We loved the peaceful location but still very close to some lovely restaurants and wineries in Broke!

perfect accomodation for a wedding weekend away. this was our first time staying in a Tiny house and it didn’t disappoint! Kate was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.
we weren’t sure about the details of the toilet before we arrived but we were very impressed to see that it was a full functioning toilet.
thanks for the lovely stay!

The location is the key asset - so peaceful, so relaxing, so quiet. Small but has everything needed for a short break. Toilet and shower as if in a hotel. Clean and tidy. Bonus is it's only a few minutes away from one of my top Hunter restaurants. Would happily return.
7.0
The location, the views, the uniqueness, the serenity, peace and quiet and the cute friendly neighbours
The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the outdoor setting could do with a spruce up or make over. it’s beautiful sitting outside, just at a nicer 2 seat setting would be nice.

The tiny home is beautiful inside and out, kitted out nicely for a great stay

Great little spot, super close to the wedding venue we were in the Hunter for - Krinklewood. Was nice waking up to the horses. :)

The location of the tiny home was perfect for my stay. We loved the set up and outdoor area.

Waking to beautiful birdsong in the morning was lovely. Very quiet location helps to sleep well. Generally a well equipped, cute space. Curling up in the swinging chair in the morning sun was bliss. A nice surprise to find a flushing toilet (not a compost toilet as per the listing). Kate was a friendly, efficient and helpful host.
We arrived to find the packet of firebricks for the fire pit had been split open and must have been sitting in the rain in the days leading up to our stay - just a big mess of dried out fibre caked onto the deck, so we couldn’t have a fire.
No milk with the tea and coffee supplies, which is pretty inconvenient in a remote location (even cheap motels supply milk in your room).
Mattress was very thin.
No clothes storage at all - would be good to have even some
hooks, coat hangers and / or a bench to put your bags on; can’t use the bed because it’s up a ladder. (Not always a problem, but we had ‘nice’ clothes for a wedding and recovery lunch at a nearby winery.)
Only 1 wineglass and 1 champagne glass!
The site is pretty exposed and hot, and the only planting is very spiky plants all around and very close to the deck. Som different planting and an umbrella would help!

This was our first stay in a tiny house - well presented and clean. We arrived late in the evening and our hosts were great at accomodating this, with an easy self check-in process.
We were easily able to walk to the local shop and cafe in a matter of minutes.
We especially liked seeing the horses in the next paddock of a morning!

That it was lovely and secluded we only had to worry about ourselves. It was fantastic.
