Small bathroom but its okay not to much of an issue

heater doesn't work, room stays cold the entire stay. Small bathroom, difficult for tall people to shower

The location is fine, quite suitable for our needs. The environment is quiet, so we could sleep well. The appartment offered all what we needed. After we obtained the right password, wifi and internet were working just fine. The shower is working fine too.
We didn't get the right wifi password at first, but that problem got solved in a day.

The property was in a convenient location, 5 mins from Rochester. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. It was extremely hot and we were glad of the fan that was provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
Whilst what could be termed the important things like the bed and the bathroom area were very clean, I did not get the impression that the place had been cleaned thoroughly, toast crumbs on toaster and still in the fridge, dust and bits in the corners and the place could do with a coat of paint - white paint always scuffs easily. The shower headpiece was not fixed to the wall properly and came off creating a right operation to clean up the water everywhere and as usual, there are never enough towels. Also be aware the property is right on the side of a busy road and it was very noisy (which of course isn't the owners' fault). In fairness it was very reasonably priced so perhaps that is reflected.

where it was placed.
The flat was not prepared for the weather that was at the moment (40º) in the attic.
There was only a service of towels which was not change during the 4 days.
The cleaning and the mantenace of the flat was not as expected.
The height of the bathroom (186 cm) was so low that I hardly could a shower.
We extended another day plus, but due to other circunstances we had to let the appartment before, so we send a message to let the owner know that we were leaving and she did not gave us even and OK sign.

Very easy check in and check out. The lady in the phone was very friendly. Very good quality for money
There wasn't much to dislike.

We found the location good for our needs, within walking distance to shops, eateries etc.
The bed was extremely soft and we sank into the mattress. (I weigh 54 kg so I wouldn't put it down to me being too heavy)
The shower is super tiny, no good if you're 6ft I would imagine.
We were rather disappointed with the cleanliness to be honest, such a shame as on arrival we thought the place looked nice.
The apartment could be lovely with a bit of TLC.

Very comfortable and homely. A home from home with good facilities.

Cosy studio flat, good size. Clean and comfortable. Good size TV and good facilities, felt like a second home. Short walk to high street
4.0
Pleasant, warm, comfortable studio flat within 25 minute walk of Rochester high street and railway station. We enjoyed staying here.
Rochester high street v interesting...beautiful buildings and individual shops and cafes. Good to see no chains. Interesting cathedral and castle too. Good restaurants.
50 minutes to Canterbury by train.....great city.
Could be v noisy in Summer with windows open since on a busy main road. Not necessarily easy to find parking.
Not for anyone with mobility problems....lots of stairs.
Be aware that the address comes up on your contact via booking.com and landlord on booking.com as Finsbury Road, not Frindsbury Road....your satnav will find it correctly via the postcode so don't panic, but definitely not Finsbury Road!!!

The room it self was ok and clean.
The outside of the property wasn’t very inviting and on a busy road. The towels were horrible with bleach stains on them and the bath Matt had marks on it too!!

The apartment was wonderful, snug, warm and cosy. The location was good, a short walk from town. I could see the castle and cathedral from the back window, especially lovely as the Christmas Market was open and beautifully lit up. The kitchen contained everything necessary for self-sufficiency, the bed and sofa were very comfortable, the television a good size and the general decor chic and tasteful.
I had a little trouble getting the shower to the right temperature.
4.5
the apartment was fully equipped, had a homely vibe to it and was in the brilliant location with everything being conveniently close and the castle and cathedral being only a 20 minute walk.
slightly cold & mattress a bit too hard for my personal liking but can’t complain

The bed was comfortable enough and the TV was great. It seemed cosy.
The ceilings were quite low, especially in the bathroom so I had to bend while I was in the shower. There also weren't any oven trays or oven dishes so we had to go get some ourselves. The sofa wasn't massively comfortable either.

Very clean, tastefully decorated
No door handle on the bathroom door and bathroom door didn’t close properly. Tiny tiny shower. Paintwork a bit tired. Common areas musty and smelly.

Clean spacious had a great stay definitely coming back
No complaints it was a lovely studio

This is a really nice little apartment with everything you need including a fan and a heater and excellent WiFi. It's an attic conversion so the ceiling is low - not a problem for me or my daughter but, had my husband travelled with us, he would not have been able to shower or stand up anywhere in comfort. The other residents in the accommodation were very quiet and the area is nice. The shower was lovely and the kitchen is spacious and equipped for two people.
The beds were both very comfortable and the sofa bed easy to manage. The whole apartment was very clean and well decorated and it was a lovely place to call home for a few days.
I couldn't work the door to get in, but in my defence I'd travelled a long way, alone, with a small child so was slightly frazzled but the vendor was very helpful on the phone.
There are only two minor issues - one was that it was absolutely boiling in the apartment and the other that the road noise was a little annoying. However, I did stay there in the middle of a heatwave, so everywhere was boiling; and this meant I had the windows open so the road noise was obviously greater. In addition, it's been a long time since I lived anywhere busy.
