Very nice, clean and comfortable place. Very close to downtown and the river. It is also close to many hot springs and hiking trails which we enjoyed very much. This place was stocked with everything we needed! I would stay here again.

We needed a place close to the surf hotel where we could take care of our granddaughter while her parents went to a wedding. This was perfect. The location was half way between the hotel and downtown. Everything was in walking distance including a park. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for us. We would stay here again.

We needed a place to stay in Buena Vista for a family wedding. This place was beautiful and close to everything! No complaints really - just an FYI that the walls are not very thick, so noise between units can be a lot. Not sure if the neighbors had a party one evening or their TV was just REALLY loud, but we could hear everything. Thankfully that was only the case in the living room/dining room - the bedrooms were quiet! Really lovely unit and the management company was super great to work with!

Really enjoyed the condo. Do not like the non refundable damage fee. Did not cause any damage. They tell you after you have booked! No AC. Other than that nice, clean and walking distance to downtown.

Our stay was pleasant, and the unit provided what we needed for our weekend trip. However I'm very frustrated by the model of charging >$100 to clean the unit and also requiring us to do a handful of chores before checking out (garbage, linens, dishes, etc). These were sneakily communicated to us when we received the check-in details after our reservation became 100% non-refundable. Seems a bit excessive when we were already paying more than we would have at a hotel that doesn't require us to clean or pay a cleaning fee.

I love BV and the area. We came here a few days before heading to a conference. The location was great—walking distance to the playground, restaurants, and whitewater park. The place is awesomely stocked to meet your needs unlike anywhere I’ve ever stayed before. The only complaint we had is this is an upstairs unit and the man that lives below the unit works night shift and did not hesitate to come up and complain to us about the noise we were making DURING THE DAY! It’s very hard to keep a 4 year old and 2 year old quiet during normal daytime hours and for this reason, I would caution staying here with small kids.

This property was clean and so comfortable. We parked our car when we got there and didn’t have to use it until we left. Everywhere was within walking distance. Will stay again if I ever visit this area again.

This condo is a great location, close to Main Street as well as South Main! we were able to walk to most activities and dining options. We had our two kids, under 8 years old and the games in the house were a great addition. We had so much fun playing Yahtzee the night it was raining. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. Try the new restaurant, Crave, it was so delicious! Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this place, very nice house, front porch views were priceless in the morning with a cup of joe. Plan on visiting Pagosa springs again in the future. This time I will bring my skateboard! Thanks for everything! -Logan

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful mid-century decor. Beds were very comfortable. Towels/linens smelled so fresh. Kitchen was beautiful and well appointed. Very clean. Easy walk to main street restaurants/shops and also the River park and South Main. Nice neighbors and quiet area. Loved it and hope to return! The only slight issue was no A/C but it was cool at night so it didn't matter too much. Ceiling fans worked great.

My sister & I drove up from Texas to meet my son from Denver. We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was immaculate, well appointed kitchen & the heating system was quiet and had controls in all rooms! The managers Steve & Leslie came over to help us learn how to do apple TV & they were delightful. Having a washer- dryer was very helpful since we went to the hot springs several times & hiked everyday. Thank you!!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property in one of our favorite places in Colorado. The condo was fresh, clean and felt new and well cared for. It was tastefully decorated and inviting. The location is superb for enjoying downtown and the river on foot. We hope to stay here again and again.
