This furnished home is located in Pacific Palisades, a coastal neighborhood on the West side of Los Angeles. Primarily a residential area, the laid-back community overlooks the ocean. Surrounded by three state parks and miles of sandy beach, this is an ideal area for wine connoisseurs and nature lovers. For instance, Temescal Gateway Park has an easy hiking trail that leads to a beautiful waterfall and the Will Rogers State Beach stretches along the Pacific Coast Highway. The small downtown core of Pacific Palisades has cafés, restaurants, high-end boutiques, yoga facilities, and home decor shops.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
