needs some sprucing up…wallpaper in bathroom, no USB IN THE ROOM (it is not 2010), arrived @ 2:25 and was told could not check in until 3…and I know why as Choice charges $20 to check in early. BS. Never had this issue before, and WTF sending me a text Before 7 with a link to use when checking out. I didn’t need an alarm that morning. So, I got what I paid for. AdiosChoice

Great spot for the night. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and the wifi was good. Breakfast had many options. The lodge area was very inviting in the evening, and it was cool enough to sit in front of the fire.

Easy Ski Shuttle Location

It was clean, easy check in, and had a free shuttle we were able to take to BC. Location was perfect for skiers just looking to sleep and have a convenient shuttle to ski area.

That I had to ask to get my room clean after the first night stay. We were there for 3 nights and I was told they do not clean the room until the 3rd night unless requested. We were out if towels and I was disappointed I had to ask for room cleaning.

Good place to stay if you’re playing outside all day, and just to crash.

Location is great especially for skiing. It is a generally pleasant stay with breakfast and a hot tub.

Good value over replacements for the area.

Good value. Considering its beaver creek. It's not the ritz, it's not the Westin. but the parking is free, It's a 7-8min walk to the gondola. I was worried after reading the reviews, and set my expectations to the worst place I've ever stayed. I hate to say it, but This place is a gem given staying in BC is a generally a fortune. Come here if you don't plan on spending time at the hotel. If I were flying in from out of town for a nice vaca, I'd stay elsewhere. But for the money... It's nice to stay a couple of nights and skip the weekend morning I-70 traffic.

Keep your expectations in check. The place is totally fine. You go here for a value stay. The reviews almost kept me away and I don't think that's fair considering the very nice, but very expensive alternatives.
